We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to shape and deliver a regional, audience centric marketing strategy to promote our rehoming centres in the South East of England, to expand local awareness of our brand, drive engagement from local communities and encourage more people to adopt a dog.
What does this role do?
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will:
- develop a strong knowledge of our audiences in South East England, understanding the areas local to our rehoming centres. Translating this knowledge and insight into bespoke, targeted activity for the audience, you will be responsible for driving awareness of the brand in the region,
- work with other teams within Marketing and Communications to translate organisational strategy into regional plans. Working with local rehoming centres, you will be responsible for understanding the regional perspective, and presenting suitable alternatives or solutions where necessary,
- plan and deliver 360 marketing plans across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring they are on brand tonally and visually, relevant to the region and ensuring they meet key objectives and targets,
- lead and motivate a small team of Regional Campaigns Officers based in the region providing development, mentorship and guidance to deliver regional activity that meets both organisational, and region specific objectives,
- build a strong working relationship with both London based and rehoming centre based teams.
Please note, this role will be hybrid between home and any of our rehoming centres in the South East of England, including Basildon, Canterbury, Harefield, Shoreham-by-Sea or Salisbury. It will involve significant travel across the region, as well as the need to work from the London office occasionally.
First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 1st and 2nd April 2026, with second stage interviews on 9th and 10th April 2026, on Teams. This role is being offered as a fixed term contact until October 2027.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need significant experience across the communications mix, and leading, planning and delivering end-to-end communications campaigns, with a strong understanding of how these campaigns align with a wider strategy. You’ll have experience of working in PR, social media, audience insights and project management methodologies. You’ll need excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships, as we’re looking for someone who can work closely with our rehoming centre teams and marketing colleagues alike. As this is a new role, we’d like to hear from candidates who are keen to shape something new, and enjoy working proactively to drive exciting new projects forward.

The Role
As our Head of Fundraising & Business Development, you will lead efforts to secure and diversify funding, building a sustainable resource base to support our global mission.
Leading the Fundraising and Business Development Team, you will drive the implementation of our resource mobilisation strategy, focusing on increasing non-ODA income and expanding flexible and programmatic funding.
Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, finance, research and impact teams, you will help close funding gaps by developing strong donor relationships, negotiating funding agreements and shaping compelling funding propositions.
Alongside collaborating with the Director of Fundraising and Communications and supporting engagement with the Board of Trustees, you will manage systems, data and internal processes that strengthen fundraising performance and ensure effective delivery.
Additionally, you will:
- Gather and share intelligence on trends within the funding landscape
- Generate new fundraising ideas and opportunities with existing and new funders
- Support teams to develop fundraising plans, donor scoping and funding bids
- Analyse data to inform fundraising strategies and income generation
- Design and manage internal fundraising support processes and systems
- Oversee the team budget and support staff development and wellbeing
About You
To be considered as our Head of Fundraising & Business Development, you will need:
- Significant experience leading fundraising functions in an international NGO or charity
- A proven, impressive track record in fundraising
- Experience in partnership and consortium development
- Management experience with the ability to co-ordinate, support, motivate, energise and develop diverse teams
- The ability to design and deliver income-generation strategies across multiple streams
- A strong understanding of the evolving landscape of finance and resource mobilisation for sustainable development
- A strong understanding of policy and research related to sustainable development at an international level, particularly related to Africa, Asia and/or Latin America
- Strong influencing, negotiating, stakeholder engagement and diplomacy skills
- A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
- The willingness and ability to travel internationally

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in Employee Relations and supporting managers through complex people challenges.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage a varied ER caseload end-to-end, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and performance management cases. You will provide clear, pragmatic advice to managers across the organisation while ensuring our policies and employment law obligations are applied consistently.
This role is not a developmental or step-up advisory role. We are looking for someone who is confident managing ER cases independently and who can take ownership of cases from initial advice through to resolution.
Alongside casework, you will also help identify trends from ER data and support initiatives that improve colleague experience and strengthen people management capability across Centrepoint.

Main purpose of the role
The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care and support services, support for spirituality, and engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.

Key essential criteria
- Senior leadership experience in support to adults with learning disabilities (or transferable skills and experience in a closely related field);
- Experience in leading, managing, and developing an organisation or large teams to deliver results, maintain compliance and quality, and to respond to risks and opportunities;
- Good financial planning skills and experiences of successfully managing a substantial budget;
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to develop and implement community plans;
- Experience of living or working alongside people with learning disabilities and/or autistic individuals;
- Passionate about person-centred support and the values and mission of L'Arche;

Fauna & Flora is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable individual for the role of Office Manager. As a member of the Operations Team, you will ensure the smooth running of Fauna & Flora’s Cambridge headquarters (accommodating circa 200 employees), including responsibility for facilities management, UK Health & Safety and delivery of our Reception function. You will also drive our head office’s environmental and sustainability practices and support Fauna & Flora and its staff across the globe in initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint generated by our work.
Fauna & Flora is based in the David Attenborough Building (DAB) on the New Museums Site, where the University of Cambridge and nine conservation organisations have collaborated to create the Cambridge Conservation Initiative (CCI) – the largest grouping of nature conservation organisations and university researchers in the world. You will therefore not only deal with a wide range of individuals from Fauna & Flora, including our members and supporters, our trustees and your colleagues in the UK and across the globe, but also your counterparts in the other NGOs and the central facilities staff at the DAB, as well as contractors, suppliers and our University landlords.
As the first point of contact for Fauna & Flora, you will be friendly and approachable, confident and articulate. You will have excellent organisational and administrative capabilities, a proactive and pre-emptive approach to your work and well-developed prioritisation and time-management skills. This is a standalone role and you will be comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision, you will look to avoid problems before they arise, developing and improving office systems when needed and working to ensure that Fauna & Flora’s head office provides a welcoming and efficient working environment for employees and visitors alike.
You will have good relevant experience in an office/facilities management role, or experience where you can demonstrate relevant and transferable skills. About the role:
