Good Law project’s (GLP) legal team has a busy workload advising GLP as a party, funder and campaigner in respect of the broad range of legal proceedings in which it is involved, as well as acting on the record in a subset of those proceedings. The current team includes four senior solicitors, two subject matter experts and a trainee. We are seeking to hire a solicitor to round out the team.

What we're looking for
Excellent technical lawyer, ideally with one to three years post qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (legal experience prior to training and qualification, e.g. as a paralegal, may also be taken into account), with experience in the conduct and processes of civil litigation, ideally including public law matters
Interest in social change and how the law can be used to deliver it, willingness to facilitate campaigning on legal cases and embrace GLP as a campaigning organisation
Strong team player with the ability to use initiative and problem solve, both when assisting senior lawyers and when conducting own matters

Good Law Project is a not-for-profit campaign organisation which uses the law to hold power to account and fight for a fairer, greener future. We take on the cases and campaigns where we’ll have the biggest impact, even when the odds are stacked against us. We had a primary role in overturning the prorogation of Parliament in 2019. We successfully challenged the Government’s operation of a fast track ‘VIP lane’ for awarding lucrative PPE contracts to those with political connections and our campaigning played a key role in the Met Police opening an investigation into Boris Johnson over the Partygate scandal. In July 2023, we forced the Government to accept that its flagship Net Zero strategy is unlawful and to develop a better plan. The role
We are looking for a sharp, experienced communications professional to lead ASL's voice and drive its communications strategy at a pivotal moment in the organisation's growth. This is a senior, strategy-led role for someone who combines rigorous campaign instincts with genuine digital fluency.
About you
You have at least 8 years' experience in senior communications roles, ideally within campaigning or purpose-driven organisations. You have a track record of delivering communications campaigns with measurable real-world impact.
Critically, you are a digital native. You understand how campaigns live and die on social platforms, how to build and activate online audiences, and how to use data to test, iterate and sharpen messaging in real time. Purpose of Role
The Operations Officer is a varied role that helps keep the charity’s different functions running smoothly. Working closely with a small team a typical day can be a combination of regular tasks involving prompt and careful handling of incoming communications by email, post and telephone call, responding to invoices or payment requests and preparation of letters, contracts or reports. Role Description
The Leadership Academy Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Leadership Academy, a programme designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to engage with systems, drive change, and develop as inclusive, multi-skilled leaders, with a strong emphasis on valuing lived experience.
The Academy will bring together learning and development opportunities across a range of areas, including the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF), system navigation, community-led research, and leadership development approaches. Through this programme, grassroots community groups, people with lived experience, and system leaders will be supported to strengthen their leadership capabilities and contribute to anti-racist system change.
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of the Leadership Academy, working collaboratively with Black Thrive localities, internal teams, people with lived experience, and external specialists to shape and deliver a high-quality learning offer.
Acting as the central point of coordination for the Academy, the postholder will oversee programme planning, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development processes, logistics, and delivery timelines. They will bring together contributions from multiple workstreams and partners, ensuring that content is aligned, relevant, and delivered effectively to meet the needs of participants.
The postholder will work closely with facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts to coordinate sessions and learning activities, while ensuring effective quality assurance, participant engagement, monitoring, and evaluation. About the Role
As People and Culture Lead, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of the People function at Global Canopy. Individual Giving

The Head of Programming & Creative Producing is a new senior role, working with the Chief Executive to shape and deliver the artistic output of the Philharmonia.
The postholder works hand-in-hand with the Head of Artistic Planning, and members of the Executive team to programme and artistically shape traditional concert programmes at various scales and in various contexts, as well as learning and digital projects and pre- or post-concert activities. The postholder also leads on the development and producing of new performance formats for own-promoted concerts.
A first-rate creative thinker, you will be passionate about working with conductors, artists and agents to create world-class concert programmes, residencies and series, and will be able to draw on your deep knowledge and understanding of orchestral repertoire, artists, and the wider cultural context, as well as an established network of industry relationships to turn your ideas into reality.
Your artistic interests, however, will range beyond the traditional core, and you will be driven by a personal mission to engage different and new audiences with orchestral music, whether that is through music for films or games, cross-artform and cross-genre collaborations, pre-performance debates, schools performances, VR installations, or different performance formats. You will take a producing approach to new performance formats, keenly appreciative of the importance of staging, narrative and flow for contemporary audiences.

Over the past several years, Bristol Avon Rivers Trust (BART) has become one of the UK's fastest-growing Rivers Trusts, securing investment to restore rivers, reconnect habitats, reduce flooding and engage communities across the Bristol Avon catchment.
Now we're ready for the next stage of our journey.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced fundraising leader to build and lead an entirely new area of our organisation - developing sustainable voluntary income that enables us to do more than project funding alone can achieve.
This is an opportunity to create something from the ground up. You will shape our fundraising strategy, diversify our income, build long-term relationships with supporters and partners, and unlock investment that will directly improve rivers, wildlife and communities across our region.

About Bristol Avon Rivers Trust
Founded in 2012, Bristol Avon Rivers Trust works across the Bristol Avon catchment to restore rivers for wildlife, people and the local economy.
Everything we do is guided by the best available science and a catchment based approach, working across entire catchments to improve biodiversity, climate resilience, water quality and flood resilience.
Since 2023, the Trust has experienced significant growth. We now employ around 20 staff, deliver approximately £1.3 million of projects annually, and work alongside local partnerships, farmers, landowners, communities, local authorities, businesses and government agencies.
Our ambition over the next five years is even greater.
To deliver our Strategy 2025–2030, we need to complement our strong track record in project funding with a sustainable programme of unrestricted and philanthropic income.
About the Role
Help shape the future Bristol Avon Rivers Trust (BART).
This is much more than a fundraising role.
You'll have the opportunity to design and lead BART's long-term fundraising strategy, creating entirely new income streams that will support restoration of rivers, education, community engagement, project development and organisational resilience.

This is a highly strategic position reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
The successful candidate will work closely with an engaged Leadership Team and supportive Board of Trustees, who recognise fundraising as a strategic priority for the organisation's future growth.
Our CEO has extensive experience securing major grant funding and developing partnerships, and will work closely alongside you to help establish and grow this new function.
As with any investment in fundraising, success will be measured against mutually agreed objectives and long-term growth rather than immediate financial return. We recognise that developing sustainable fundraising takes time, and we are committed to supporting the successful candidate to build a lasting programme.
