We are seeking an Interim Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Project Manager to lead the development of our EDI Strategy for 2026–2030 over a 6 month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities

1. Income Generation

· Maximise fundraising and revenue opportunities through community engagement delivering a number of community based initiatives to generate income over the year.

· Lead on delivery of the fundraising strategy to maximise funding opportunities.

· Developing Business links to encourage fundraising from the business community &  to develop lasting partnerships.

About the Role

The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving income growth through philanthropy and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, this role will contribute to the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy. The post-holder will build and steward relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organisations to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, and will lead the development of high-quality fundraising and outreach that deepen engagement, grow income and strengthen relationships.

Fundraising & Income Growth

Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.​

You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. As an excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy, ensuring that volunteers are confident enough to self-organise and make a success of their Projects.​

You will have experience of programme planning, delivery and development including community led/owned programmes. You will have experience of building relationships with a range of stakeholders and be passionate about food and cooking.​

There will be frequent travel to our projects in Yorkshire and The Humber, with some evening and weekend work needed to cover our projects. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this rewarding role.​

The Development Team generates funds to enable everyone experiencing a mental health issue to get both support and respect. This role will provide support to existing supporters and proactively expand community and event fundraising initiatives through groups, organisations, individuals, community-based events and 3rd party sporting events.
