The Philanthropy Officer will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious annual income targets across Philanthropy, Partnerships & Campaigns (PP&C). In this role, you will manage and develop a mid-value giving programme, building strong supporter relationships through tailored cultivation, stewardship and engagement activities. As our CRM & Insights Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us understand and engage our supporters more effectively. Open Up Music exists to open up music to young disabled people. We’re looking for an ambitious Head of Development to build the income and support that will help more young disabled musicians flourish.
We work alongside young disabled musicians to tackle inequality, develop accessible instruments, commission new music and reimagine music education and performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising Management team.
The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and Supporter Engagement activities.
The post-holder will be instrumental in shaping the Individual Giving and Supporter cultivation strategies geared towards increasing our Cash and Regular Giving Supporter base.
The Individual Giving programme includes Cash Appeals, Regular Giving (including Door-to-Door recruitment), Hospice Lottery, Challenge Events, Legacies and Supporter Care. There is a strong focus on digital fundraising.

We are seeking a Celebrity Ambassador Manager (0.5 FTE) to join our Fundraising Communications and Engagement team in the Development and Communication directorate. They will be responsible for recruiting and stewarding celebrities and influencers as ambassadors for the ICR to support our fundraising, communications and advocacy work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our fundraising, communications and advocacy work. The postholder will develop the ICR’s ambassador strategy. The Celebrity Ambassador Manager will work across our fundraising teams, in conjunction with communications colleagues, to support philanthropic, corporate and mass fundraising. They will work to build high-profile support for the ICR.
They will liaise directly with celebrities and influencers, and their teams, to negotiate appropriate terms for their involvement and the degree of their support.
