We are looking for a dynamic Senior Research & Analysis Officer to manage and deliver information, data, and analysis to help Youth Futures build evidence for impact.
This is an opportunity for a researcher with excellent data analysis, trial design and data skills to work widely across a busy and ambitious directorate, helping us understand and address youth unemployment in England.
Working with two teams in the Impact and Evidence Directorate, you will gain experience and contribute meaningfully across a range of research and evaluation activities.
- You will work with the Head of Evaluation and Principal Economist to support the design, delivery and management of data systems; scope, commission and manage high-quality evaluations; and conduct data analysis and quantitative social and economic research.
- You will also use your analytical expertise to extract insights from data, identify trends, and liaise with policy and communication teams to prepare outputs for external use.
- You will support the work of YFF’s evaluation team in generating new evidence for employment support programmes and Employer Practice through impact evaluations, including Randomised Controlled Trials.

About the role

The CCSA is the trade association accelerating the commercial deployment Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (or CCUS) through advocacy and collaboration. Our ambition is to see CCUS developed and deployed at the pace and scale necessary to achieve net zero emissions by 2050 and deliver sustainable growth across regions and nations. We represent a wide variety of organisations with an interest in the development and deployment of CCUS across many applications to decarbonise industries, power, and hydrogen production, and remove carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere.
The CCSA operates as a not-for-profit company, overseen by a board of elected members. We have 22 staff across our London & Brussels offices.
The role
We are a dynamic and agile organisation looking for a proactive and confident Events and Membership Officer to support the delivery of events and services to our 120+ members. As we are small team, all staff have the opportunity to develop and own their own work streams. For this role, we anticipate that the successful candidate will become responsible for end-to-end event delivery, as well as taking the lead on oversight of the CCSA website. The role will be managed by the Events and Membership Communications Manager, but will also work closely with the Head of Membership and equivalent colleagues in our EU office.
What you will be doing:
Events delivery
Organisation and delivery of our annual programme of 30+ events, from our flagship conferences through to webinars, and smaller member events. Including:
- Delivering a structured programme of in person events, webinars, workshops and site visits.
- Managing delegate bookings and queries
- On-the-day event support at our events and external events
- Coordinating venues, logistics, suppliers and facilitators.[SP6]
- Organising our presence at external conferences including sponsorship/contra deals, speakers and exhibition stands
- Managing the production of marketing collateral to support our events including through digital channels
Membership
- Raise the profile of the CCSA and our work to members and stakeholders through our events, social media and website channels.
- Producing social media content especially focused on events and membership benefits and marketing material including written content, graphics and video.
- Delivery of three weekly newsletters as part of the wider communications team.
- Manage the administration and updating of the website and supporting colleagues to use it effectively and help us achieve our goal of becoming more ‘web centric.’
- Updating and managing membership and stakeholder records in Hubspot and associated databases.
- Improve data management and membership segmentation to improve and tailor member services and support projects.

Location/hours
This is advertised as a full-time role, for a fixed period of a year. However, we are open to part-time applicants for the right candidate. The Role
Working closely with the Founder, this role will support the development of artist partnerships, ensure exceptional supporter experience, strengthen digital presence, and help launch a new philanthropic patron network. You will be at the heart of our operations - making sure projects run smoothly and helping Migrate Art scale its mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Create engaging, visually compelling content across Instagram and other platforms
- Manage and grow Migrate Art’s social media following
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns to drive sales and awareness
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategies accordingly
2. Order Processing & Post-Sales Support
- Manage purchase-to-delivery operations for artworks and limited editions
- Liaise with customers to arrange framing, delivery, and payment
- Ensure an exceptional supporter experience from sale to receipt
3. Patron Scheme Development
- Support the design and launch of a new philanthropic patron scheme
- Manage communications with potential patrons
- Coordinate events, stewardship touches, and annual renewal processes
4. Artist Asset & Project Support
- Prepare proofs of images for artist approval
- Manage sign-off processes and production timelines
- Act as a key point of contact for participating artists and studios
- Free up Founder time by coordinating follow-up tasks after commitments are secured

- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

- Interest in working in the arts, charity, creative or social impact sectors

Hygiene poverty is not being able to afford many of the everyday hygiene and personal grooming products most of us take for granted. The reality of low income is that it restricts people’s options, leaving us caught between being able to heat our homes, pay the rent, eat, or be clean.It is washing hair, bodies, faces and clothes in the same cheap washing up liquid used for the dishes. It is not being able to replace a toothbrush when needed or sharing a toothbrush because one each just isn't an option. It is having to choose between shaving foam and razors or the transport fare to a job interview.
Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. In May 2024, The Hygiene Bank published their second groundbreaking research into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 4.1 million adults across the country are currently experiencing hygiene poverty and that it is both alarmingly widespread, increasing and disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable. It stops people from participating in society, feeds the mental health crisis and blocks routes out of poverty. It is simply unjust.

About the role
As our Partnership Officer, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a huge difference in improving the lives of people living in hygiene poverty.
Reporting into the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships, the Partnership Officer plays a pivotal role in the brand and corporate team and is responsible for supporting, stewarding, renewing, and growing our brand and corporate partners to meet our income targets and to source donated product for our service users. Our partners range from emerging brands to strategic corporate partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, brand donations and volunteering.
The role is varied and requires outstanding relationship building and communication skills, strong time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous record keeping and relationship management. We are looking for a Partnerships Engagement Officer to join us at this exciting stage in Settle’s development. Over the next few years, we aim to significantly grow the number of young people we are working with while maintaining the quality and impact of our programme. The Partnerships Engagement Officer will join the Business Development Team, reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager. You will be integral to helping us to grow our reach so that we can work with more care-experienced young people across London.
The successful candidate will nurture and strengthen our existing partnerships to maximise referral numbers. The core of the role will be to build strong formal and informal relationships with partners and increase awareness and a deeper understanding of Settle’s work. You will make regular in-person visits to Local Authority, Housing Association and charity referral partners across London to promote the Settle programme and ensure our offer is well understood and uptake is maximised. Ideally, you will spend some of your time working from partner offices.
With some experience of working for or with local authorities, housing associations or charities, you enjoy working collaboratively to improve processes and widen access to opportunities in order to create better outcomes for young people. This role will suit someone who can work independently and appreciates variety in their work: one day you might enjoy a lively conversation with a group of social workers and another you will delve into the data to produce informative reports for partners.
