The Deputy Manager – Localities will support the Oxfordshire Wellbeing Manager to ensure effective delivery of high-quality locality-based services for people experiencing mental health issues in Oxfordshire. Providing some direct support to service users through Advice and Guidance sessions, short courses, workshops and peer support groups as well as providing management support to the team.

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for two Practice Lead positions. One role will support Local House Projects (LHPs) in the North, while the location and focus of the second role is still to be confirmed.
As a Practice Lead, you will have primary responsibility for supporting a group of LHPs, while also contributing to wider areas of our work. You will work alongside staff within LHPs to create environments where young people are supported to make a positive transition into adulthood.
A key part of the role is working in partnership with the Care Leavers National Movement and the wider House Project team to ensure that young people remain at the heart of everything we do. The charity was established in August 2018 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), they support local authorities in setting up Local House Projects for young people leaving care. Believing every care leaver should have this option, the charity empowers them to create and sustain homes.
The initiative, co-designed with young people, began by asking, "What makes a house a home?” Local House Projects in England and Scotland help care leavers transition into permanent tenancies, fostering a supportive community. The charity has helped over 780 young people successfully move into their own homes, with no evictions or tenancy breakdowns, ensuring a secure start for their futures.

The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. Role Purpose

The Role:
In close collaboration with the wider Brand, Creative & Digital Content team, you will develop and maintain the organisations social media calendar, including drafting and scheduling content for delivery across multiple digital and social media platforms.

The Candidate:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in an engaging way to a variety of target groups.
Expertise in how to leverage different social platforms and community channels to drive growth, engagement, and organisational goals.
Proven experience in the development and production of creative and engaging social media content using Canva.
Experience in social media video editing on Veed/CapCut also desirable.
A deep understanding of all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, and willingness to learn how to deploy stories across emerging platforms; knowledge of and interest in the use of digital media by different audiences.
Expertise with social media listening and scheduling tools like Sprout Social.

Responsibilities include:
Work with Foundation Manager and Project Officers in regions to develop potential new projects and new partners
Responsible for the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser incumbent to ensure the objectives of this role are fulfilled.Support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to deliver effective grant management, helping to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed budget, timeline and project objectives.
Provide oversight of the restricted fundraising process and support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to research, write and submit accurate and persuasive funding applications.
Lead on development and submission of high-quality project reports, with support from the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser.
Maintain and further develop strong partnerships with project partners and key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with the Membership and Volunteer Engagement Manager to maximise volunteer support in line with the Foundation’s Strategic Plan.
Lead on the provision of project content for marketing and communication materials and work with the Marketing and Communications team to raise awareness of the Foundation through digital platforms and printed materials
Take an active role in Foundation business planning and budget development
Produce appropriate documentation including project status reports and support Foundation Manager to compile internal management and Board reports.
Provide reports and input as required for communication materials, including QR and Annual Review.

About you
You will be an experienced project and fundraising professional with a strong track record in project development, grants and trusts fundraising, and delivering complex programmes from concept through to reporting. You will be an exceptional communicator who can build effective relationships with partners, donors, colleagues and beneficiaries across cultures and time zones, while producing clear, persuasive funding applications and high‑quality project reports. You will be organised, proactive and analytical, confident managing multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines, and comfortable contributing to strategic planning. The Role:
With support from the Head of Supporter Engagement and the SE Officer, you would develop and deliver the annual Individual Giving programme including acquisition and retention activities.
With support, produce annual Individual Giving budgets and monitor performance against agreed targets on a rolling basis.
Manage the Door-to-Door Supporter recruitment campaign and the external F2F agency relationship.
Take responsibility for growing the Lotteries programme through a rolling programme of promotions to existing and potential Supporters.
Lead on digital campaigns to recruit and retain new supporters.
Line manage the Supporter Engagement Officer, who oversees primarily challenge events activities.
The Candidate:
Demonstrable experience of successfully managing Individual Giving and Supporter stewardship programmes and budgets.
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering digital campaigns, supporter segmentation strategies and working with a CRM.
