More about the role:As Fundraising & Communications Manager you will plan and deliver two organisation-wide appeals each year, with a combined income target of £300,000. You will own and grow our monthly donor programme, developing email journeys, digital content and supporter pathways that build a sustainable income stream. Alongside this, you will lead the creation of high-quality fundraising communications - from donor updates and impact stories to campaign collateral and web content - ensuring all storytelling is ethical, warm and true to who we are.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering Centrepoint’s growing legacy programme, helping to generate over £2.5m annually and supporting our wider fundraising ambitions.

Main Duties
The Corporate Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with key current corporate funders to the University to grow philanthropic income.
- Identifying and building relationships with new corporate funders to secure a minimum of six figure gifts.
- Managing a pipeline of short, medium and long-term funding applications and relationships to enable year-on-year corporate philanthropy income growth.
- Taking responsibility for a developed and expert knowledge of a number of key campaign programmes.
- Building close working relationships with academics, alongside other University colleagues, to find information needed to write clear and compelling proposals on existing and new areas of research, that aligns with the strategic priorities of corporate funders.

- The ability to take calculated risks to create a step-change in our corporate philanthropy portfolio, recognising the importance of ‘high risk high reward’ in transformative fundraising.
- Build effective, co-ordinated, working relationships with the following external stakeholders:

Required Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Role Purpose
Our Mentoring and Supported Volunteering program (MSV) empowers people to improve their quality of life & reduce their vulnerabilities by using volunteer mentors and volunteer opportunities within their communities to build resilience, confidence & aspirations, gain practical experience, boosting CV’s through obtaining UK based references and moving towards employment.
Our approach is person centered and participants are matched with a volunteer mentor whose experience, expertise or interests compliment the needs & aspirations prioritised by the person and provide peer support & mentoring delivered flexibly in the community.
Regular intensive engagement sessions with volunteer mentors provide a unique third space between services/institutions/employer & friend/peer in which people can work towards positive changes & goals in a supportive, strengths-based setting.
MSV focusses on a strengths-based approach, combining peer support & mentoring enabling people to engage in a self-determined & positive way with community and employment opportunities.
We also offer tailored, and supported volunteer placements with our third sector charity partners, for a period of 3-6 months tailored directly to the individual’s needs. This is based on their job aspirations, current skillsets, motivations, and interests to create the “best fit” and get the most out of the experience. The mentor manager successful in this post will not directly place or support participants in these volunteering placements but will work closely with the MSV volunteer manager as there is often cross-over of participants and ‘in-house’ referrals between mentoring and supported volunteering, as these services are often complementary to each other.
Who does MSV support? - Participants eligible for All in Dundee support include, but are not limited to:
· Those who are long-term unemployed / inactive
· Those with mild to moderate physical and mental health conditions, including disabilities,

We’re on the lookout for a Legacy and In Memory Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on legacy and in-memory giving - including gifts in Wills which are some of the most meaningful contributions we receive, helping us fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising Strategy and start developing new products. Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Community fundraising
o Develop and implement a community fundraising strategy.
o Recruit, support, and retain community fundraisers and volunteers.
o Build partnerships with local schools, clubs, faith groups, and businesses.
o Manage fundraising campaigns and community events.
· Individual giving
o Develop and implement the individual giving strategy (including regular giving, cash appeals, and digital fundraising).
o Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, social media, SMS, PPC).
o Oversee donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation programmes.
· Data Management & Reporting
o Enter, track, and reconcile donations and pledges
o Generate reports on fundraising performance, donor activity, and campaign outcomes
o Ensure compliance with data privacy and gift-processing standards
· Administrative & Team Support
o Provide administrative support to the development team as needed
o Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal coordination
o Collaborate with communications, finance, and program staff to support fundraising goals
Person Specification
· Experience with fundraising for charity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and inspire people.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities to manage schedules, records, and tasks.
- Adaptability, as charity roles can be varied and require managing a wide range of duties.
- A commitment to the charity's cause is often a key requirement.
