ISEAL is seeking an experienced charity finance professional to play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and systems.
As part of our small finance team, the Finance Coordinator will help provide a strong financial administration service to the organisation. The postholder will work closely with ISEAL’s membership team, as well as across different areas of ISEAL’s finances. Having recently introduced a new finance system (Sage INTACCT) and generally overhauling our major systems, we see this role as being part of our journey to learn how to further exploit this set-up.
The role has some core responsibilities focused on ISEAL’s sales ledger, timesheets and payroll. The Sales ledger covers both income from our members, and other customers. The postholder will hold responsibility for engaging colleagues across the organisation with the relevant finance processes. All our core-finance roles also cover for each other as needed.
As an ideal candidate, you will bring a good understanding of accounting and finance, ideally having passed some professional exams. You will have experience of finance systems as well as excellent IT and excel skills. You will bring strong technological competencies and an interest to develop financial systems and processes. An ability to manage your own work and comfortably communicating with colleagues and customers alike comes naturally to you.

Location: The role is mostly done remotely, but London is the formal base and office presence required 3 days per month during probation, 2 days per month thereafter. Applicants will need to provide evidence that they are entitled to work in the UK.

DreamArts fuses arts and therapeutic practice to support wellbeing. Our acclaimed EXPERIMENT Juniors programme engages 6-12 year olds to explore and unleash their talents, try things out, express themselves and grow their skills.
Participants take control and create their own original work, from musicals to collaborating with companies such as Les Enfants Terribles.
EXPERIMENT takes place on a Saturday in South Westminster and on Sundays in Church Street plus some special projects during school holidays. The majority of participants are eligible for free school meals and live in some of London’s most deprived areas.
We are looking for a Wellbeing Practitioner for our Sunday group who is able to inspire and support young people, in particular those who may struggle in group settings. You must be passionate about engaging participants from marginalised communities and committed to support wellbeing through the arts. You will help young people participate in creative sessions that provide opportunities to explore their challenges, build a sense of belonging with peers and strengthen their emotional wellbeing.
Working alongside creative facilitators, the Wellbeing Practitioner will focus on identifying and removing barriers to participation, identifying appropriate support that responds to emerging needs and creates a sense of community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for an Events Organiser. The role will join a busy operations team to co-ordinate the planning and delivery of a range of commercial conferences across England for numbers ranging from 200-1300 attendees. Our events provide housing leaders with the guidance, information and inspiration they need to deliver great services for their residents and communities.
You will be working as part of a friendly team who are focused and driven to deliver amazing events. We are looking for someone who can drive projects forward, juggle conflicting priorities and deliver memorable event experiences for our delegates.

Key elements of the role:
- Collaborating across the event teams and with stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery of first class events in line with NHF standards.
- Ensuring project based budgets are maintained, costs are controlled with suppliers and negotiated without compromising quality.
- In collaboration with conference producers, offering comprehensive support to speakers and optimising their event experience.
- Coordinating all onsite and online event activities including staff, speakers, event apps, venues and onsite contractors.
- Analysing and reporting against event performance and make recommendations for future events.

About the role
Reporting in to the Individual Giving Lead, the Senior Individual Giving Acquisition Officer will drive the strategy and execution of Christian Aid’s individual giving acquisition efforts, ensuring high impact campaigns like Christian Aid Week, Christmas and Emergency Appeals effectively attract new supporters. Through compelling messaging and innovative approaches, foster long-term, sustainable relationships,
optimising channels, products, and engagement strategies to maximise supporter growth.
The post-holder will lead on Regular Giving acquisition recruitment across multiple channels to grow lifetime giving and increasing the Christian Aid supporter base. They will be leading a team of two Individual Giving Acquisition Officers and collaborating with senior leadership, manage budgets, forecast the performance of campaigns and ensure cost-effective delivery, all while championing the ‘Believe in the Possible’ proposition to inspire and engage the next generation of supporters.

We have a range of services covering the length and breadth of the UK, delivered with by our dedicated staff and volunteers. At Epilepsy Action we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts are required to work a minimum of 40% of their time at our office in Yeadon, Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees.
Because regular face-to-face collaboration is an important part of this role, applicants should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of our Yeadon office and be able to attend the office as required.
