The Regional Fundraising Manager (National Programme Development) will lead the creation, development and delivery of Camphill Village Trust’s community fundraising programme.
You will establish community fundraising as a sustainable and growing income stream across the trust by creating a framework that can be scaled across Camphill Village Trust nationally.
This role combines strategic planning, relationship building, and programme development but also encompasses hands-on delivery across our northern communities. You will play a key role in raising awareness of Camphill Village Trust, strengthening community connections and creating opportunities for supporters to help more people with learning disabilities and autism live extraordinary lives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver a community fundraising strategy that lays the foundations for long-term national growth.
- Develop and manage the community fundraising budget and forecasting processes.
- Design and launch engaging fundraising products including DIY fundraising, challenge events, in-house events, schools, community groups and local organisations.
- Create fundraising resources, toolkits and supporter materials that make it easy for people to get involved.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance measures to track success and inform future growth.
- Build strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, schools, community groups and local businesses.
- Identify regional corporate fundraising opportunities and partnerships and work with the Philanthropy Manager to develop these relationships.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues to raise awareness of fundraising opportunities and campaigns.
- Act as a key link between fundraising and operational teams across Camphill Village Trust.
- Spend time within communities, building relationships with people we support, staff and families.
- Identify compelling fundraising stories and case studies.
- Support the involvement of people we support in fundraising activities where appropriate.
- Support fundraising volunteers and ambassadors.
- Line manage and develop the Regional Fundraising team – Initially 1 x Regional Fundraising Officer (Central/South) with a view to future expansion.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Supporter Care, Individual Giving, Philanthropy, Legacy and In-Memory fundraising.
- Ensure fundraising activity is delivered in line with relevant regulations, policies and best practice.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- At least three years' experience in community fundraising, supporter engagement or a related fundraising role.
- Experience developing and delivering fundraising campaigns, activities or products.
- Previous experience of developing fundraising strategy.
- Ability to build relationships with supporters, volunteers, community groups and local organisations.
- Experience using CRM systems and fundraising data.
- Experience recruiting, managing and developing staff.
- Experience setting KPIs, monitoring performance and reporting outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week based within Camphill Village Trust communities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community. This is not a desk-based fundraising role. You will spend significant time building relationships, identifying opportunities, meeting supporters and representing Camphill Village Trust across the region.
The successful candidate should live within reasonable commuting distance of our three communities in the north-east (based in North Yorkshire and Middlesbrough). Regular travel across the region and occasional travel to other Trust communities will be required, along with some overnight stays, evening and weekend work.

What does this role do?
As Welfare Manager, you'll:
- lead, coach and develop a small team to deliver high-quality veterinary care and behaviour modification for dogs in our care,
- act as a balanced advocate for both behavioural and veterinary needs to achieve the best outcomes for each dog,
- oversee staff and volunteer training in behaviour and dog handling, ensuring all colleagues work within SOPs, legal, and health and safety guidelines,

Our rehoming centres house thousands of dogs each year until they can find a loving new home and the success of our centres wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team of staff and volunteers; there is a real family-community within each of our centres. Come rain or shine, our team are out in all weathers to make sure the dogs have the best possible life. Dealing with thousands of visitors each month, our rehoming centres are the face of Dogs Trust, and we pride ourselves on our staff providing the very best in customer service.

The street food hall will offer opportunities for innovative local food entrepreneurs to rent a street food kitchen pod, develop and grow their businesses; and the restaurant a place where local young people can gain exceptional levels of hospitality skills.
The Market House will be operated by a wholly owned subsidiary of PZRC, Market House Penzance CIC.
The role
With the Market House construction project due to complete in spring 2027 and the launch planned for the summer, we are looking for our business leader to join us early in the new year 2027 and work with, and report to, the PZRC Chief Operating Officer to get the Market House launch ready.
Longer term, the purpose of this role is primarily to spearhead and support successful delivery of the street food hall. The Market House Business Lead will oversee the operational delivery of the street food hall and in particular work to optimise town centre impact, drive revenue generation and secure targets for financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage implementation of operational business plans for the street food hall to secure delivery in line with PZRC’s strategic goals;
- Secure and manage street food kitchen pod operators. Support their delivery and ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of their occupancy agreements
- Manage and work closely with the Market House bar manager to secure delivery of a commercially successful drinks operation which works as an integral part of the overall Market House offer and supports the success of other elements of the business
- Create and implement an Events and Activities strategy and delivery plan which will entail developing partnerships and working closely with local stakeholders including Penzance BID, Penzance Town Council, and other local events organisations and stakeholders to contribute to securing:
o A cohesive and collaborative approach to town centre events and activities;
o Market House playing a focal role in driving increased local and visitor footfall in the town centre; and
o Market House offering an exciting and attractive draw to local people, local and regional visitors and tourists
- Create and implement a Marketing and Communications strategy and delivery plan to support awareness and engagement across target audiences and successful operational delivery;
- Monitoring and oversight of policies, procedures and regulatory aspects of the business; and
- Monitor delivery vs the operational business plan and financial targets

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community and Events Manager to join our Fundraising team. This is a fantastic role for an experienced fundraiser who is passionate about developing supporter-led fundraising, delivering exceptional events and building meaningful relationships that help families stay together when they need it most.
Our charity
The Sick Children's Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming 'Home from Home' where families with a sick child in hospital can stay. But we're more than bricks and mortar, our friendly, caring staff are there to support families when they really need it.
Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing around 3,200 families a year with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the hospital means that they can be by their sick child's side and have one less thing to worry about.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding fundraising management role, focused on developing and delivering an ambitious community and events fundraising programme that generates sustainable income, increases awareness of our work and builds long-term supporter relationships.
You will lead the development of community fundraising across the UK, supporting and inspiring individuals, families, schools, community groups, volunteers and local businesses to raise funds for the charity. At the same time, you will manage a portfolio of challenge and special events, ensuring excellent supporter experiences and strong financial returns.
You will oversee key events including our Carol Service, Supper Club and Golf Day, while also growing participation in challenge events such as the London Marathon, half marathons, walks, cycling events and other fundraising activities. Role Summary
The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. About the Role
Our small Fundraising team has benefitted from significant investment in recent years and this maternity cover role will provide vital continuity as EIA develops and expands its network of philanthropic supporters and strategic partners. You will be joining EIA at a pivotal time, working closely with the Head of Fundraising to sustain momentum across philanthropy, support the launch of our giving circle, Nature Network, and help strengthen selected partnership opportunities that contribute to our fundraising ambitions.
The fundraising team at EIA, is responsible for raising income across trusts and statutory funders, as well as raising funds from individuals. The income raised from individuals has increased in recent years and we are investing further in this area so that we can conduct even more investigative and campaigning work to protect our planet.
The role will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), inspiring supporters to give generously, and stewarding donors so they feel closely connected to EIA’s work to combat environmental crime and abuse around the world, as well as supporting partnership activity where it aligns with philanthropic giving, cultivation and long-term relationship development.
The Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager (Maternity cover) will lead the day-to-day delivery of EIA’s philanthropy programme during the maternity cover period. This will include tailored stewardship for HNWIs, prospecting and cultivation, donor funding propositions, implementing and growing the Nature Network giving circle following its launch in September, engaging our network of ambassadors, Future Stewards, and maintaining effective systems to support growth in philanthropy.
