Salary: £65,000-70,000

About the Role

In this exciting and newly created role, you will lead the project management of new projects with end-to-end delivery of multiple new Youth Zones. Working closely with colleagues across multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure every project is delivered effectively, collaboratively and to the highest standards.

You will thrive on managing the detail of individual projects, whilst also maintaining oversight across the whole portfolio of projects at different stages. The role doesn’t have direct reports but requires strong matrix leadership, influencing others to deliver at pace and with accountability.

You will:

• Lead project planning, governance and delivery across multiple Youth Zone developments
• Chair project meetings and manage decision-making gateways
• Ensure robust reporting, risk management and issue resolution
• Use strong relationships and collaborative working to coordinate diverse stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams

About You

You will have excellent project management skills and significant experience of project managing multi-year complex projects and/or programmes using robust project management tools and methodologies.

A confident, credible project leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, you’ll bring:

• Experience using formal project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and tools such as MS Project
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence others
• Excellent planning, organisational and reporting skills
• A highly collaborative approach with ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
• Clear, engaging communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Experience within the charity or public sector (desirable)

Centre Operations Manager – Animal Welfare

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Service Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will ensure services are safe, effective, compliant and continuously improving, meeting the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Act 2014, and CQC standards. The role involves maintaining strong safeguarding practices, overseeing audits and quality monitoring, and ensuring accurate documentation, care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, while promoting dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of services, including safe staffing through effective rota and workforce planning, recruitment, supervision, appraisal and staff development, while working to reduce reliance on agency staff. A key part of the role is ensuring robust communication with families, professionals, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams, alongside maintaining high standards of health and safety, medication management and overall service coordination. You will also play an active role in inspections, Annual Provider Reviews, safeguarding processes and continuous quality improvement.

Working closely with senior management, you will support service development and growth by managing referrals and vacancies, contributing to service improvement projects and producing performance reports against KPIs and SLAs. You will ensure services are well-led, financially efficient, and aligned with organisational values and policies.

About You

• Level 4 QCF in Care or equivalent/higher or be close to completion, with a Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience in a management role, including supporting or deputising for a Service or Registered Manager, with strong leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of health and social care legislation, CQC requirements, care policies, safeguarding, risk management and multi-agency working

Youth Development Coordinator

We are currently advertising for a Service Manager in the Swindon area. The role will involve supporting the Safehouse Project Manager in overseeing services for survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking.

In the role you will:

• To oversee the day-today operations of the safehouse accommodation and services for potential victims of modern slavery in the service and their dependents
• You will work with the Modern Slavery Case Workers to supervise their production of support plans, updating records accurately and reporting key changes. This also includes preparing the client for exit, repatriation and any other resettlement plans.

We work with over 200 qualified teachers to provide academic, subject specialised and individual tutoring and mentoring for children of all ages. What is the Role?
This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity for a Partnerships Account Manager. In this role, you will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. With a focus on building and sustaining long-term local council and school relationships, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, expand our service offerings, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.    • Oversee tracking and analysis of client-related statistics to ensure targets are met and clients receive impactful, value-driven service.

   • Manage and track client data and prospect pipelines using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

   • Report to the the Partnerships Director on accounts, Tenders, Bids, client meetings on a regular basis.

   • Be curious to explore our Salesforce system data, understanding and interpreting delivery and impact data. 

4. Line Management and Support Coordination

   • Lead, mentor, and manage junior member(s) of the team focused on bid/application writing, tender management, and client-related administration.

   • Support junior member(s) in producing and reviewing high-quality application documents and responses that align with client requirements and enhance our partnership outcomes.

   • Provide oversight to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently, supporting smooth client interactions and consistent follow-through.

   • Work with other area leaders, to ensure strong delivery of services.

   • Contribute to, and foster strong internal working relationships to successfully delivery against strategy and objectives.. 

5. Bid Management and Process Improvement

   • Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders and bid applications, working closely with junior member(s) to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. The Pop-up Shop Lead will manage all aspects of the Derry Castle Street Pop Up Shop, including leading and supporting volunteers, maximising income generation and ensuring an excellent customer and donor experience.

About the Organisation

This is a brand-new locally run youth charity in Crewe.  It is set to provide thousands of young people with the opportunity to have fun, make new friends, try something new and feel safe. The Role

The Programmes Manager (Education) leads DTL’s schools work, owning the relationships, logistics, and outcomes that sit at the heart of our education offer. This is a delivery role with real breadth: you will manage a national programme of training events, lead on school recruitment and retention, and ensure the programme generates the evidence base that sustains its long-term funding.

You will be the main point of contact for subscribing schools, working closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships. You will represent DTL’s schools work to funders and external partners, and contribute to the strategic development of the programme over time.

While the Digital Ambassador Programme is currently grant funded for three years, DTL’s intention is for the programme to become financially self-sustaining through school subscriptions, and this role is central to achieving that. As the programme grows, so will the scope of this post and the team to support it.

This is an office based role (flexible working considered) from our Brighton office which will involve some travel.

The Digital Ambassador Programme

The Digital Ambassador Programme is DTL’s flagship schools initiative. It trains staff and student Digital Ambassadors in schools across the UK, equipping them to lead on digital safety from within - and to escalate harmful content directly via DTL’s trusted flagger network.

This model creates both a faculty lead to manage complex reports from young people and also a student lead who will be able to provide peer-to-peer support to their fellow students, ensuring that students who may not wish to report directly to the faculty will still have a reporting mechanism. 

Key Responsibilities

Programme delivery

• Manage all delivery phases from set up through to annual review, in line with the agreed delivery plan.

• Coordinate the logistics of 6 regional hub training events per year, including venue sourcing, school invitations, materials production, and on-the-day facilitation.

• Oversee the production of printed resources and ensure all school-facing materials meet DTL brand standards.

• Manage the year-round ambassador network: quarterly online meetings, monthly email digests, and peer-to-peer community activity.
