The role of Digital Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of The Children’s Trust’s digital communications. Working closely with the Digital Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team, the postholder will help ensure our website, email marketing and other digital activity are engaging, accessible, user-focused and aligned with organisational priorities and brand guidelines.
The role will support the day-to-day management of the charity’s websites maintaining high-quality, up-to-date content with a strong user experience, alongside contributing to integrated marketing and communications activity through digital channels, including email and paid digital support. Using analytics and insight, the Digital Officer will help monitor performance, identify opportunities for optimisation and support data-driven decision making to enhance reach, engagement and user journeys.
This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital best practice, who can work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively while contributing to the ongoing development of The Children’s Trust’s digital presence.

Role Requirements
Website management
- Support the day-to-day running of the charity’s websites, managing updates from across the organisation and ensuring continuous improvement and development of content, layout and structure.
- Support the Digital Manager to work with teams across the charity to ensure all website content is fresh, up-to-date and in line with our key messages, style and tone of voice.
- Support Digital Manager with ensuring websites are compliant, secure, accessible, user-friendly and aligned to brand, communications and organisational objectives.
- Produce content that complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 – Level AA) and help promote web accessibility throughout the Organisation.
- Build and maintain online forms, e.g. donations, event entries and data capture.
Campaigns and email marketing
- Assist the Digital Manager and Senior Marketing Manager with paid digital activity on small scale campaigns, covering areas such as paid social and Google ads or search campaigns and boosted posts.
- Contribute to marketing and communications plans for campaigns and projects.
- Support with review and delivery of email communications produced across the organisation to ensure they meet brand and best practice guidelines.
- Support with the creation and management of email communications using DotDigital.
- Optimise performance through A/B testing, segmentation and analytics.
- Collaborate with the Digital Manager to support and ensure effective targeting, segmentation and retargeting in our email marketing and paid campaigns.
- Support Digital Manager with the day-to-day running and long-term development of our Google Grants account and campaigns.

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Philanthropy Assistant to join the Charity team here at Alder Hey, the UK’s busiest Children’s Hospital.
The postholder will work closely with the Philanthropy Support Lead to provide operational support and administration for the team, including events, donor meetings and visits, mailings, prospect research, data and use of the charity CRM (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities will include:
Events
- Support the delivery of events; from individual visits and tours of the hospital for donors, private dinners, through to larger events such as Gala Balls.

- Help to prepare event briefings for Charity and Trust colleagues, so that all participants understand their role and contribute effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate annual calendar of volunteer training events
· Work in partnership with the Volunteer Development Manager to understand volunteer recruitment needs across services and the wider team.

The role
We’re seeking a Prospect Research Manager to join our collaborative Philanthropy and Partnerships team. This is an exciting new role in the team as we invest in building our high value pipelines across trusts, foundations, major donors and corporates.
We have worked with a consultant to lay the foundations for a new to the organisation prospect research function. Over the last five years, our database has grown considerably, offering a strong opportunity to enhance our prospect research. We are looking for a full-time member of the team to take this work forward, embed an insight led approach to prospect research and work with the team to effectively manage pipelines and grow income.
The Prospect Research Manager will play a critical role in driving the organisation’s growth by prioritising the identification and development of new prospects and building a strong, sustainable pipeline. A key focus of the role will be on effectively segmenting and prioritising prospects, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and ensure resources are directed towards the highest-value opportunities. The postholder will work closely with fundraisers, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach. Success in this role will require speed and agility, being able to quickly interpret briefs, distil complex information into clear, actionable insights, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timeframes.
- You will play an integral role in the development of our trusts, major donor and corporate pipelines, identifying prospects within our existing network and working with the team to explore new opportunities
- You will lead on due diligence processes and GDPR compliance
- You will work with the team to build a robust pipeline management process to accurately record pipeline values, income and activity

About the role
We are looking for an exceptional & collaborative individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN). You will benefit from a strong donor portfolio, opportunities to work on 7- and 8-figure gifts, and a good understanding of philanthropy from senior leadership within the Institute.
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience.
The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.

Study of the mind and human brain is one of the most exciting and important areas of advancing medical science, and the IoPPN is a leading centre for mental health and neuroscience research in Europe and the largest in the UK. In partnership with the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, the largest mental health service provider in the UK, it enables the rapid translation of research into clinical practice that makes a difference to people’s lives and mental health every day. Research from the IoPPN has led to the creation of much needed therapies for some of the most severe mental disorders and changes in how governments around the world think about mental illness.
A strong understanding of philanthropy from leadership within the Institute, combined with world-leading research has made, and continues to make, an impact on how we understand, prevent and treat mental illness, neurological conditions and other conditions that affect the brain.
This is a full time (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office & on IoPPN campus sites at Denmark Hill and London Bridge. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

About this job
The Head of Research enables successful delivery of the organisation’s ground-breaking Research Strategy. They will provide vital leadership, strategic direction and day to day management of the MS Society’s research programme as well as leadership of the Research Team.
This varied and exciting role also involves developing and maintaining strategically relevant partnerships, annual grant round, new research strategy and acting as a spokesperson for the MS Society as well as being a key ambassador – inspiring internal teams about the MS Society’s research programme.
Please note this is a part-time 14 hours per week position. This could be worked across either 2 or 3 days.

About the role
As Service Manager – Safe Accommodation, you will lead the operational delivery of refuge and other safe accommodation services for adult survivors, children and young people. Working closely with the Area Operational Lead and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide practical, values-led leadership to frontline teams, ensure accommodation is safe, well-managed and responsive, and oversee high-quality, trauma-informed and survivor-led support. You will also play a key role in housing management, performance oversight, partnership working and ensuring services remain compliant, effective and sustainable.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of refuge and safe accommodation services, ensuring support is safe, timely, trauma-informed and survivor-led.
- Provide effective leadership, supervision, reflective practice and case management oversight to staff, supporting wellbeing, accountability and professional development.
- Oversee referrals, admissions, allocations and move-on processes to ensure survivors receive an appropriate, equitable and responsive service, with risk managed effectively throughout their stay.
- Monitor service quality, performance, occupancy, voids and outcomes through audits, data, survivor feedback and reporting, and use this insight to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, housing management, health and safety, legal, contractual and organisational requirements, maintaining accurate oversight of governance and risk.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with statutory, voluntary and community organisations to strengthen referral pathways into and out of safe accommodation and improve outcomes for survivors.
- Plan rotas, cover arrangements and on-site presence to ensure safe staffing levels across services, including 24-hour provision and out-of-hours on-call support where required.
- Contribute to strategic development, identifying emerging need, supporting service improvement and helping to shape high-quality, inclusive and psychologically informed accommodation-based support.

- Ability to provide effective supervision, case oversight and reflective support that promotes staff wellbeing, professional curiosity and high-quality accommodation-based practice.
- Experience of performance monitoring, report writing and using data, feedback, occupancy information and outcomes to support service improvement.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with statutory, voluntary and community partners and represent the organisation confidently in multi-agency settings.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate rotas and maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Commitment to equality, inclusion and survivor-led practice, with the ability to model Safenet and Calico values in day-to-day leadership.
Desirable:
- ILM, CMI or another relevant management qualification, or evidence of continued professional development in leadership.
- Experience of service development, project delivery, change management or supporting new initiatives within refuge, housing or support service settings.
- Knowledge of Women’s Aid National Quality Standards, safe accommodation duties and relevant legislation and frameworks relating to domestic abuse, housing and safeguarding.
- Understanding of budget monitoring, contract requirements, housing-related processes or income maximisation within a commissioned or grant-funded service.
