· Managing backlogs and iterations in two of Girlguiding’s key digital products, including their quality and priorities, while leading on the full SDLC, including their future decommissioning, archiving, and digital disposal.

We are recruiting a Service Delivery Manager – Projects to join our growing advice team and make a difference. Every week we help hundreds of people providing advice and specialist casework on housing, debt, benefits and more.
About the role
Our Service Delivery Managers are responsible for a portfolio of advice and casework projects through a range of funded programmes. This role focuses on local projects delivering financial inclusion support like debt and benefits. You will give line management and ensure ensuring teams are delivering funding and quality targets. You will work closely with the funders and manage stakeholder relationships. There will be the opportunity to develop those relationships and support with bid writing as well as over see social policy work and support wider teams through your leadership skills.
Advisors work from different locations including outreaches, so you will get the chance to travel and see some of the amazing areas across West Sussex from the coast to rural, Towns and Villages too. They offer a broad range of peer support groups to our enhanced cohort and short courses and workshops to enable people to learn tools and strategies to improve their wellbeing.
The Deputy Manager – Localities will support the Oxfordshire Wellbeing Manager to ensure effective delivery of high-quality locality-based services for people experiencing mental health issues in Oxfordshire. Providing some direct support to service users through Advice and Guidance sessions, short courses, workshops and peer support groups as well as providing management support to the team.

In this role you will be delivering an established, enjoyable, professional development programme for city farms, community gardens and care farms. You'll focus on training, networking and showcase events. The role involves getting out and about, but most of the work is office work. The London Development Officer is part of a London team of two, working closely with the London Development Manager, and staff of city farms and community gardens, including the trustees of the London Association of City Farms and Community Gardens. The London team works with the wider team of Social Farms & Gardens based in the UKs countries and regions.
The London programme is well-established and well-regarded.
Annual outputs include:
· Training days designed and delivered by SF&G members
· Networking tours of community growing spaces
· Showcase events including the London Harvest Festival
