Fauna & Flora’s Americas & Caribbean Programme is seeking qualified candidates to support the Regional Director and the Americas & Caribbean team in the development of and fundraising for the Americas & Caribbean programme and, when required, to manage a portfolio of start-up projects within the region.
You will be experienced in developing conservation projects and securing associated funding from a range of sources, including statutory and private funders. You will have proven technical skills in conservation, including in marine and/or terrestrial fields and it is essential that you are proficient in written and spoken Spanish.
You will be a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment where strategic approaches and conceptual thinking are being brought to deliver project concepts. A degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent level experience are expected.

In addition, providing support on EDI initiatives with the wider team on the EDI Toolkit management.
Suitable candidates will have experience in Committee work, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. About the role
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day financial operations of THS. You will oversee transactional processing, payroll, local group accounting, management of our partner charity accounts, creating monthly management reports and year-end audit preparation.

Since 2018, the LRU has grown its membership to over 7,000 renters across London. Through our six branches, we support renters to take action to transform the housing system. Organising in communities, the LRU runs training, facilitates peer support, takes collective action and campaigns on local issues, to grow our power.
The Operations Lead plays a key role in facilitating the union’s work, every day. By overseeing the systems, processes and resources that keep the union running effectively, this role creates the conditions for every part of the union to thrive. Working across teams, the Operations Lead helps ensure the organisation is resilient, efficient and well-equipped to achieve its goals.
You will be part of the LRU staff team alongside 15 other staff, who work with members to build the power of the union by organising, campaigning, training and facilitating peer support and member solidarity actions.
