As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Hindleap, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. Working closely with both the centralised Fundraising team and the Hindleap team, you will help to secure critical funding required to both maintain and improve the centre, making an active contribution to business development, pipeline management and supporting our strategic objectives. We are seeking a Governance and EDI Officer, on an 12-month Fixed Term Contract, to support the Governance and EDI team.

The Governance and EDI Officer will work closely with Trustees, the Senior Leadership Team, and other key stakeholders (both internal and external) to help deliver the calendar of governance committee, board and panel meetings ensuring adherence to pre-defined service standards and ensuring that all discussions, decisions and follow-on actions are recorded, communicated and actioned as appropriate, alongside supporting team members with EDI initiatives, including the Society’s EDI Community, the 2026 online EDI Symposium, Society involvement in the 2027 Minoritised Life Scientists Future Forum and organisational mentoring schemes.

The post-holder will support with administration and management for various Committees by compiling and preparing agendas and associated papers before each meeting, preparing Chair Notes and producing accurate minutes of meeting within the agreed timelines. You will also act as a liaison between the Society/PPL and Committee members on practical and logistical matters, such as supporting with expenses, as required.

The role will provide administrative support for the Nominations process and success planning, including Committee Chair, Trustee and Director inductions, along with drafting and reviewing policy documents and terms of reference. In addition, providing support on EDI initiatives with the wider team on the EDI Toolkit management.

Suitable candidates will have experience in Committee work, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be able to present information in a concise report format, with strong attention to detail, while being able to work flexibly to manage competing demands as required.

We are recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse. In this role you will provide line management and support to community-based staff who support survivors of domestic abuse across Derby City.  This will include providing supervision on complex casework, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.

The Deputy service manager willjoin our management team toassist the service manager in the delivery and development of high-quality support to survivors accessing our community-based services in Derby City. In this role you will ensure the smoothrunning of high-quality service to support survivors of domestic abuse. This will include managing staff teams to ensure effective advocacy is provided to survivors who are at medium/standard risk and their children. 

A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive outreach service

Suitable candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support, and of managing case work. In addition, you must have experience of managing and motivating staff, knowledge of domestic abuse issues, experience of providing support to survivors, and experience of working in community-based services

As a member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call service, on a rota basis, responding to out of hours emergencies.

About you

We are looking for a qualified and experienced therapist who combines strong clinical expertise with excellent organisational and management skills.

You will have:

• Full professional membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC, BACP or equivalent.

• At least five years’ post-qualification experience.

• Experience of working therapeutically with people who have experienced childhood trauma.

• Experience of clinical management or management within an organisational setting.

• Experience of working across different cultural contexts and a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practice.

• Experience of collecting and measuring clinical outcomes, including CORE.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements.

There are over 5,000 members of the Haemophilia Society, including people and families living with bleeding disorders, as well as healthcare professionals. About the role

The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day financial operations of THS. You will oversee transactional processing, payroll, local group accounting, management of our partner charity accounts, creating monthly management reports and year-end audit preparation.

This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity to take on a central role in how BSC manages impact and systems change across all asset classes we invest in, at a pivotal moment as we become a tech-first organisation. Since 2018, the LRU has grown its membership to over 7,000 renters across London.  Through our six branches, we support renters to take action to transform the housing system.  Organising in communities, the LRU runs training, facilitates peer support, takes collective action and campaigns on local issues, to grow our power.

The Support Services Manager position will be based at Bristol and the primary purpose will be to oversee Unseen’s frontline team to ensure that the organisation is fulfilling our obligations under the Victim Care contract by ensuring that potential victims of trafficking are safely accommodated and that they are supported to access the services needed in order to begin the process of recovery from their experiences.
