We are seeking a Community Employment Consultant to support people with convictions into employment by working with prisons, employers and community partners.

About the organisation:
This is an Employment Consultancy role with a difference; you will be working for a unique, award-winning organisation that helps people that have served a prison sentence to re-enter the workplace by:
- Training serving prisoners as Peer Recruiters, who then provide a Candidate pipeline and work closely alongside the Community Team.
- Take employers into prison to interview Candidates. Some job offers are made there and then.
- Provide caseworker support to Candidates in the community with the primary aim of removing their barriers to work and supporting them into meaningful, sustainable employment.
About the role:
As a Community Employment Consultant, you will support the senior team and work alongside the prison peer-led team, helping Peer Recruiters in custody to identify and support Candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with the relevant prison staff.
- Support the Head of the Inside Job programme to engage employers and plan monthly interview days.
- Develop relationships with local and national employers and to promote the service and create employment opportunities for participants.
- Work with the team to develop and implement a strategy to identify and target local and national employers.
- Build relationships with local Probation offices and staff, DWP and Local Authority initiatives and Police & Crime Commissioner/Violence Reduction Unit and other relevant statutory and voluntary sector organisations.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records to monitor the effectiveness of the programme using our in-house portal (CRM system). Provide effective case management for participants, ensuring tailored and consistent support.
About you:
To be successful in the role of, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Be able and willing to work in Prisons and Youth Offender Institutions, this includes a vetting process which you will need to pass in order to be successful in the role.
- An empathetic and understanding approach when working with Candidates.
- A good understanding of the barriers faced by people with convictions in accessing employment.
- An interest in employment, The Local Labour Market and Industry trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong administration skills with IT (MS Office) and well organised.
- You will have strong writing skills and will be able to write good CV’s and Disclosure Letters.
Although not essential, experience of Recruitment or Case Management would be desirable.

Scope and purpose
To implement MEI’s business development strategy, helping us secure sustained income to deliver our priorities and fulfil our mission to improve lives through maths education. - Scope external funding opportunities, reviewing these against MEI’s mission, objectives and key criteria.

Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. From grassroots beginnings, Kairos has grown into a respected, feminist led, specialist women’s organisation rooted in the community it serves.
Over the next 5 years, Kairos will strengthen our new Women’s Hub as a safe, accessible, trauma-informed women’s centre delivering best practice responses, expand our services to meet women’s needs, strengthen partnerships, and influence systems so that no woman is left behind.
To do this we are seeking an organised, empathetic, and proficient individual to ensure the smooth operation of our hub.
This part-time role provides essential front-of-house support—greeting and assisting women arriving at the hub with sensitivity and professionalism —while also handling a broad range of administrative duties. The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. A key part of the role will be to offer support to stroke survivors and their families; plan and deliver stroke support group sessions and ensure the smooth running of the service.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator’s key responsibilities will include:

About You
The post holder will have experience/background in:
- Experience of providing person centred support.
- Experience of working with people with a disability or long-term health condition, and their carers.
- Experience of using technology and IT systems to support your work and keep timely, accurate records.
- Effective listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
- Experience of working with health and social care professionals in a variety of settings.
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality including the delivery of face-to-face support in the form of stroke awareness sessions, home and hospital visits. · Providing a high-quality in-house prospect research service to the Alumni team and senior leaders, to support strategic alumni and stakeholder engagement
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and prioritising senior, influential, and high-potential alumni and stakeholders using agreed criteria such as leadership seniority, professional influence, networks, and engagement indicators
• Supporting the creation, management, and ongoing refinement of a strategic engagement power list to inform relationship-building, stewardship, and long-term engagement planning
• Delivering a pipeline of high-quality briefing materials for the head of Alumni Engagement and others within senior leadership team
• Compiling and managing a portfolio of research materials and insight projects, including alumni and stakeholder profiles, network mapping, influence analysis, and country-specific intelligence to support engagement activity
• Recording, managing, and enhancing the quality of alumni and stakeholder data using the organisation’s CRM database (Salesforce), ensuring records are accurate, current, and usable for engagement planning
• Supporting data cleansing and enrichment activity to strengthen the organisation’s understanding of its alumni and stakeholder community
• Ensuring all research activity is conducted ethically and in line with data protection requirements, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Role modelling the organisation’s values of commitment, inclusion, belonging, growth and innovation
• Undertaking any other duties relevant to the role, as requested

PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience in an educational development, advancement, or alumni office; direct experience in prospect research or insight roles is essential.
· Strong written communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly and accurately
· Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to data quality and accuracy
· Ability to use initiative and creatively source information to identify opportunities and map relationships and networks
· Ability to handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement
· Experience of accurate data entry and record maintenance, with a good working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to run reports
· Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· An interest in, and commitment to the charities core aims, value and mission.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Team: Fundraising and Supporter Engagement
As the Database Officer, you will take responsibility for the administration of financial transactions from various internal and external sources. You will take the lead on import processes, working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured, tested and reviewed. You will be involved in the implementation of integrations between the platforms we use and our supporter database, from recommendations to testing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the BACS Direct Debit processes, from processing BACS cancellations to preparing payment requests and processing payments, maintaining accurate reconciliations.
- Overseeing all aspects of Gift Aid processing and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Managing and improving data imports across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, ongoing monitoring, reconciliation, and correct income coding.
- Producing data‑integrity reports, run routine audits, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, enjoys collaborative problem‑solving, and uses SQL, Excel and Power BI to drive smarter, more efficient ways of working
ABOUT YOU

- Proven experienced in working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience of processing direct debits, financial information and importing/exporting data
- Good experience and knowledge of applicable legislation and ethical codes of practice, BACs, Gift Aid and information security principles and relevant data regulations.
- Good experience of using SQL query and Power Bi.
