Knights Youth Centre (KYC) was established in 1936 as an independent Christian Charity. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Youth and Community Leader to manage and develop the work at Oasis Knights. This is an opportunity to lead a team committed to making a tangible difference in the lives young people, their families and the broader community. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership and operational management, which includes overseeing a range of youth and community activities. A critical aspect of this role involves fundraising, business development, and monitoring the impact of all initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
· Overseeing youth provision, including mentoring, youth clubs and targeted interventions.
· Ensuring effective financial management and income generation to sustain and expand services.
· Managing and growing a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring alignment with Oasis’ ethos and values.
· Building strong partnerships with local stakeholders to support the delivery of impactful youth projects.
· Developing and maintaining monitoring and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of activities.
· Working with the building narrative to ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and other statutory requirements.
The successful post holder must have:
· A degree-level qualification or equivalent in youth work, community development or a related field.
· Proven experience in leading youth projects and managing diverse teams.
· Strong fundraising and income generation skills, with the ability to create and implement successful strategies.
· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and experience working with young people in challenging environments.
· A track record of developing and implementing strategic plans in partnership with stakeholders.

The Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Acquisition) at CBM UK is an important role in making our life-changing work possible. The Opportunity

However, there is still substantial appetite across the North for TEP to give trust and school leaders precision they can act on. There is a pipeline of interested trusts. The Regional Director will own that opportunity and lead business development in the region. Partnerships team support. A Marketing function, a Community team handling delivery, and colleagues across ImpactEd Group opening doors.
Early pipeline to build on. Warm conversations with trusts in the region, and a growing profile in the sector to build on.
Real commercial ambition. Clear termly targets, a performance-related pay structure, and the opportunity of employee shares through EMI.
A base in Leeds. A vibrant, accessible city-centre office two minutes from Leeds station, in the heart of the tech hub of the north.
The role
You'll lead TEP's growth and business development across the North of England: opening new partnerships with schools and trusts, stewarding strategic relationships with sector bodies, and shaping how TEP shows up in the region. You'll have real autonomy, backed by a Director who's hands-on with strategy, a growing marketing function, and the research weight of ImpactEd Group behind you.
There are three main areas of responsibility:
Winning new partnerships: Lead new business across the North of England, opening conversations with schools and trusts, converting them into partnerships, and delivering against termly targets.
Growing strategic partnerships: Steward the region's highest-value partnerships (typically Teaching School Hubs, sector bodies, or place-based local authority partnerships), leading the relationship and evidencing TEP's impact.
Contributing to TEP more broadly: Feed regional intelligence into TEP's business planning: where the growth is, where the risks are, and help embed scalable ways of working.
About you
We are open to a range of backgrounds, though it is likely the successful candidate will have significant experience working in or closely with schools and education, and experience in selling products or developing partnerships with school leaders. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office or on the road. You should be willing to travel across the North of England for partner meetings, conferences and events (approximately 50% of your time), with occasional UK-wide travel.
What you'll need
Experience working within or closely with UK schools, Local Authorities and multi-academy trusts, ideally with an existing network across Northern England
A demonstrable track record in partnership development, account management, or educational sales
Experience presenting to a senior education leaders (Headteachers, CEOs, Directors)
A strong understanding of school budgeting cycles and decision-making processes
Experience delivering presentations or public speaking.

We are now seeking a Communication & Impact Manager to play a pivotal strategic role in how we demonstrate, communicate, and strengthen our impact.
This role sits within the Leadership Team and is central to how we prepare for future funding and contract renewal. You will lead how we use data, insight, and lived experience to build a powerful evidence base that shows the value of our work and strengthens our visibility with stakeholders, partners, funders, and commissioners.
You will also lead the development of communications that bring our work to life, translating complex information into compelling stories that infl uence, engage, and inspire action.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Lead the development of CAHF’s communications, engagement, and impact approach to strengthen visibility, reputation, and infl uence
● Produce high-quality impact reports and insight products that demonstrate organisational value and support funding and contract renewal
● Translate complex data, research, and client experience into clear, compelling narratives for various audiences and communications
● Develop and deliver targeted digital and social media communications to increase engagement and awareness of CAHF’s work, including our More Than Advice model
● Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, funders, and commissioners, positively representing CAHF externally
● Strengthen how client voice and insight shape service development, organisational learning, and external communications
● Support fundraising, supporter engagement, and campaigning activity through impactful, evidence-based storytelling
● Work collaboratively across Advice, Libraries, Community Skills Services, and our wider volunteer network
