The Theatre has ambitions to increase fundraising capability to improve lives by sharing Pitlochry with the world and the world with Pitlochry. Now, they will recruit a maternity cover Individual Giving Manager and Prospectus is delighted to lead the search. This role is offered on maternity cover contract basis of with hybrid working from the theatre and home.
The Individual Giving Manager will secure and grow income from private donors and will be responsible for the planning and financial management of fundraising campaigns and the day-to-day delivery of fundraising relationships. You will lead the recruitment, cultivation and stewardship of individuals donors giving up to £5,000, which includes those donors within the membership programme at this level. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will help realise the potential of increased philanthropy for the organisation.
The selected candidate will have demonstrable fundraising experience relating to individual giving and will have experience of working to fundraising targets. You will have experience of building effective relationships and will know how to use data to inform philanthropy strategies and to optimise campaigns.

Terms
Permanent full and part-time contract positions for on the basis of 5 days (37h 30m) or 2.5 days (18h 45m) per week.

Help bring bold, imaginative theatre for children and young people to audiences across Wales and beyond. We’re looking for an experienced Producer to lead our productions from initial planning through to national and international touring.
The Producer will be responsible for producing all aspects of the Theatr Iolo productions (approx. 2
productions a year) and will be the main point of liaison for internal and external colleagues. The
Producer reports directly to the Artistic Director but also works closely with the Executive Director to
negotiate contracts with co-producers.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning
• To provide day to day management of the producing function – supporting the Artistic
Director and Executive Director, in ensuring that all Theatr Iolo productions are presented
with high-quality production values and in the best possible circumstances, including
national and international touring.
• To build and maintain relationships with venues, presenters, programmers and co-producers
• To work with the Executive Director on negotiations of contracts with companies, venues,
creative appointments, writers’ commissions and the engagement of actors.
• To source and apply for suitable funding to contribute to the production budget.
• To draw up rehearsal, production and performance schedules for all productions and
projects, liaising with the Communications & Engagement Manager and the rest of the Iolo
team.
• To draw up and manage budgets for individual productions.

About the role
The Head of Income Generation is a new and important leadership role within Stonewall Housing, created to grow and diversify our voluntary income and support the next stage of our development as a nationwide LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness charity.
Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead the development and delivery of ambitious income generation plans, with a particular focus on significantly growing income from corporate giving and partnerships.
You will build on Stonewall Housing’s existing corporate relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK. This will include strategic and commercial partnerships, Charity of the Year relationships, corporate donations, corporate foundations, employee fundraising, sponsorship, cause-related marketing and other opportunities for businesses and their employees to support our work.
You will develop compelling partnership propositions, lead applications and pitches, build relationships with senior decision-makers and create opportunities that deliver sustainable income alongside wider value for Stonewall Housing and the LGBTQ+ communities we support.
Alongside your focus on corporate income, you will work across Stonewall Housing’s wider fundraising portfolio, contributing to the development and growth of individual giving, major donor fundraising, community fundraising and other voluntary income streams. Essential experience
