We are delighted to be working with a leading national charity to recruit a Senior Philanthropy Manager (Trusts & Foundations). This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-value trusts, foundations and statutory income portfolio, securing significant funding that directly supports impactful services.

You will take ownership of developing a robust pipeline of opportunities, securing six-figure gifts from trusts, foundations and statutory funders, and delivering an exceptional supporter experience through strong stewardship and relationship management. As a senior member of the philanthropy team, you will also contribute to strategy, line manage team members and work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise income and impact.

To be successful as the Senior Philanthropy Manager (Trusts & Foundations) you will need:

  • Proven experience of securing significant income from trusts, foundations and/or statutory funders, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals and engage high-value stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing pipelines, budgets and competing priorities
