The Role

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive?

We’re looking for a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to people experiencing mental ill health. Your role will focus on helping people build the skills and confidence they need to maintain their accommodation and improve their quality of life.

You’ll work closely with local councils, mental health services, and other agencies to advocate for those you support. Using a person centred, strength-based approach, you’ll carry out needs assessments, coproduce support and safety plans, and guide individuals toward their personal goals. Your work will be grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to safeguarding.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Housing Administrator to join our small, friendly team. This is a key role providing comprehensive administrative support across our housing service, coordinating repairs and maintenance, assisting with letting our empty homes and ensuring full compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate day to day housing administration including lettings, tenancy updates, and customer enquiries.
• Administer and monitor repair and maintenance, raising works orders, liaising with contractors, processing invoices, and updating tenants.
• Assist with our empty homes from tenancy termination through to re-let.
• Support the delivery and monitoring of all compliance activities, including gas, electrical, fire, legionella, and asbestos safety checks.
• Maintain records and produce reports.
• Assist with income collection and rent administration.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by supporting the housing team with engagement, communication, and service delivery.

This role requires travel to our housing schemes in Newmarket, with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

About you

Prior experience in housing, property management, or a similar administrative role is highly desirable, particularly with exposure to repairs, voids, and compliance processes.

However, we recognise that excellent candidates don’t always follow a single career path. If you can demonstrate strong transferable skills such as managing complex workloads, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records we’d encourage you to apply.

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but the following will help:

• Experience in housing administration, repairs coordination or compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements for residential properties.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Southwark. The service is a short-term (up to two years) supported living service for people who have an enduring mental health diagnosis and who require and can benefit from, the help and support offered. It consists of 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room for adult men with medium to high-level support needs who require 24-hour supported accommodation, helping them to continue to live in the community and to reduce the risk of admission to hospital.

In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will also support with some day to day responsibilities of the team such as providing tailored support to our residents directly. As a Manager, you will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. You will ensure the service runs smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners. About You

We're seeking someone who has a genuine passion for making a difference to lives, and helping to create safer communities for all. You will experience of direct line management responsibility for the frontline care and support staff at your service who are providing housing related support to people who have experienced various difficulties and circumstances. We're looking for someone who can build rapport, trust, and create an environment which allows individuals to grow their skills and experience and develop as individuals. 

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in supporting those who struggle with their mental health, ideally in a similar environment
• Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
• Ability to support the Service Manager and help manage staff with daily tasks, caseloads and overall day to day running of the service
• Ability to provide advice, guidance, and support to the team on all aspects of service delivery including resident related queries
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands and needs of the service. For example, Provide an emergency on call service as and when required in case of emergency
• IT proficiency - we use various systems so look for someone who can learn and navigate new systems including case management, Microsoft, ATS, HR systems, and other types of organisational software

Job Title: Family Service Manager

Location: Based within HMP Altcourse, Fazakerley, Liverpool. Step Free access is available at this service. You may be expected to travel to other services as required, including to Central London Central Office and for in-person meetings held off site. 

Salary: £38,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service and organisational requirements, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays and forming part of the out of hours on call rota for managers. 

About the Role

We are seeking a Family Service Manager to lead our flagship family service based in HMP Altcourse. This is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking a hands-on role within a prison setting, who is confident in working in complex environments and wants to create meaningful change within punitive systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team who deliver high-quality, therapeutically informed, arts-based work with men in prison and their families. You will bring together creative group interventions, bespoke family counselling services, and day-to-day practical family support within a complex prison environment. 

As the Family Service Manager, you will lead a team of Programme Co-Ordinator's, Facilitators, Family Counsellors, a Deputy Service Manager, and other appropriate staff. The team deliver programmes such as Fathers Inside and Man Up which have received national recognition and have been delivered nationally across custodial and community settings. The role requires leadership experience, managing a diverse team, with line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to the participants of our programmes and their families. You will work closely with prison and Sodexo colleagues, as well as other internal SIG teams to ensure innovative, safe, and compassionate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Line Management throughout the employee lifecycle embedding a culture of learning, development, reflection, and evaluation.
• Creative leadership of creating and delivering engaging high-quality services and interventions which support rehabilitation, reintegration, and culture shifts in systems of power and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operational delivery of programmes, the service, and visitors centre.
• Ensure core responsibilities and contractual requirements are fulfilled.
• Striving to ensure excellence and quality in our service delivery.

• Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds
• Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
• Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
• Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations

WRAP are looking for a self-motivated and proactive person to manage its day-to-day operations, have responsibility for securing necessary funding and lead on strategic development.

WRAP is a small charity based in Stratford-upon-Avon, covering South Warwickshire, established over 25 years ago to preserve and protect the health of those with cognitive brain disorders. It delivers a range of services to support people affected by dementia, including a weekly café, a memory box loan scheme, an education programme for carers and a music group.
