The Role of Director of Property
Effective management of clergy housing and glebe assets is critical to supporting mission and ministry across the Diocese which covers Coventry, Warwickshire and part of Solihull.
As we discern a new vision and strategy, we are seeking a leader who someone who can shape and deliver robust strategies for our clergy housing and glebe portfolios.
They will oversee 156 clergy houses valued at £18.6m and a glebe portfolio valued at c£34m, comprising commercial property, agricultural land, and farming tenancies.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong record of managing a diverse property, commercial and agricultural assets alongside proven leaderships skills. Membership of RICS or CIB is required, and the successful applicant will be professional, approachable and results focused.
This post reports to the Diocesan Secretary & Chief Executive and is based in Coventry.

The team raises around £15–16 million annually from major donors, trusts and foundations and legacies, contributing significantly to the organisation’s wider fundraising income of approximately £37 million.
We are now seeking an outstanding Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships to provide strategic leadership for this vital programme. Reporting to the Fundraising Director and managing a team of 15 (with five direct reports), the role combines high-level leadership with hands-on engagement with major donors and senior stakeholders.
This is a pivotal moment for Greenpeace UK’s Key Relationships programme. Following a period of organisational change and restructuring, the successful candidate will help strengthen the major donor and philanthropic pipeline while shaping the future direction of the programme. The role will also play a central part in Greenpeace’s ambitious global capital campaign to fund a new ship and the campaigning work it will support, with Greenpeace UK contributing £20 million towards a €100 million international target by 2028.
As Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership for Greenpeace UK’s Key Relationships programme, overseeing fundraising from major donors, trusts and foundations and legacies
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 15, ensuring the programme delivers and grows significant philanthropic income
- Maintain and develop senior relationships with major donors, funders and strategic external stakeholders
- Play a key leadership role in Greenpeace’s global capital campaign to fund a new ship and global campaigning programme
- Work closely with colleagues across fundraising, campaigns and programmes to develop compelling funding opportunities aligned with Greenpeace’s priorities
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation as a member of the Fundraising Leadership Team
- Lead and shape Greenpeace UK’s key influencer strategy, owning a 3-year programme that connects our campaigns and fundraising ambitions to the people who can amplify their impact
- Represent Greenpeace UK externally and internationally, helping strengthen relationships across the wider Greenpeace network and sector partners
This role will suit an experienced fundraising leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire high-performing teams.
Ideal skills and experience:
- A strong track record of leading successful high-value fundraising and/or philanthropy programmes
- Extensive experience of establishing and sustaining relationships with senior level external stakeholders and/or funders
- Proven experience of successfully managing and supporting a team responsible for high value partnerships and/or philanthropy fundraising, including managing managers
- Experience of financial planning, forecasting and developing investment cases
- Demonstrable experience of convincingly and persuasively engaging with a wide range of people including high profile major donors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a wide range of audiences
- Strong strategic judgement and the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to inspire others, particularly in creative risk-taking and innovation

As the Project Officer, you will work directly with schools and local communities across Surrey, identifying ways to transform streets and public spaces into safer, more welcoming environments for active travel.

- Plan and deliver behaviour change projects and activities that promote walking, wheeling, and cycling within schools and local communities.

About the role
Our Hartlepool Parent Support project is commissioned by Hartlepool Council, to offer infant feeding support across the region in both community and hospital settings and perinatal mental health support throughout the region. Support is delivered by staff and volunteer peer supporters.
We are seeking a capable Perinatal Mental Health Project Leader who is passionate about supporting parents to lead on this project. This role is home-based but will include travel across the Hartlepool region (expenses will be reimbursed).
Join our passionate team and contribute to the meaningful work that transforms the lives of parents and families. Your role will include:
•Leading on perinatal peer support across the Town.
•Managing the volunteers
•Having a good working knowledge and understanding of the local demographics in the Hartlepool area and ensuring all services are accessible and inclusive.
•Engaging with communities through networking with other local organisations.
•The Confidence to network with and occasionally present to local clinical and partner agencies across maternity and mental health sectors to integrate the services into local pathways and build relationships with the profile of the service.
You must have good communication skills and be able to build relationships and create a rapport with a wide range of people easily. This is a large project you must be able to confidently prioritise your own work, be highly organised and able to work independently.

It is essential for this post that you undertake the training to become an Parents in Mind Peer Supporter. This requires lived experience. The training can be undertaken within your working hours.
The role is 25 hours per week which will be predominantly Monday to Friday within the working day, however, will include occasional evening and weekends. This is a home-based role, however travel across Hartlepool will be required.

As the leading national charity for unpaid carers, we exist to make life better for carers, however caring affects them. Our support, advice, information and campaigning work are now needed more than ever, as unpaid carers are providing more and more care, adversely impacting on their own health and wellbeing.
About the role
We recognise the value of social media in communicating with all our audiences; whether unpaid carers or their friends and families, employers, politicians, service providers, supporters and all those people who may become a carer for a partner, family member, friend or neighbour and will need information, support, and to know that there are people working to make their lives better.
This role works with colleagues across the organisation - but also in partnership with external organisations and agencies, with targets set for engagement (and other indicators of the success of our campaigns). We're working on multiple campaigns simultaneously; whether that's Carers Week, campaigns to influence changes to the law to better support carers, encouraging unpaid carers to join us as members, updating on activities in the devolved nations or getting people to fundraise for Carers UK. And we use a mix of owned, earned and paid communications to drive engagement in a challenging and crowded environment in order to get our messages to cut through. It's a busy, but varied role, in a supportive and collaborative team.
About you
Working within the communications and marketing team, you'll be confident in managing our social media accounts (we have many), ensuring we're using platforms to get our messages out to both wide and targeted audiences with engaging and timely content.
You'll be happy using tools for social listening, interacting with our audiences and building our reach. You'll be familiar with key metrics for social engagement and will be reporting back to colleagues and other stakeholders - and using this data to constantly improve our communications.
You'll be skilled in writing longer form content for our members' magazine, Caring, proof reading articles, posting content on our websites, creating graphics and making sure our content is engaging, audience focused and dynamic. Oh, and you probably know your way around an emoji set and are not scared of a well timed pun. We're a small but effective communications team and pride ourselves on getting stuck in and supporting each other when we need to deliver big on fast moving projects, so you'll need be able to juggle lots of demands while recognising the importance of always hitting deadlines.

SV 2has been supporting victims and survivors of sexual abuse since 1994, and today provides a range of services to anyone in Derbyshire and Derby City who has experienced sexual abuse, assault or violence, including their friends and family members. We support people irrespective of age, gender or when the abuse occurred.
We're looking for a highly motivated ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to work across Derbyshire. The role will support people aged 18 and over who have experienced sexual abuse or rape at any point. The successful candidate with join our friendly, professional and passionate team, working across Derbyshire remotely and in person.
You might be the right person for the role if you have:
· At least one year’s experience in managing complex client cases
· Experience of building relationships with partner services and other professionals
· Knowledge of issues affecting victims of sexual violence and abuse
· Experience in delivering services in a confidential environment
· Driving licence and access to a car with business insurance
· Knowledge and experience in relation to the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Children
