Job Summary for Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

• Lead and oversee Bowel Cancer UK’s paid advertising programme, ensuring activity is strategic, insight‑driven and aligned with organisational goals.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the charity to raise awareness of our cause, drive supporter acquisition and increase income.
• Manage paid media campaigns end‑to‑end, from scoping and briefing through to execution, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Take a hands‑on approach to campaign delivery while also providing strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee paid media platforms and work closely with external agencies to optimise performance and maximise value from suppliers.
• Play a pivotal role within the Digital Marketing and Engagement team, using strong analytical skills and deep channel knowledge to broaden our reach and ambitions.

The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. About the role

This is a dynamic, strategic role and as Head of Therapeutic Services, you will exercise person-centred clinical responsibility for Woman’s Trust (WT), counselling, groupwork and other therapeutic services.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee the day-to-day delivery of seamless, highquality service across all of our client-facing provisions. You will support the CEO to ensure the future development of WT by leading the frontline staff team in the provision of high-quality, relevant and safe services to survivors of violence and abuse in line with WT’s aims and principles.

As Head of Therapeutic Services, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with colleagues across WT, to plan and implement quality improvement plans in order to deliver outstanding services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Working with key stakeholders to ensure that WT counselling services are delivered to a high professional standard, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and the person-centred approach.

1. Events Marketing

• To oversee the scheduling, production and distribution of promotional e-mails for our events. Liaise with comms team to promote events across AvMA media platform To work on the development of the events pages on the new AvMA web site. Ensuring event web pages are kept up-to-date. To carry out data analysis and web analytics to determine what people are responding to and to highlight the areas we may need to focus/re-focus.

Events Logistics & Management

• In conjunction with the Head of Events, to undertake the production and organisation of events, including inviting and liaising with speakers and arranging event logistics. Effective liaison with speakers, ensuring they have all the information required to participate in the event and providing deadlines for receiving their presentation and biography. To work on site at events as required and run smaller events on your own. Duties will involve setting-up and administering registration, liaising with the venue, greeting speakers and exhibitors, dealing with enquiries from delegates and making sure the event runs smoothly. Production of the online conference documentation, to include speaker presentations.

Events CRM

• Develop a sound understanding of AvMA’s new CRM, ensuring we optimise it for the efficient and effective marketing of events.
• To assist if/as required with bookings and booking queries for AvMA’s events.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and community-minded Project Officer to join our small and supportive team. This is a genuinely varied role, spanning project delivery and network development as well as operational support for our growing OxFarmToFork food hub. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different kinds of tasks and wants to contribute to real change in the Oxfordshire food system.

What You’ll Be Doing 

Project Support (approx. 1.5 days/week) 

Working closely with the Project and Comms Leads, you’ll support the delivery of GFO’s local projects and public-facing campaigns. This includes contributing to initiatives such as the Great Big Green Lunch, and the WISH initiative with our partners at Cherwell Collective, a groundbreaking project that empowers the community to build more sustainable daily habits, including reducing food waste. You’ll help coordinate activity, track progress, and make sure things run smoothly from planning through to delivery. 

Organisational Development (approx. 1.5 days/week) 

You’ll steward GFO’s member network, nurturing robust community and connections. This means attending events, visiting network members and community food groups, and making sure GFO remains well-connected and able to support the people and organisations it works with. 

You’ll also work with the CEO on opportunity horizon scanning: helping to identify income prospects, partnerships, and strategic developments relevant to GFO’s mission, and keeping track of these in a structured and accessible way. 

OxFarmToFork Operations (approx. 1 day/week) 

GFO hosts OxFarmToFork, an exciting local food project and the UK’s first regenerative B2B online marketplace, connecting agroecological growers with buyers in local institutions such as Oxford University colleges. You’ll provide the weekly operational backbone that keeps it running: managing the online marketplace platform (Tream), coordinating with producers and buyers around weekly market cycles and deliveries and supporting the onboarding of new producers and buyers. It’s hands-on work that sits at the heart of a genuinely innovative local food project. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience of project coordination or support, in any sector – non-profit, community, food, or otherwise. 

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a range of tasks.

As Evidence Officer, you’ll support the development and delivery of our research and evidence programme, with a focus on social impact.

Schools and Programmes Coordinator / Senior Coordinator – (London)

Salary: Coordinator/Senior Coordinator £28,860 – £34,500 depending on experience. (Salaries over £29,900 reserved for more senior/experienced candidates only).

About the Role:

We are seeking to expand our committed team of Programme Coordinators and Senior Coordinators who work directly with young people, supporting them to discover and achieve their best next step on their route to a successful career.

Our Coordinators work with young people studying in schools and colleges who face barriers to higher education and employment. Working closely with Careers Leads, Pastoral Support Workers and Referral Partners this role requires excellent relationship management skills to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and young people as well as local construction and built environment employers who are fundamental to the successful delivery of inspiring world of work programmes.

About You

What we’re looking for in our new Coordinator(s) includes:

· Enthusiastic about connecting young people to opportunities, particularly those facing barriers to work.

· Have a ‘can-do’ attitude, as a small charity you will be expected to get involved in a variety of our programmes and activities – including development of our programmes and processes

· Be able to work within established programme structures, but still be responsive to the individual needs of employers and young people

· IT literate and digitally savvy

· Ability to communicate professionally with a range of people including young people, schools, funders, universities, industry representatives, training providers and community organisations.

· A willingness to learn about career opportunities offered by the modern construction and wider built environment sector.

· We would expect Senior Coordinator to be experienced practitioners who can take responsibility for a significant area of work, proactively driving good practice across organisation and demonstrating a constructive and solutions-focussed leadership

· Ideally educated to Level 3 (BTEC, A- Level, etc) or equivalent experience.

Location: United Kingdom, homebased with regular travel for meetings 
Contract: 1-year fixed term, Full-Time 35 hours position
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum dependent on experience

We’re looking for an Accreditation & Licensing Advisor to support the review and development of iCatCare’s Cat Friendly accreditation and licensing schemes (Cat Friendly Clinic, Cat Friendly Homing, Easy to Give and Cat Friendly Approved) This role plays a key part in ensuring our programmes are strategically aligned, operationally effective, and deliver measurable impact for cat welfare. 

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen standards, improve processes, and help ensure our schemes are sustainable, robust, and internationally relevant. 

Key responsibilities 

• Contribute to the review and development of accreditation and licensing schemes, from application through to assessment and renewal 

• Monitor emerging global standards, legislation, and research relevant to animal welfare accreditation 

• Conduct competitor and sector analysis to inform scheme development 

• Support the creation of clear policies, procedures, guidance, and implementation plans 

• Work with data and digital teams to improve systems, reporting, and efficiency 

• Coordinate timelines, manage budgets, and identify risks and opportunities 

• Support stakeholder engagement, including scheme participants, sponsors, and partners 

• Gather, analyse, and report on data for accreditation submissions, performance monitoring, and impact measurement 

• Support financial modelling, reporting dashboards, and impact reports 

• Contribute to funding and sponsorship development alongside fundraising colleagues 

About You: 

You’ll bring experience in accreditation, licensing, quality management, compliance, or a related field, with a strong appreciation of the challenges involved in operating international accreditation and/or licensing programmes. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident working independently as well as collaboratively. 

You’ll communicate clearly and thoughtfully, build positive working relationships, and feel confident using data and digital tools to support decision making and reporting. Above all, you’ll be motivated by purpose and shared values, with a genuine commitment to improving cat welfare.
