This is an exciting opportunity to shape how data and insight is used at Community Impact Bucks. The role  

The Data, Insight and Impact Lead will help us understand, demonstrate and increase the difference we make. Working across our programmes and services, you will turn data into clear insights, reports, dashboards and impact stories that improve services, support decision-making and shape future priorities. 

Working alongside the Head of Programmes and Business Development and colleagues across the charity, you will bring together information from different programmes and systems. With strong analytical and reporting skills, experience of monitoring and evaluation, and confidence working with complex datasets, you will support colleagues to improve data quality, meet reporting requirements and use evidence to improve services and identify future opportunities. 

A key element of the role will be building a strong understanding of all areas of our work and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation. This will include regular in-person activity and collaboration with team members and the Senior Leadership Team. 

The role will be responsible for  

• Developing and improving data, insight and impact reporting across the charity.

• Analysing monitoring and evaluation data to demonstrate impact and support service improvement.

This is a new role, created as part of a restructuring of the GA's operational team. The Administrative Coordinator is the human face of the GA's operational work. This is a role for someone who is genuinely energised by working with people - warm, organised, and reliable - and who combines administrative excellence with the wish to maximise the potential of others.

You will provide the day-to-day administrative and coordination support that keeps the GA's work with congregations, ministers, and members running smoothly. • Congregational and membership administration - Serve as a first point of contact for enquiries, maintain accurate membership records, and support engagement across our wider community.

• Ministry and congregational support - Maintain key registers and records, coordinate the annual commitment-to-pay process, and triage our inbox with care and good judgement.

What core skills and experience you’ll have 

Essential:

 To lead and grow Cruse’s community fundraising and events programme, maximising income from existing activities/events while developing new fundraising opportunities. The postholder will take ownership of event planning and delivery, supporter engagement and volunteer and Branch fundraising coordination, helping to increase unrestricted income. Coram Beanstalk wants a future where every child becomes a reader.

We enable people to give children positive experiences of reading through the wider support they need to switch on to reading, learn to read and become confident, independent readers.

We manage volunteers as part of our core business: one to one reading support in primary schools.We also deliver early years and secondary programmes, and training and support to parents/carers, school communities and other organisations. We generate income from these customers and a range of fundraising sources.

Operating within the Coram Group, Coram Beanstalk has a small and dynamic staff team, with the Salesforce system sitting at the heart of all our activities.

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, confident person who can work under their own initiative and is looking to establish or further their career in administration. You would be working in a suitable home working environment, regularly connecting online with the administration team to ensure our volunteers and school partners receive a positive and helpful response to their enquiries and maintain efficiency and data integrity through our onboarding processes.

You will work closely with our support team and trainers to ensure that our volunteer and school customer journeys run efficiently and help raise awareness in local communities.

Day to day you will process safeguarding checks and support new volunteers to progress smoothly through our training journey, often interacting via online calls. You will manage incoming enquiries via phone and email and support the wider remotely based team with administrative tasks. Use of Salesforce is integral to the role, with accurate records enabling us to provide a high level of customer service.

Context of role:

The Outreach Officer plays a key role in raising awareness of services, strengthening community
partnerships and supporting the delivery of high-quality bereavement support activities across the
region. The postholder will engage with local networks, coordinate events, and support volunteers
while ensuring effective monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement. The role involves regular travel within Wessex

Key responsibilities:
Support Service:
1. Event Coordination and Delivery
1.1: Coordinate and deliver regular community engagement activities, including; coffee mornings and
support events.
1.2: Organise and facilitate regular wellbeing and social activities, such as; walks or group sessions.
1.3: Represent the organisation at regional events, including supporting fundraising and CYP teams
when required.
1.4: Co-lead on bookings and coordination of Ty Uchaf, our respite house.
2. Awareness, Training and Engagement
2.1: Lead on regional awareness training delivery for non-emergency services and community-based
organisations.
2.2: Deliver additional 2wish training programmes as required, including Children & Young People
(CYP) and Bereavement in workplace support training.
2.3: Lead awareness and advocacy activities with local ‘support champions’, including professionals
within non-emergency services.
3. Partnership and Network Development
3.1: Actively engage with local bereavement networks through attendance at meetings, hosting
information stands and building strong professional relationships across the region.
3.2: Develop and maintain effective links with community partners to expand reach and awareness of
services.
4. Volunteer Support
4.1: Act as a key local contact for volunteers.
4.2: Support the recruitment, training and retention of volunteers in collaboration with the wider
team.
5. Administration, Monitoring and Reporting
5.1: Maintain and take ownership of relevant systems and spreadsheets, including those used for:
52: Event planning and delivery
5.3: Marketing and communications
5.4: Contact and engagement tracking
5.5: Professional and family engagement records
5.6: Accurately record interactions with stakeholders, including; families, professionals, champions
and referral partners.
5.7: Monitor and manage posts/content on Facebook family accounts.
6. Quality Assurance and Improvement
6.1: Support quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
6.2: Collect and review feedback from events and training sessions to inform future development.

2.0 General:

practices as appropriate
1.10: To attend weekend and evening community events in support of the charity as necessary
1.11: Participate as and when required in team meetings and one-to-one meetings, and
undertake, as appropriate, courses/training/other developmental activities, which is relevant to
the role
1.12: To contribute to the evaluation and monitoring processes to ensure effectiveness of
services and activities provided
1.13: Contribute on the social media platforms maintained by 2wish

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job:

• To promote the training package, to build and maintain effective relationships with general practice teams, and to recruit local general practices to participate in the training package.
• To provide in-house training for general practice teams on understanding, recognising and responding to domestic abuse.
• To provide ongoing specialist advice and support around domestic abuse to practice teams.
• To encourage general practice health professionals to ask patients about their experience of abuse and respond, record, safety check and refer.
• To provide specialist, individual and needs-led advocacy and support to patients who are or have experienced domestic abuse who are referred from participating practices, and to provide onward referrals where appropriate.
• To collect and collate performance and monitoring data for reporting purposes and also with a view to further embedding and developing the programme locally.
• To work in partnership with Southampton IDVA service to deliver Pippa (Prevention, Intervention and Public Protection Alliance) providing initial advice, information and guidance to victims, professionals, and family members. To participate in the delivery of the on-call out of hours on a rota basis
• Work with those experiencing domestic abuse to increase their personal safety, and that of any children, and inform them of their rights and options in terms of housing, legal and welfare rights

Stop Domestic Abuse is a proud women-led organisation supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse across Portsmouth and Hampshire. Our vision is a world without domestic abuse, and we work to ensure that it’s ‘everyone’s business.’

We provide refuge and community-based support, delivering in a trauma-informed way for adults, children and young people, tailored to individual needs. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Prescribing Team Lead to oversee the delivery and ongoing development of Bexley's Social Prescribing Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting residents to improve their health, wellbeing and independence through access to community-based support. 

As Team Lead, you will provide operational leadership to a team of Community Wellbeing Coordinators, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for residents. You will work closely with GP practices, NHS partners, commissioners, local authority teams and voluntary sector organisations to strengthen partnerships, identify emerging community needs and support service improvement across the borough. 

This role combines leadership, partnership working, quality assurance and performance management responsibilities with a small resident-facing caseload. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• Experience of leading, supervising or supporting staff or volunteers. 

• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working across organisations and sectors. 

• Experience using data, performance information and reporting to improve services. 

• Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities for adults, children and young people. 

• An understanding of social prescribing and person-centred approaches. 

• A passion for reducing health inequalities and supporting stronger communities.
