An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Head of Operations. The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Medair UK's finance, HR, IT and governance functions, ensuring robust systems, effective controls, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Job Description
The Individual Giving Manager will build a programme with enormous growth potential. Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and colleagues across the charity, you will develop the Individual Giving strategy for Heart Research UK, establishing a robust programme of donor acquisition and supporter development, while focusing equally on supporter experience and retention to inspire long-term giving.
The Individual Giving Manager will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking and planning with hands-on delivery. They will have experience in using audience insight, data and continuous testing to identify the channels and products that deliver the greatest long-term value. They will focus on establishing a test, learn, tweak, test again culture that is driven by evidence, insight and return on investment.
Given the nature of the role, it will require the postholder to be able to manage their time and workload effectively across a variety of tasks, while actively contributing to our work to generate income and achieve our targets.

·Work with the Director of Income Generation to develop and deliver an ambitious Individual Giving strategy that supports Heart Research UK’s fundraising and organisational growth objectives

·Lead relationships with third party agencies, following procurement procedures and managing agencies to ensure Heart Research UK gets the most value for our investment and that agencies behave in line with our values and policies

Individual giving and corporate support are vital to the delivery of RZSS's ambitious strategy and the Fundraising Manager is a senior role. Working with the Head of Fundraising and colleagues across RZSS, the post-holder will manage a small team to deliver inspiring multi-channel campaigns for individual giving, legacies and patrons as well as expanding a new major donor programme. The postholder will also manage the corporate partners programme and support the expansion of corporate sponsorship opportunities.
This hugely varied role will include responsibility for developing our donor journey, managing relationships with major donors, leading events and donor visits whilst ensuring all supporters receive excellent stewardship. The fundraising team are based in Edinburgh Zoo (albeit this role can be offered as a hybrid position). This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.

These are the basic duties required of the Head of Operations. The Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal part in advancing Off The Records (OTR) fundraising and marketing strategies. As OTR continues to grow, this position will be instrumental in expanding our online presence and ensuring we connect with a broad audience, including young people, families, professionals, and supporters of our mission. JOB PURPOSE

• Identify new opportunities to grow OTR’s social media reach, building awareness of our services, fundraising and outreach work.
• Regularly report on social media performance, using insights to inform future content and strategy.

Email marketing
• Manage the planning, creation, and delivery of OTR’s quaterly email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, fundraising initiatives and service information and signposting.

• Assist in the promotion of key OTR events.
• Manage and grow OTR’s email marketing lists, ensuring they are up to date and GDPR compliant.
