Job Title: Head of Impact and Insights

Purpose of the Job
Development and delivery of the Data, Research and Impact strategy through a cascade of the overall business strategy by ensuring Felix uses robust evidence, technology and research to maximise its social impact and make effective strategic decisions.
The role provides strategic leadership for the Impact & Insights function at a pivotal stage for Felix post-merger. It will also play a critical role as we reshape and transition Data, Digital and Technology, clarifying ownership of business logic, measurement frameworks, KPIs, data quality and governance so that Impact & Insights, Technology and business owners have clear accountabilities and can build greater organisational data maturity. Essential Criteria
- Significant senior-level experience leading impact, insight, research, functions, with a track record of using evidence to shape organisational strategy and decision-making.
- Strong experience of developing impact measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting approaches that demonstrate organisational performance and social impact.
- Experience of improving data governance, data quality and data management practices across teams, with a clear understanding of responsible data use and data privacy regulations (eg GDPR).
- Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, creating clarity, focus and high standards across insight generation, research and reporting.
- Strong strategic communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate asks, recommendations and trade-offs to ELT, boards and senior stakeholders.

Role Details
Title: Skilled Volunteer Programme Manager
Time Commitment: Full time (with the option of 4 days a week)

Role overview
Shine supports a community of over 15,000 members living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, including 10,000 adults (25+).
You will be delivering high-quality support and creating opportunities for adults living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their carers, supporting Shine members to lead healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives by improving condition management and fostering connections within the Shine community.
This role will focus on adults (25+), you will be primarily working within the Adult Services Team. However, there will be occasions when you will work across age groups to ensure the best outcomes for our members.
The role is home-based and ideally you will live within an hour commute of London, within Essex, Kent or Sussex as you will be attending clinics in London and the Southeast as required. There would be occasional travel required across wider areas and nationally including attendance at events, conferences and meetings at our head office in Peterborough.
The role is full time 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday with working core hours 9am-5pm with some flexibility to cover events evenings/weekends.

Role Overview
The Head of Partnerships and Development will lead Multibank Scotland’s partnership and development activity.
This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone who can identify opportunities, make clear and compelling asks, build trust quickly and turn ideas into practical partnerships. We are looking for someone who creates momentum and follows opportunities through, rather than someone focused solely on networking or stakeholder management.
The role will lead the day-to-day development pipeline across corporate partnerships, product supply, strategic relationships, expansion opportunities, funding proposals and supporter stewardship.
A central part of the role will be developing partnerships that increase the volume, quality and range of goods available for redistribution. This will include working with businesses, manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers and other organisations to secure donated goods, services, expertise and in-kind support.
The postholder will also help expand Multibank Scotland’s reach. Working closely with the Chief Executive and the Scotland-wide Operations Manager, they will support the development of new partnerships, satellite sites and delivery models across Scotland.
Fundraising will form part of the role, but it is not primarily a traditional fundraising post. The emphasis is on building strategic partnerships that create long-term value, whether through goods, funding, services, expertise, infrastructure or collaboration.
The Chief Executive will continue to lead on overall strategy, major funder relationships, Board reporting, governance, finance and key organisational decisions. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Head of Operations. The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Medair UK's finance, HR, IT and governance functions, ensuring robust systems, effective controls, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Role Purpose
To lead Panathlon Foundation's fundraising strategy, securing sustainable income through trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, individual giving, philanthropy, fundraising events and supporter engagement.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees and Strategic Leads, the Head of Fundraising will develop the relationships, opportunities and fundraising culture that enable Panathlon to reach more disabled and disadvantaged young people through inclusive sport.

This is a new role to stabilise, diversify and grow income in a financially constrained environment, reducing reliance on statutory funding, increasing unrestricted income, and strengthening Catalyst Support’s credibility with all sources of non statutory funding, including trusts, foundations, corporates, individuals and communities. About you and the role

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the Trust, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of income and expenditure, budget planning and development, monitoring, and compliance with charity accounting requirements.
You will work closely with the Head of Operations, Trustees and external advisers, supporting financial planning, audit requirements, and governance. The role also includes providing Clerk support to the Board of Trustees, including attending up to four evening meetings each year.
