More about the role:As Head of Farm, you will help deliver our transition from Day visits to Residential visits at our Skipton farm, working alongside and managing a team to deliver an impactful programme. Your responsibilities will include leading up to four visits per month, ensuring the smooth delivery of residential visits, representing Jamie’s Farm with partner organisations, funders, volunteers and other stakeholders; and fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration within the team. You will help achieve key performance goals including high visitor retention and staff satisfaction rates, while also leading professional development and team-building activities for your team. 

You will participate in all aspects of farm life - leading walks, guiding young people through meaningful output-based jobs like gardening or log chopping, and creating meaningful connections during shared meals and evening programmes. You will also contribute to broader Jamie’s Farm strategy as a key member of the Leadership team.

To ensure the effective resolution of client complaints by maintaining expert knowledge of regulated advice and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Complaints and Challenge Management

• Lead the end-to-end management of all client complaints, overseeing first-stage advice service resolutions and directly managing escalated complaints, while contributing regulatory insight to team discussions on MHCBS and Regulation 17 creditor challenges.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and fair resolution in accordance with FCA and MaPS complaint-handling procedures.
• Act as the organisational escalation point for complex or high-risk advice-related complaints, including cases involving direct client or creditor challenges under MHCBS and Regulation 17
• Liaise with external stakeholders, creditors, and partners to resolve disputes and maintain strong working relationships.
• Maintain an accurate and auditable record of all complaints, decisions, and resolutions.

Quality and Compliance Oversight

• Work with the Head of Quality and Compliance to monitor compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Conduct audits and case reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of quality-improvement plans, policies, and tools.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends and risks across services.

Continuous Improvement and Learning

• Translate insights from complaints and audits into practical service improvements.
• Collaborate with Advice Managers and Coordinators to integrate learning into casework and training.
• Support staff training and development on complaint handling, communication, and quality assurance.
• Promote a culture of transparency, fairness, and continuous learning within advice delivery teams to ensure ongoing service improvement and the highest possible standard of support for Toynbee Hall clients.

Regulatory and Partnership Liaison

• Proactively maintain and develop knowledge of regulations, legislation, and best practice across all advice areas by engaging in relevant training, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Ensure complaint handling and quality monitoring comply with FCA MaPS  and advice quality standards.
• Support preparation for audits, funder reviews, and regulatory inspections.
• Keep colleagues informed of relevant regulatory changes and implications for practice.

Experience and Knowledge

• Hold a valid Money and. Pension Service accredited qualification in debt advice
• A minimum of two years’ full time (2,220 hours) or equivalent part-time experience of delivering debt advice
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of advice areas, with particular expertise in FCA regulations, MaPS quality frameworks, and the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space Regulation
• Significant experience managing complaints and quality processes within a regulated advice
• Proven experience in complaint resolution, creditor negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyse complex cases and identify systemic issues or risks.
• Experience developing and implementing service improvement plans.

The Diocese of Guildford is seeking a gifted and collaborative Training Lead to coordinate and ensure delivery of high‑quality training for clergy, licensed lay ministers and parish leadership teams across the diocese.

As the Training Lead, you will be a key member of the St Martha’s College (SMC) team. St Martha’s College is at the heart of ministerial formation within the diocese, bringing together a growing range of training pathways including Foundations in Ministry, Occasional Courses, IME2, CMD, Clergy Wellbeing, and leadership development. The Research Manager will play an important role in working with the Head of Impact and Evaluation and across Coram to develop and expand work of the team within Coram’s Institute for Children.

Working within Coram’s growing Impact and Evaluation team (which currently includes eight permanent researchers) the Research Manager will lead the delivery of high quality, innovative qualitative and quantitative studies including externally commissioned research and evaluation to support the improvement of policy and practice for vulnerable children, young people and their families. This will include implementation and process evaluations with children/young people, parents/carers and professionals as well as quasi-experimental and experimental impact evaluations.

We welcome applications from mixed-methods, quantitative and qualitative researchers who have knowledge of a range of research methods and evaluation approaches. We are dedicated to delivering child-centred research to ensure their voice is at the forefront of our work. • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and contracting for all University partnerships, supporting effective financial management.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of partnership activity using upReach’s internal CRM and systems, enabling effective reporting, forecasting and stewardship.

• Uphold the organisation’s legal and ethical obligations, including data protection, charity law, and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Manage and support a rotation of the Future Charity Leaders Programme, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

• Meet monthly with University Leads (the Programme Coordinator responsible for day-to-day university activities) to set partnership priorities, monitor stakeholder KPIs (onboarding, engagement), and deliver updates to universities.

• Contribute to the achievement of income targets aligned with upReach’s strategic goals, identifying and progressing opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Engage fully in the annual appraisal process, setting ambitious, SMART objectives that align with organisational priorities and your personal development.

Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.  
 
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. 
 
This role is a fixed term role until 31st March 2027 with the opportunity to be made permanent subject to contract renewal.
 
The role will be prison-based. About the Role

We are seeking a Family Service Manager to lead our flagship family service based in HMP Altcourse. This is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking a hands-on role within a prison setting, who is confident in working in complex environments and wants to create meaningful change within punitive systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team who deliver high-quality, therapeutically informed, arts-based work with men in prison and their families. You will bring together creative group interventions, bespoke family counselling services, and day-to-day practical family support within a complex prison environment. 

As the Family Service Manager, you will lead a team of Programme Co-Ordinator's, Facilitators, Family Counsellors, a Deputy Service Manager, and other appropriate staff. The team deliver programmes such as Fathers Inside and Man Up which have received national recognition and have been delivered nationally across custodial and community settings. The role requires leadership experience, managing a diverse team, with line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to the participants of our programmes and their families. You will work closely with prison and Sodexo colleagues, as well as other internal SIG teams to ensure innovative, safe, and compassionate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Line Management throughout the employee lifecycle embedding a culture of learning, development, reflection, and evaluation.
• Creative leadership of creating and delivering engaging high-quality services and interventions which support rehabilitation, reintegration, and culture shifts in systems of power and compliance.

• Previous experience in facilitation of group programmes and/or training to various groups, ideally in a similar setting (preferably within a creative setting)
• Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds
• Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
• Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
• Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands and needs of the service. For example, Provide an emergency on call service as and when required in case of emergency
• IT proficiency - we use various systems so look for someone who can learn and navigate new systems including case management, Microsoft, ATS, HR systems, and other types of organisational software.
