As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire, and North East Lincolnshire, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups-particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to prepare individuals to move on to independent living in the community. Service users may step down from the intensive support service to high, medium or lower needs before moving into the community. 

From the outset of an individual's tenancy the focus of the support is on preparing them for their journey of recovery and independence over an agreed period. Our support service is provided 24 hours a day 365 days per year with tailored flexible support delivered in accordance with need.

You have experience working with individuals who have mental health and/or dual diagnosis needs in a paid or voluntary capacity, and you are able to learn quickly, gather information, and make sound decisions. You can record and share detailed information accurately and confidentially, while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. You are skilled in working with people who may display challenging behaviour, using de-escalation techniques and a calm, non-judgemental, anti-discriminatory approach.

You bring a solution-focused mindset, working collaboratively to resolve problems and remaining optimistic about people's capacity for change. You are comfortable working in fast-paced or chaotic environments and can manage pressure while maintaining boundaries and quality of support. You are willing to work early, late, and occasional weekend shifts as part of a team rota, and you have strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, with the ability to respond appropriately when concerns arise.

When will I be working?

You will be working Monday to Sunday on a shift rota doing early and late shifts across bank holidays and weekends as well starting as early at 08:00 and finishing as late as 22:00

We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to help people experiencing homelessness and complex needs maintain safe, stable accommodation in Middlesbrough.

About the Role

Join Depaul UK as a Housing Support Worker and help people experiencing homelessness and complex needs build greater stability and independence.

You will manage a caseload of clients, providing practical and emotional support to help them maintain their accommodation, develop independent living skills and work towards their individual goals.

This is a varied, community-based role combining direct support with practical tenancy and housing responsibilities. You do not need to be an experienced Housing Officer, but you will need experience supporting vulnerable people and the confidence to manage your own caseload. Training and support will be provided to develop your housing management knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

· Supporting people with complex needs to maintain their accommodation and build independence

· Providing regular visits, practical support, advice and life-skills guidance

· Helping clients manage rent, benefits, arrears and tenancy responsibilities

· Coordinating repairs and responding to property, landlord and contractor queries

· Responding appropriately to safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy concerns

· Working with statutory and voluntary sector partners to create effective packages of support

· Maintaining accurate client, housing and case management records

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will have experience in working directly with children and young people in a residential setting. Experience in supporting children and young people with a learning disability and/or Autism is required. 

You will work directly with the children and young people on shift, as part of the staff team on rota.  In addition to this your main role will include

About the Role

As Senior Project Officer, you will help improve the health, wellbeing and independence of older people across the community. Working closely with the Healthy Lifestyles Service Manager, you will shape and deliver meaningful activities while providing day-to-day support to staff and volunteers.

About the role

The role will work in partnership with Dorset charity STARS – Sexual Trauma and Recovery Service and your focus will be to support women who have experience trauma and abuse and are at risk of being made homeless. You will be part of the SHINE service – (Sustaining Housing Independence and Emotional Resilience)  and will tailor accommodation support to each woman and support them to overcome the barriers they face to sustaining a home. You will also help them to access specialist counselling to address and recover from their experiences.

About you

You have a strong understanding of support and housing issues and experience of working with women with multiple disadvantage. You also have knowledge of safeguarding frameworks, experience of the delivery of services for women and of working with multiple agencies to support people. You are able to manage a demanding caseload and use case management and Microsoft Office tools for your work. As the role will require you to visit people in their homes you will need a full valid driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

About the role

As Progression Coach, you will join a close-knit and supportive team working with young people aged 18 to 25 who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

Managing your own caseload, you will provide personalised one-to-one support within the community. You will help young people find and maintain accommodation, improve their financial stability, build supportive social networks and engage in employment, education, training or other meaningful activities.

You will receive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and apply its principles to help young people develop resilience, motivation and independence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Managing a large caseload and delivering person-centred, strengths-based support

· Completing high-quality risk assessments and SMART, outcome-focused support plans

· Delivering one-to-one support in the community and occasionally facilitating group sessions

Lauderdale House is looking for an experienced fundraiser who is ready for a role with more responsibility and the opportunity to help shape how fundraising develops across the organisation.

This is our first dedicated fundraising role, but you won't be starting from scratch. We have successful previous trust fundraising, established education and community programmes, previous individual donors and a large community of people with a long-standing connection to Lauderdale House.

Working closely with the Director, you'll help develop fundraising into a consistent and sustainable income stream, with a particular focus on Trusts & Foundations andIndividual & Legacy Giving.

You'll develop and manage a pipeline of trust and foundation applications, write compelling applications and reports, build relationships with funders and develop approaches to encourage longer-term support.

You'll also help establish our individual and legacy giving programme, researching and cultivating prospective donors, making fundraising approaches, developing donor stewardship and putting appropriate systems in place for donor data and Gift Aid.

Alongside this, you'll contribute to fundraising strategy, impact and evaluation, cases for support, fundraising communications, reporting and compliance.

About you

We're looking for someone with solid practical fundraising experience and a track record of securing income who is ready to take the next step in their career and possesses all or most of the following:

• a successful track record in fundraising relevant to this role, preferably in arts, heritage and/or community organisations;
• experience managing your own fundraising workload or portfolio with a good degree of independence;
• the confidence to use your judgement, make recommendations and move work forward without extensive day-to-day supervision;

You won't be expected to arrive knowing everything about Lauderdale House, but you should have enough fundraising experience to recognise opportunities, recommend a course of action and confidently take responsibility for delivering it.

Working within the aims, policies, and principles of the Citizens Advice Service, the MaPS-funded Community Debt Caseworker will provide specialist debt advice and casework support to clients experiencing financial difficulty and problem debt.

The postholder will deliver holistic, person-centred advice across a range of channels including face-to-face, telephone, video conferencing, email, outreach settings, and community locations across Hertfordshire, ensuring services remain accessible, inclusive, and responsive to client needs, vulnerability, and complexity.

The role requires the delivery of high-quality debt advice in accordance with Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) quality standards, Citizens Advice membership requirements, and the Debt Advice Quality Framework.

Debt Advice and Casework

• Provide specialist casework covering the full range of debt advice and debt solutions, ensuring all advice meets MaPS and Citizens Advice quality standards.
• Manage a caseload of clients with complex debt issues, including priority and non-priority debts, insolvency options, enforcement action, and financial hardship.
• Conduct detailed client assessments, including identifying emergencies, vulnerability, safeguarding concerns, and barriers to accessing services.
• Deliver debt advice through a range of channels including face-to-face appointments, telephone, video call, email, outreach sessions, and home visits where appropriate.
• Carry out Standard Financial Statement (SFS) budgeting, debt prioritisation, affordability assessments, and referral to appropriate debt remedies.
• Prepare financial statements, debt assessments, income and expenditure calculations, and supporting documentation.
• Act on behalf of clients through negotiation with creditors, enforcement agencies, utility providers, landlords, and statutory bodies.
• Prepare and present cases to statutory bodies, tribunals, courts, and insolvency services where appropriate, including Debt Relief Orders (DROs), bankruptcy applications, Breathing Space applications, and other formal debt remedies.
• Deliver holistic debt and financial capability advice, including budgeting, money management, financial resilience, and maximising income.
• Ensure income maximisation through welfare benefit entitlement checks, grants, charitable support, discretionary schemes, and other financial assistance.
• Assist clients with related issues integral to their debt case, including welfare benefits, housing, energy debt, employment, and financial exclusion, making referrals where appropriate.
• Provide tailored support to clients experiencing vulnerability, mental health issues, digital exclusion, language barriers, or crisis situations.
• Empower clients to make informed decisions and support them to improve long-term financial wellbeing and independence.
• Offer access to holistic services and onward referrals for non-debt issues to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Travel across Hertfordshire to deliver community-based outreach and face-to-face support where necessary.

Administration and Quality

• Use IT systems for case recording, statistical monitoring, reporting, and document production.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date case records in line with MaPS, Citizens Advice, GDPR, and organisational requirements.
• Ensure all casework complies with Citizens Advice quality standards, organisational procedures, safeguarding policies, and the Advice Quality Standard.
• Monitor progress of cases and ensure timely follow-up, review, and closure in accordance with service requirements.
• Contribute to achieving service targets, contractual requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
