The South East Gambling Harms Partnership is a consortium of regional Citizens Advice offices that include: Wokingham, Reading, West Berkshire and East Berkshire offices in Berkshire and Hart, Rushmore, Basingstoke and Tadley in North Hampshire. This is a high-profile initiative funded by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) to tackle gambling harms through the collaboration of the South East Gambling Harms Partnership. 

The Role

Are you a data specialist who wants your work to tell a story?

Data is the heartbeat of this project. You won’t just be managing spreadsheets; you will be the person who proves our impact to Government Departments. You will track our screening targets and monitor the link between gambling and debt. You will provide the evidence needed to protect vulnerable groups and work as a member of a team to raise awareness of gambling harms across Berkshire and North Hampshire. 

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Reporting: Create impactful reports for the project Steering Committee, Lived experience Advisory panel and Trustee Board, as well as local public health teams.

• System Design: Develop and maintain user-friendly data tools to help frontline advisors record impact as "business as usual."

• Impact Analysis: Identify regional trends  to help our team adapt and target their outreach initiatives. As well as working with public health nationally and locally to provide quality data to inform 

• Compliance: Lead on GDPR and data ethics for sensitive client information.

About You

You are someone who finds the "human story" behind the numbers. You have:

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas, and data cleansing).

• The ability to visualise data for non-technical audiences.

• A commitment to data integrity and the ethical handling of sensitive information.

• Experience in a data-led role within the charity, health, or public sector (desirable).

About the role:

People arrive at the hub straight from the streets, often after being knocked back, overlooked or stuck for a long time. This role is about what happens next. As Hub Team Manager, you’ll lead a service that doesn’t let people drift. You’ll make sure the moment someone comes through the door, things start moving.

You’ll be in the middle of it all - guiding a multidisciplinary team, linking in with outreach, pulling partners together and cutting through the noise that keeps people stuck. This isn’t about managing from a distance. You’ll stay close to the work, keeping momentum in complex situations and making sure support lands in a way that actually shifts things for people experiencing multiple disadvantage.

The hub needs to feel calm, safe and purposeful, even on the busiest days. You’ll shape that. Using psychologically informed, trauma-informed and gender-informed practice, you’ll create an environment where people are met with consistency and respect, and where services work together to move people towards safety and stability. No waiting around, no dead ends just clear, coordinated next steps.

At Single Homeless Project (SHP), this is also a role where you’ll grow. Prostate Progress is Prostate Cancer Research’s flagship digital data programme, supporting prostate cancer research, service improvement, and clinical trial recruitment using patient-reported outcomes and NHS clinical data.

This role will provide senior-level project management and delivery coordination across the Prostate Progress programme. The postholder will be responsible for organising, tracking, and supporting delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring strong governance, clear documentation, and effective coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Working closely with the Director of Patient Projects & Influencing, the role will help ensure day-to-day delivery runs smoothly and predictably, enabling senior leadership to focus on strategy and long-term programme development.

Responsibilities

Programme & project management

• Provide day-to-day delivery leadership across the Prostate Progress programme, prioritising activity, resolving delivery issues, and escalating strategically where required.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and risk registers.
• Track progress against milestones, flagging risks, dependencies, and delays.
• Support delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring activity is coordinated and documented.
• The postholder will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, using experience and judgement to manage competing priorities and delivery challenges.

NHS data linkage & data onboarding

• Support coordination of the NHS pilot, including:
  • Attending meetings with NHS partners, SDEs, and internal teams
  • Tracking delivery milestones and actions
  • Escalating issues and risks to the Director
• Explore and scope opportunities for new datasets in collaboration with the Director, including:
  • Imaging and image metadata
  • Digital pathology
  • NLP-enabled free-text data
• Engage with potential partners to understand feasibility, requirements, and delivery implications.
• Develop and present clear options, delivery approaches, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Support delivery and onboarding activity once priorities and approaches are agreed, coordinating activity across internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain clear records of data onboarding status and timelines.

Regional coordination & expansion support

• Support coordination of Prostate Progress expansion activity in Scotland.
• Assist with early-stage feasibility work relating to potential expansion into Wales.

Governance & secretariat support

• Act as secretariat to the Prostate Progress Steering Committee, including:
  • Coordinating quarterly meetings
  • Preparing agendas, papers, and briefing packs
  • Recording actions and following up on agreed next steps
• Support the establishment and coordination of Task & Finish Groups, including:
  • Organising meetings
  • Tracking actions and outputs
  • Ensuring findings are captured and fed back into programme delivery

Internal communication

• Ensure relevant teams are kept informed of progress on data onboarding, recruitment activity, and delivery timelines.

Skills and Competencies

Essential

· Proven experience in project management or delivery coordination within digital, data, health, or research environments.

· Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience managing complex workplans.

· Experience supporting governance processes and senior stakeholder meetings.

· Ability to work across multiple workstreams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

· Confidence tracking risks, actions, and dependencies.

Desirable

• Experience working with NHS organisations or health data projects.
• Familiarity with research infrastructure, data platforms, or digital transformation programmes.

What the job involves 

You’ll lead our business development strategy for corporate partnerships, focusing on securing high-value, purpose-driven relationships with long-term potential (typically 6–8 figure), and building a robust pipeline to deliver sustainable income growth. 

• Own and deliver the business development plan, targeting major prospects and flagship partnerships with transformational potential. 

• Identify, prioritise and cultivate opportunities across key sectors (including sport and health), shifting activity from short-term, transactional asks to insight-led, multi-year partnerships. 

• Shape and test compelling funding propositions, working with internal experts (including Communications, Black Health Equity, Research, Health Services, and Equity & Improvement) to build integrated partnership offers. 

• Lead proposal development end-to-end: briefing colleagues, coordinating inputs, writing and reviewing pitches, and ensuring submissions are high quality, compelling and on time. 

• Take overall accountability for the business development pipeline: keeping it strategically aligned, properly valued, actively progressed and accurately forecast. 

• Improve performance through better pipeline discipline: growing value and volume at each stage, increasing conversion, and reducing lead times from opportunity identification to proposal submission. 

• Line manage and develop a team of three experienced Business Development Managers (including sector/specialist roles), setting clear objectives and coaching for confident, high-performance delivery. 

• Lead and support negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring new partnerships protect and enhance our brand, values and reputation. 

• Work closely with partnership colleagues to transition newly secured partners into account development so relationships are onboarded smoothly and set up to scale. 

What we want from you 

You’re a strategic, commercially minded new business leader who can spot and shape big opportunities, influence at senior levels, and convert complex partnership conversations into high-value, multi-year income. 

• Significant experience securing new, high-value corporate partnerships (typically 6–8 figure) in a commercial organisation, charity and/or agency environment. 

• A strong track record of delivering income through new business acquisition, with credible examples of taking prospects from first contact through to signed agreement. 

• Confidence developing high-value propositions and partnership packages that work for both the organisation and the partner. 

• Excellent pipeline management skills, with experience improving conversion rates, forecasting and proposal turnaround times. 

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex internal decision-making. 

• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, set clear expectations and build a high-performing specialist team.

One of two Outreach and Project Workers pivotal to the delivery of an exciting new Women at Risk (WaR) project which will support women at risk of rough sleeping, homelessness and exploitation. Working across key areas of Enfield and Haringey you will, through a combination of nighttime outreach and daytime service provision, be critical to supporting a coordinated response across multiple agencies already engaged in this work.

You will undertake at least twice weekly nighttime outreach, support additional services and existing outreach provision and develop a daytime offer that meets the needs of women engaged through outreach and identified as at high risk of harm and homelessness.   

You will have responsibility for a caseload of women identified through outreach, referral and presentation at ours and other services. You will provide advocacy, casework support and connection and referral into other agencies which can help them address their needs.

The Kirkwood provide specialist adult care for anyone affected by a life limiting illness across Kirklees. Their care begins at diagnosis, within their In-Patient Unit and Support & Therapy Centre in Huddersfield, or in patients’ own homes. Their amazing care is respectful, tailored to individuals needs and wishes until the end of life. This includes support for patients family members, friends, and carers during their illness and afterwards.

The Role

This brand-new role is vital in raising awareness of the profound impact legacy and in-memory donations have on people affected by life-limiting or terminal illness.

Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and Development you will manage two key events, Light up a Life in December and the Sunflower Walk in August. As a champion for in-memory giving and gifts in wills, key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering strategies to grow income from gifts in wills and in-memory giving
• Building meaningful, compassionate long-term relationships
• Delivering exceptional supporter engagement and stewardship
• Securing vital income through sensitive communication and inspiring campaigns
• Raising awareness of in-memory giving opportunities internally and externally.

The Person

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser, ideally with knowledge of legacy and/or in-memory giving. An understanding of the emotional nature of in-memory and legacy is essential. It would also be beneficial to have experience working with a hospice, or healthcare environment within the charity sector.

You should have:

• The ability to work collaboratively, building strong internal and external relationships.
• A flair for handling conversations in a sensitive, compassionate and professional manner.
• Experience in developing engaging campaigns and supporter journeys.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of legal processes relating to wills, probate and legacy administration is also desirable.

We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Officer to join our dynamic team to cover a period of maternity leave. The Communications Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing the ASE’s external and internal communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a talented multitasker with excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of social media platforms, maintaining website content using a CMS, graphic design expertise, and a keen eye for detail. This individual will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and maintaining consistent and effective communication across various channels. We are looking for a focused individual to join our caring, passionate, and diverse team as an Autism Advisor, as part of our well-established and successful Autism Service. 

Our Autism Advisors offer a waiting well service, working to ensure that our Hub members are offered information, advice and guidance and other appropriate support as early as possible via our workshops and groups.

In your role as a Community Keyworker, you will be working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System; those on Probation in the Community and those women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision; providing some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support. You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide holistic one to one community support to women with a variety of needs.

About You:

To be successful as the Community Keyworker you will need the below experience and skills.

You will need to hold a UK driving licence with access to car that can be used for work purposes. A creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder with have good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also, experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions within the region.

A supporter opens an email at a moment they’re looking to understand why Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer, and how together we can beat dementia through fundraising, research, and campaigning activities. They discover an email created using evidence and insight to inspire action and build trust.
We’re here for everyone affected by dementia. Whether someone is living with the condition, caring for a loved one, or trying to make sense of a diagnosis, we want them to feel supported, informed and understood.
We are a mix of advisors, supporters, fundraisers, researchers, communicators and technical specialists. Some of us are volunteers, some are employees, but we’re all working towards the same goal: making life better for people affected by dementia.

What you’ll do
You’ll create and deliver email and SMS campaigns that clearly communicate that Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer and the solutions we offer, in a thoughtful and genuinely helpful way to the people receiving them. You’ll think about how messages feel as well as how they perform, making sure they are accessible and reach the right person at the right time and through the right channel.
You’ll work alongside colleagues from different teams to plan and improve their campaigns, offering feedback in a way that builds confidence and supports learning. You’ll also develop and manage content calendars, helping to make sure our communications are joined up, relevant and aligned with what matters most to our supporters.
Part of your role will involve building and improving automated journeys and integrations, helping to create smoother, more personalised experiences. You’ll spend time looking at performance data, running tests and using what you learn to keep improving how we communicate.
You’ll also be a go-to person for our email and SMS platforms, sharing your knowledge, answering questions and helping others develop their skills.

Use your leadership abilities to strengthen and encourage the persecuted church around the world.

Today 388 million Christians experience high levels of violence and oppression for their faith. And the shocking thing is that most people in the UK don’t know about it. Open Doors UK and Ireland raises awareness about the growing levels of persecution and enables people to join a huge underground global network which is keeping the church alive in the most dangerous and difficult contexts - despite the determined efforts of extremists to eradicate Christianity.

As we identify with people suffering for their faith, through prayer, giving and taking action, we see our faith grow. We see the church here become the mature body that we are called, in Scripture, to be.

We are now seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead this work through a season of missional growth, opportunity and ambition. The CEO will be pivotal in raising the profile of the persecuted church, deepening connections with the church in the UK and Ireland and influencing Government to protect Christians around the world.
