The Alex Project is Spectra's specialist sex worker support service. We provide outreach, advocacy, online engagement, community development and research activity with sex workers across London.

We are now seeking a new Head of Philanthropy to lead the strategic direction and performance of the philanthropy team, ensuring that we deliver ambitious, long-term and sustainable income growth in line with our priorities. The Role
You’ll be a senior member of the Evaluation team, reporting to the Head of Evaluation and responsible for the performance and development of 1 x Evidence and Evaluation Officer. Your portfolio may also include projects in other priority areas, depending on the team’s needs. Working in multidisciplinary teams, your role will be to scope evaluations and ensure that commissioned evaluations are delivered on time, on budget and to high standards.
