10GM is a partnership that supports the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector right across Greater Manchester. It brings together four local infrastructure organisations — Action Together, Bolton CVS, Manchester Community Central and Salford CVS — who work closely together to champion local voluntary and community action and social enterprise, helping communities thrive across the city‑region.

While this role is based at Action Together, you’ll be working as part of the wider 10GM team, contributing to work that has a Greater Manchester–wide focus and impact across all ten boroughs

GM Head of Programme- Spaces of Hope and Connection 

The role

Thanks to National Lottery players, 10GM, on behalf of Greater Manchester Live Well, will receive £16.5 million over four years from The National Lottery Community Fund, the UK’s largest community funder.

This investment in Live Well Spaces of Hope and Connection will create a network of 100+ inclusive, community-led and owned spaces across Greater Manchester where people can meet, belong and find everyday support.

The Head of Programme will lead and oversee delivery of this large-scale, multi-partner strategic lottery programme, ensuring delivery through funded partners is aligned to the programme’s mission, vision and values, while maintaining strong programme management, compliance and delivery of agreed outcomes.

Working in close partnership with the Strategic Director of 10GM, this role provides senior operational leadership—translating mission, vision and values into clear delivery plans, pace, coordination and assurance across the full programme lifecycle.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a values‑driven programme leader with experience delivering complex, large-scale programmes through partnerships and/or multi‑stakeholder delivery models. You can translate strategic priorities into clear, accountable delivery plans that balance funder requirements with flexible, community‑led approaches. You will bring strong governance, budget and risk management skills, and are confident working across the VCSE, public sector and communities.

About the team

The WaterAid media team is busy, ambitious, fast paced and fun. We strategically lead on both proactive and reactive media activity engaging with journalists to support WaterAid’s mass engagement campaigns (e.g. campaigning for no mother to give birth without safe water), partnerships (like designing celebrity toilets at Glastonbury, or creating PR campaigns for our Wimbledon Foundation partnership), brand awareness and political influencing.    

About the role

As our Senior Media Officer, your will support the Senior PR manager to deliver the public relations function for WaterAid across digital and traditional media and work closely with the team and other colleagues across our fundraising, partnership and advocacy teams to drive ambitious and sustainable change.  

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver innovative integrated, digital-first PR campaigns that achieve impactful national, international, local and digital coverage, to support our fundraising and public engagement activities, build WaterAid’s profile, and align with wider organisational aims   
• Take a project lead on high-profile strategic partnerships to deliver media projects that meet shared objectives and help our partners become influencers in their sector to drive change    
• Work with the Celebrity and Influencer team to develop effective ways to work with high-profile supporters to build awareness of WaterAid and our work  
• Shoot, edit and upload digital content for our digital media outlets including TikTok and YouTube 
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and broadcasters including the planning and managing of trips to country programmes with journalists, celebrities or for content gathering  
• Join the 24/7 on-call rota (aprox every 6-8 weeks) and be prepared for travel in the UK and overseas - usually around two weeks per year - as well as some work outside normal office hours, as necessary   
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Excellent command of written and verbal English to produce written media work of high quality 

• Proven experience of working in an in-house press office / PR agency or as a journalist 

• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of digital platforms including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram 

• Strong understanding of the UK and global media landscape, with an excellent nose for a story and established relationships with key journalists and media outlets for major UK and global titles. 

• Proven experience of delivering effective and innovative integrated, multi-channel media campaigns with digital media at their core   

• Understanding of how the media can be used as an influencing tool – whether to encourage fundraising and engagement or influence decision makers 

• Ability to forge effective/ strong working relationships within the team and with colleagues from across the organisation 

• Proven ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to personal learning, development and improvement in pursuit of own objectives and those of the team and organisation

The Water Industry Partnerships Team develops and supports WaterAid’s relationships with water companies and the wider water industry in the UK. We inspire and manage volunteers, steering the development of high-income corporate

events, and build opportunities for water company employees and customers to connect with our work.

About the role

As our Engagement and Stewardship Officer, you will be responsible for the central coordination and delivery of all team communications requirements. This includes employee and volunteer engagement, content requirements for events and strategic projects, donor reporting and building a bank of case studies.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality content and communications across the Partnerships team to support fundraising, stewardship, and partner engagement
• Create and deliver an annual calendar of employee engagement and partnership communications
• Own the production, update, and continuous improvement of standard partnership fundraising and stewardship materials
• Create and maintain a bank of high-quality case studies and visual assets for partner-supported projects, including Sanitation and Water Operator Partnerships (SWOPs), and to support pitches and proposals
• Produce case-study-led proposals and donor-facing reports in line with contract
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

• Experience generating audience-specific content and engaging communications, particularly for partners, donors or external stakeholders
• A thorough, methodical approach to research and planning
• Proven ability to manage a busy workload and deliver across multiple projects/teams

About the role

As Landlord Liaison Coach, you will join our team in Birmingham at an exciting time, delivering an outstanding property procurement service across the private and social rented sector. Working alongside our team of lead worker coaches you will identify appropriate matches of tenants and homes. In addition, you will be managing your own caseload of homeless members and providing advice, guidance and advocacy. It’s a role requiring commercial acumen and creativity as you partner with both social and private landlords to source accommodation for our members. You will work collaboratively with partners and staff across the organisation to ensure tenants receive the support they need to sustain their homes and landlord relationships are nurtured. There is scope for development of the role and plenty of support. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and shape it from the beginning.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and knowledge:

• Experience of sourcing, procuring, and allocating accommodation and making tenancies work for tenants and landlords
• Knowledge of the Birmingham (and surrounding areas) housing market and the barriers and opportunities faced by people who are homeless
• Experience of working with homeless people and supporting them achieve a positive housing outcome
• Understanding of housing law
• Developing, building, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience of working in a lettings and housing procurement environment

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Job Summary for Interim Events Fundraising Officer

• We are seeking an experienced Interim Events Fundraising Officer to provide additional support to our friendly and passionate Events Fundraising team over the next 12 months.

• The role will involve delivering a range of UK‑wide challenge events from our established events portfolio.

• You will be passionate about events fundraising and enjoy working as part of a busy, collaborative team.

• The role sits within the Events team in the Mass Supporter Giving department, which generates over £1.3 million in income.

• The Interim Events Fundraising Officer will play a key role in our plans to grow and develop this area of fundraising.

London Landmarks Half Marathon Event Assistant

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Event Assistant to be on the frontline of participant support, helping ensure every runner has the best possible experience. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we look ahead to our 10th anniversary event in 2027.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for participant queries across email and phone, providing clear, friendly and timely support, and making sure every interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Alongside this, you’ll support website updates, maintain accurate information across systems, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to community engagement and event delivery, including supporting the coordination of performers and musicians, assisting with our volunteer programme, and helping deliver a smooth and engaging race weekend.

We’re looking for someone calm under pressure, detail-focused and proactive, someone who can juggle multiple tasks, adapt quickly and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
