Job description

Islington Mind is recruiting a Team Leader for our Mental Health Recovery Pathway service, a trauma-informed mental health provision based across three sites in Islington and responding to the mental health needs of residents through a range of therapeutic interventions and community engagement.

You will be responsible for the running of the Isledon Road day centre, leading and supervising a team of staff and volunteers and managing the mental health open-access drop-in provisions, including:

  • risk, health and safety and safeguarding management;
  • overseeing the running of a programme of therapeutic activities;
  • engaging and collaborating with partner service providers in the borough.
