Job Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our small but mighty Partnerships and Philanthropy fundraising team. The team is made up of eight fundraisers focusing on securing high-value gifts with big impact, both from companies and from trusts and foundations.

Our perfect candidate will have experience in account management and/or new business, either within the charity or corporate sectors. We’re looking for someone with the confidence in securing, growing and managing a diverse fundraising portfolio. We want you to manage and land win-win partnerships that will make the biggest difference.

You’ll be a proactive self-starter with creative flair who has strong attention to detail and excellent account management, relationship building, pitching and writing skills. Success in the role will be measured through income targets, partnership satisfaction and engagement levels, renewal rates and contribution to long-term strategic goals.

In this job, you’ll work closely with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider corporate partnerships team to deliver excellent account management and driving renewals and growth, by providing our partners with an inspiring supporter experience. You’ll also have a new business target, to seek and secure innovative new partnerships with high-value companies. Your portfolio may include Charity-of-the-Year collaborations, nationwide campaign-based partnerships, multi-year partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, sponsorship and Cause Related Marketing (CRM) opportunities.

About the role:

The Regional Fundraiser is responsible for delivering sustainable net income through a variety of income streams across a hospice catchment area in line with fundraising strategy.

The post holder delivers locally tailored activity, building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters, community groups, businesses and volunteers to grow income and engagement.
Working closely with the Regional Fundraising Team Manager and colleagues, the role contributes to planning, delivery and mitigation across key income streams.

As an ambassador, representing the charity within the local community, promoting collaboration across hospice, retail and fundraising teams.
The role ensures excellent supporter stewardship, accurate data management and compliant fundraising practice.

Through excellent supporter care, compliant practice and flexible cross-team collaboration, the Regional Fundraiser drives net income and supports the long-term sustainability and reputation of Sue Ryder.

About you:
• Experience of using a fundraising CRM to manage activity.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture
• An excellent networker, capable of developing relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Essential Criteria
• Experience of successfully delivering activity in line with fundraising strategy.
• Experience of delivering net income, ideally across a variety of income streams including corporate, in memory, events (third-party and staff led) high value (£5k+), community groups and volunteer-led activity.
• Experience of forming, nurturing and maintaining relationships within local communities including individuals, groups and associations to deliver growth in income

One of the twelve members of the Coram group, Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is the UK’s specialist centre for children’s rights in education, immigration, community care and family law, and provides significant international legal systems consultancy.  The centre is located on the Coram Campus in central London with a base in Colchester. We champion access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation.  Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation primarily under legal aid contract.  Our Policy and Practice Change team promotes practice change through training and capacity building to professionals and secures systems change through research, policy and advocacy.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team working to tackle youth homelessness. 

This role is funded by the Oak Foundation and forms part of Coram’s Voices in Action programme which combines CCLC’s legal work, Coram Voice’s advocacy support and Coram’s policy and participation work to champion young people’s rights and create change.  It centres and amplifies the voices of young people through our young ambassadors with personal experience of homelessness or school exclusion. The young ambassadors campaign locally and nationally to change policy and practice and empower their peers with knowledge of their rights through workshop delivery and content creation. 

Working with others across the group, the purpose of this specific role is to provide specialist housing law advice, preliminary casework and onward referrals to young people under the age of 25 experiencing housing related issues.  This will include delivering regular outreach advice sessions in partnership with community organisations.  The post holder will work with the Head of Community Care Law on project design, co-ordination, delivery and reporting.  Supported by the Head of Community Care Law, they will be proactive in developing community partnerships and managing relationships with partner organisations.

The role will be integrated within the wider community care and public law team and will be supported by the Head of Community Care Law.  Building on the existing expertise and practice within the team, there will be a particular focus on advising and supporting young people who are care experienced, should have benefited from care or are young migrants.  The aim is to diagnose complex legal issues relating to housing and homelessness, to ensure young people understand their position and legal rights and are either supported to take steps to realise those rights, provided with preliminary casework to resolve issue at early stage, or where needed, referred on for complex casework and litigation either internally or externally.

The role would suit an experienced housing law advisor or caseworker. We welcome applications from solicitors and non-solicitors.  The priority is experience delivering high quality housing law advice and casework sensitively to vulnerable clients with a track record of delivering against project targets and meticulous case management skills. We are looking for a committed, resourceful and determined housing law advisor with a positive and solutions focussed attitude who is able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will be well supported with access to training, supportive line management and will benefit from being part of a wider collaborative legal practice team. They will work closely with a paralegal and be responsible for helping to develop the paralegal’s knowledge and understanding of housing related law.

The role will be based in our offices and with regular advice delivery in outreach locations. However, some remote/ hybrid working may be possible depending on the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period. There may be flexibility over how the three days will be spread across the week (within working hours) and in accordance with the needs of the project.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled training developer to join our growing charity, to develop two eLearning courses that support our goals to train school chefs nationwide. This role will transform our existing flagship Chef Educator programme into a bitesize eLearning course and create a new School Food Standards course,  making high-quality chef training accessible, practical and engaging for every school chef.

About you and the role

We are looking for a creative and systematic Training Development Lead to help us develop two eLearning training courses to support school chefs across the country engage with professional development. 

In this role, you will lead two key training projects. First, you will take the lead on a major digital transformation, evolving our existing flagship School Chef Educator programme, which is currently a 10-week hybrid model, into a streamlined, high-quality, eLearning training course. Working closely with the Chef Educator team, you will transform the course content into a bitesize, accessible online course that will be available nationally. You will work with school chefs to feed into the design, delivery, and pilot of the course, embedding feedback loops to ensure early improvements. You will work with our evaluation team to ensure the course meets our organisation’s goals, whilst embedding impact and evaluation metrics into the back end of the course design.

Second, you will lead the creation of a brand-new eLearning course focused on School Food Standards, ensuring every school chef has the tools to meet modern nutritional and quality benchmarks. The course will be made available to all school chefs nationwide and is therefore required to be accessible and easily digestible to all types of learners. This short course will provide the bedrock to understand the School Food Standards, to ensure compliance and improvements can be made nationwide throughout school kitchens. 

Training for school chefs is currently not mandatory, nor commonplace, a core mission of ours to change, therefore the online-only courses need to truly meet the requirements of trainees, with every minute of training being practical, engaging and delivering high-impact.

Key responsibilities:

Your primary objective is to create two eLearning training courses for school chefs; School Chef Educator & School Food Standards. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Audit the existing 10-week hybrid School Chef Educator programme and reimagining its delivery for a 100% digital environment.

• Design and develop the end-to-end eLearning course for the School Food Standards, ensuring it is accessible, interactive, and compliant with English regulations.

• Work with Programme Managers, Chef Trainers and the Chief Innovation Officer for content information and development of both courses.

• Lead content creation, from scripting video lessons, designing interactive quizzes and self reflective tasks, and creating downloadable resources, specifically tailored for a time poor audience.

• Develop learner journeys, ensuring it is intuitive for users who may have varying levels of literacy and digital literacy, and who may learn across desktop and mobile devices whilst on-site. 

• Work closely with our stakeholders, including school chefs, to ensure all content is grounded in the practical realities of school catering.

• Test and iterate on course modules based on pilot feedback to ensure high completion rates and genuine skill acquisition.

 Essential skills & experience:

• Experience in developing eLearning training courses from scratch, ideally within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment. 

• Experience of successfully converting face-to-face or hybrid training into fully digital formats that maintain high levels of learner engagement.

• You are able to translate technical or complex language into clear, understandable communications. 

• You have experience in developing videos for training courses.

• A strong understanding of how to optimise content for desktop and mobile viewing.

• The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• You have the ability to listen, understand and interpret user requirements 

• You are self-motivated, audience-focused and driven.

• You have an interest and belief in our mission, to improve kids' health through improving food and food education in schools.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Experience in school catering or the UK education sector

• Experience of the charity sector, and the ability to identify where training outcomes can amplify long-term impact

About you  

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Operations team, working remotely to support leaders across our UK-wide Pet Hospitals, retail stores, and support functions. You’ll play a key role in delivering a balanced, values‑driven employee relations advisory service, managing a diverse caseload and providing expert guidance across the full employee and volunteer lifecycle. The Diocese of Guildford is seeking a gifted and collaborative Training Lead to coordinate and ensure delivery of high‑quality training for clergy, licensed lay ministers and parish leadership teams across the diocese.

As the Training Lead, you will be a key member of the St Martha’s College (SMC) team. St Martha’s College is at the heart of ministerial formation within the diocese, bringing together a growing range of training pathways including Foundations in Ministry, Occasional Courses, IME2, CMD, Clergy Wellbeing, and leadership development. This role plays a vital part in ensuring these programmes are coordinated, accessible and effective.

The Role

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of high‑quality training for clergy and lay ministers across the diocese.
• Shape and maintain the diocesan One Training Plan, working closely with Mission Team colleagues and external providers.
• Respond to training needs emerging from the Parish Needs Process and Ministerial Development Reviews.
• Support CMD (Continuing Ministerial Development) by helping allocate training allowances and coordinating diocesan training events, including Bishop’s Study Days and conferences.
• Lead the development of St Martha’s new online learning portal and line‑manage the E‑Learning Coordinator.
• Build and maintain a network of external resources and providers to help direct individuals to appropriate training.
• Manage communications with parishes, clergy and chaplaincies to ensure training opportunities are clearly and effectively promoted.
