As we prepare to celebrate our 135th anniversary, we're looking for an enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to help shape and grow our volunteer programme across our Solihull and Wolverhampton centres.

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you'll recruit, support and inspire people who generously give their time to help dogs in our care. From welcoming new volunteers and coordinating training to building relationships with local organisations and supporting corporate volunteering days, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and rewarding volunteering experience.

Working closely with the Head of Income Generation, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of our volunteer programme, helping to ensure our volunteers feel valued, supported and equipped to make a real difference.

The Role:

This is a key role within our Income Generation & Marketing department, helping to strengthen supporter relationships, improve stewardship and maximise income so we can continue providing outstanding specialist palliative and end of life care across our community.

This post is offered on a part time, permanent basis, working 30 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate around business need.

About You:

You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of supporter journeys, working closely with fundraising, supporter services, data and insight, marketing and communications colleagues to ensure every supporter receives timely, empathetic and professional communication.

You will help identify supporter needs and pain points, test and improve journeys, and create practical guidance that enables teams across the hospice to take a consistent, supporter-first approach.

Part-funded by a generous donation from Backstage Trust, this is a new and pivotal role designed to transform Theatre Centre's fundraising capacity by strengthening systems, increasing income diversity, and building long-term financial resilience. The postholder will play a key role in helping the organisation capitalise on its artistic impact and case for support, while building momentum towards its 75th anniversary in 2028.

This role will keep us focused on our development strategy and will have support from across the whole company: the Board, Executive and the core TC team. We have been steadily building our foundations and have some good funding relationships in place, committed individual givers, a strong, evidenced case for support, some incredible stats and feedback and above all an inspiring and exciting programme of work to offer for young people, artists and teachers across the country.

Our Development Manager will help us to bring in resources so that we can continue share our high-quality, specialist work as far as we can. About the role

The Head of Income Generation is a new and important leadership role within Stonewall Housing, created to grow and diversify our voluntary income and support the next stage of our development as a nationwide LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness charity.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead the development and delivery of ambitious income generation plans, with a particular focus on significantly growing income from corporate giving and partnerships.

You will build on Stonewall Housing’s existing corporate relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK. This will include strategic and commercial partnerships, Charity of the Year relationships, corporate donations, corporate foundations, employee fundraising, sponsorship, cause-related marketing and other opportunities for businesses and their employees to support our work.

You will develop compelling partnership propositions, lead applications and pitches, build relationships with senior decision-makers and create opportunities that deliver sustainable income alongside wider value for Stonewall Housing and the LGBTQ+ communities we support.

Alongside your focus on corporate income, you will work across Stonewall Housing’s wider fundraising portfolio, contributing to the development and growth of individual giving, major donor fundraising, community fundraising and other voluntary income streams. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join us as Energy Advisors to help deliver the vital Home Energy Scotland advice service in the Highlands and Islands. You’ll be the first point of call for householders who need free and impartial advice about how they can lower their bills and reduce their environmental impact. Home Energy Scotland is a free, impartial advice service funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust. Changeworks has been involved in delivering the service for 17 years, and currently manages advice centres in the Highlands and Islands and South East of Scotland.

We provide high quality advice and information on topics including energy efficiency in the home, renewable technologies and saving water. Safenet delivers specialist services across Lancashire and Greater Manchester, supporting adults and children affected by domestic abuse through safe accommodation, community services, recovery support and prevention work.

This role is based at Jane’s Place which provides 24‑hour accommodation and specialist support for women who are experiencing domestic abuse and who want to address substance use, mental ill‑health, or other complex needs as part of their recovery journey.

About the role

As Service Manager, you will lead and be accountable for the refuge and lead a skilled, compassionate team delivering round‑the‑clock support to women and their children.

You will be a values‑led leader who understands recovery, trauma and risk, and who can balance clarity and accountability with warmth, curiosity and care.

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary refuge team working with women affected by domestic abuse, substance misuse and mental ill‑health

Faith Expressions

Spear is a Christian charity, working in a range of settings, in partnership with people from all faiths and none. Although the Spear programme itself has no faith element, Our Christian faith underpins everything we do; it motivates and sustains us and is core to our mission. Prayer and worship are embedded into our daily working practises, and all staff are required to lead a team prayer meeting from time to time. As such, there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for our team to be practising Christians – our team share a belief in a triune God and we welcome applications from people of all denominations and expressions of Christianity.
