• Manage relationships with design agencies and creative suppliers, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Create and adapt accessible, on-brand assets and templates using Canva and other design software.
• Support the branding and promotion of RCR events, helping us maximise engagement before, during and after each event.
• Manage branded templates and maintain an effective digital library of images and creative assets.

What you'll need:

• Experience managing creative projects from brief through to delivery, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects moving while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• A good understanding of brand strategy, visual identity and tone of voice, and experience maintaining brand consistency across different channels and touchpoints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to give clear advice, manage expectations and build effective relationships at all levels.
• Experience working with design agencies or creative suppliers, including briefing work, giving constructive feedback and managing delivery against deadlines and budgets.
• A high level of proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create and adapt professional, engaging and on-brand assets and templates.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.

About the Role:

As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering a portfolio of national education programmes that support thousands of educators and young people across the UK. A little bit about you

Experience and Knowledge

Active Essex Foundation is a successful and growing charity dedicated to creating the conditions for young people and communities across Essex to thrive. Our work focuses on three core areas: improving young people’s mental health, reducing vulnerabilities to youth crime and exploitation, and strengthening communities through trusted relationships and positive engagement. We collaborate with a network of over 100 community organisations and local partners to design and deliver programmes that use physical activity, mentoring and community support as tools to build resilience, improve wellbeing and reduce inequalities. Everything we do is shaped by the real experiences of the people we serve, ensuring our interventions are meaningful, accessible and rooted in what communities tell us they need.

The AEF Impact Leadwill operate within a matrix management structure.Professional line management, technical supervision and quality assurance will be provided by the Impact Manager and Intelligence Manager within the Insight & Evaluation Team.

Operational direction and programme priorities will be provided by the AEF Operations & Development Manager and the 3 AEF Project Managers ensuring the role is fully embedded within Foundation activity. The post holder will require relationship building and negotiation skills to work with AEF team to scope the priorities and the work required whilst maintaining consistent research and evaluation standards across Active Essex.

£42,750 - £50,250 per year

What the job involves

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Delivery Manager to lead our marketing delivery function during a maternity cover period. Managing a talented team and working with colleagues across Communications, you'll coordinate the delivery of campaigns and content, ensuring the right work reaches the right audiences at the right time. Through strong planning, collaboration and continuous improvement, you'll help deliver marketing that supports our mission and creates meaningful impact.

You'll manage and support a team of Marketing Delivery Officers, overseeing workloads, priorities and delivery across a variety of projects. You'll play a key role in bringing teams together, refining processes and ensuring everyone has the tools, information and support they need to deliver brilliant work. You'll also use data and insights to measure how our marketing delivery function is performing, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration and outcomes.

As we continue to develop the way we work, you'll help shape and improve our project management systems, champion better ways of working and explore how emerging technology, including AI, can support smarter and more effective marketing delivery. What we want from you

We're looking for an experienced marketing delivery professional who can bring together people, plans and processes to help deliver high-quality communications at pace. You'll have a strong understanding of marketing and communications, with experience managing content production and delivering campaigns and assets across a range of channels.

You'll combine excellent project management skills with a highly organised and solutions-focused approach, confidently managing multiple priorities and keeping projects moving forward. Experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Monday, is important, along with the ability to coordinate large volumes of work across different teams and stakeholders. You'll be comfortable analysing information, making informed decisions and responding to changing priorities, even when working to tight deadlines.

An excellent communicator and relationship builder, you'll be able to explain complex information clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. You'll have experience managing and developing people, providing coaching, support and feedback that helps individuals and teams perform at their best. We're also looking for someone who enjoys finding better ways of working, embraces continuous improvement and is interested in how tools such as AI can help improve marketing delivery processes.

How and where we work

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

• Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and operational support.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in operations, administration, office management or organisational support who enjoys problem solving, improving systems and helping teams work effectively.

You'll be highly organised, digitally confident, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Experience within the charity, cultural, arts or environmental sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

Midlands Project Co-Ordinator

Base: This role is a hybrid based between home and our office in Droitwich, with regular travel required to locations across the Midlands, to support the delivery of workshops, events and engagement activity.

3.  Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor delivery against agreed KPIs

• Collect and analyse feedback and outcome data
• With support from Projects Delivery Manager, complete reporting to commissioners and funders
• Identify opportunities to improve programme delivery.

4. Budget Monitoring and Reporting

• Alongside Project Delivery Manager, liaise with the finance team regarding project budgets
• Identify and escalate any financial risks or concerns

5. Quality and Compliance

• In partnership with Project Delivery Manager, support quality assurance processes to maintain high standards

6.  Additional Duties

• Participate in meetings, training and events as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• Proven experience in project coordination, ideally but not necessarily within the charity, healthcare or not for profit sectors.

• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
