South East London Mind is launching a new Hearing Voices Group in Southwark, offering a welcoming, peer-led space where people can share experiences, connect with others and develop their own understanding of voices and unusual experiences. The group will be delivered in line with the Hearing Voices Network Charter, creating an environment that is validating, trauma-informed and non-pathologising.
We are looking for a Hearing Voices Programme Lead and Facilitator to coordinate and deliver this exciting new programme. You will facilitate a weekly group, creating a safe and validating environment where people can explore their experiences on their own terms, supporting participants to develop their own wellbeing strategies, confidence and goals.
The role will lead the programme including building routes into the service through promotion, outreach and community engagement, and developing strong relationships with Community Mental Health Teams and local partners. You will manage referrals and monitoring and manage sessional co-facilitators with lived experience of hearing voices.

About the Role
As a Senior Administrator you will manage a team of five administrators known locally as 'Service Delivery Assistants' to oversee the support to the Kent and Medway Victim Support Operational Teams including the Triage and Early Intervention team, the Multi Crime Service Case Workers and the Specialist Services Case Workers (Stalking, Hate Crime and Child and Young Persons)
You will manage performance and staff motivation, ensuring that the administration function operates effectively and efficiently carrying out tasks as directed by the Operations Manager. The post holder will need to be flexible and prepared to meet conflicting work demands, prioritise workloads and ensure timeframes are met whilst ensuring attention to detail.
As the role involves providing support to administrators and actively working to improve performance, you will need experience of managing people and working in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting. You will also have an understanding and knowledge of confidentiality and safe working.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in all administrative functions to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, monitoring quality standards for the team through auditing and reporting where required.

- To be proactive, self‑motivated, confident working independently and able to use you own initiative

- Developing a holistic plan of support working with others and be able to personally deliver aspects of this support including practical tasks. - Recording all referrals, actions, progress and data via a CRM / database.

About You

You will be working within the Barking and Dagenham Children and Family Health Service (Universal 0-19). NELFT delivers the Healthy Child Programme in partnership with Barnardo's. Our teams are fully integrated consisting of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Staff Nurses, Clinical Support Workers, Community Nursery Nurses and Administrators. This role will work alongside colleagues within our Healthy Child Teams.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll work within our HPFT-funded services in Hertfordshire, supporting adults with lived experience of mental health challenges. Working across our services in Welwyn Garden City and Cheshunt, you’ll play a vital role in empowering customers to overcome barriers, improve their wellbeing, and achieve greater independence.
What you’ll do
- Carry out needs and risk assessments, develop and review support plans in line with policies and stakeholder requirements.
- Promote co-production, ensuring customers are actively involved in shaping their own support.
- Support customers to maximise income, access benefits, and manage their finances and household budgeting.
- Help customers maintain their accommodation and prepare for move-on to independent living.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and outcomes using electronic systems, ensuring compliance with contract and performance requirements.
- Liaise with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders regarding safeguarding, welfare, and risk concerns.
- Promote the service to customers and professionals, attending partnership meetings and events where required.

What you’ll need
