Contract (6 months FTC, with the potential for the role to be extended )
Job description

Contract Type: 6 months FTC , with the potential for the role to be extended and the hours to be increased in the future, subject to funding.

Interviews: 14th September 2026

Employer: King's Trust International (not The King's Trust)

The King’s Trust International is looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join us on an interim basis to lead the delivery of digital products and data platforms that support young people around the world to learn, earn and thrive. This is a hands-on delivery role, working across a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that new and existing digital solutions are well planned, effectively delivered and continuously improved.

We have a growing portfolio of digital products, including mobile-based learning tools, educational games and learning management systems. These products support a global audience of young people and our network of delivery partners, and we want to continue evolving them so they remain engaging, accessible and effective.

As these digital products are critical to scaling the reach of our global programmes, you will help ensure a clear and well-managed delivery pipeline is in place. Working closely with the Product Owner, you will lead the delivery of these products and support their successful adoption across our programmes.

You will be an excellent communicator who can translate complex information clearly for different audiences, build trusted relationships and keep stakeholders informed and engaged. You will also be confident coaching colleagues and supporting junior team members.

Perks for working at The King’s Trust International:

  • Great holiday package. 30 days annual leave entitlement, plus public holidays. Office closure the days between Christmas and New Year
  • Fantastic Family leave. Receive 13 weeks full pay and 13 weeks half pay for maternity and adoption leave, and pro rata entitlement for shared parental leave. Receive 8 weeks' full pay for paternity leave.
  • Flexible and agile working. Where operationally possible, you can work your hours that support a work-life balance, including compressed hours and hybrid-working (part office - part home-based) or working from home options.
  • Benefits platform. Everything from health and financial wellbeing support to discounts on your favourite restaurants, shops and cinemas
  • A free employee assistance programme (EAP) to support your mental wellbeing.
  • KTI will contribute 5% of your salary to the workplace Pension Scheme
  • Generous life assurance cover (4 x annual salary)
  • In-house and external training opportunities are available throughout the year
