Bowel Cancer UK is seeking an exceptional, growth-driven Head of Mass Supporter Fundraising to join our team. We have set a bold ambition to significantly increase income over the next five years, ensuring everyone diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK receives the support they need.
This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a data-led fundraising programme, increase our visibility in a competitive landscape, and develop a high-performing talented team capable of delivering sustained, multi-million-pound income growth. You will lead the development of transformational strategies and play a critical role in the management of the charities CRM to significantly scale revenue while ensuring digital innovation is at the heart of all strategic decision-making. You will take full ownership of mass supporter fundraising budgets and provide visionary leadership by directly managing team managers to foster a culture of professional growth.
The salary is £51,241, plus £2,000 London Weighting if applicable and a contributory pension scheme. The position is home-based UK-wide, with required travel to our London-based Hub space in Kennington. We offer 27 days of holiday, plus three discretionary days between Christmas and New Year in addition to statutory holidays, complimented by a range of brilliant staff benefits.

Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. From grassroots beginnings, Kairos has grown into a respected, feminist led, specialist women’s organisation rooted in the community it serves.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be the custodian of our financial strategy, compliance, and data integrity. The role involves leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, managing all financial operations—including statutory accounts and audit—and ensuring strong financial controls. A key component is translating complex financial and performance data into clear, compelling impact reports for funders, trustees, and senior leadership.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, compassionate individual who is passionate about reaching children at scale through our large Central Klub and Schools Work. The role involves Coordinating a large team of committed Volunteers and Line Managing Staff members and organising our large Central Klub, as well as assemblies in Schools. In all these areas you will be cheering your team and the children on, injecting a lot of fun along the way.

Job Summary
We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our small but mighty Partnerships and Philanthropy fundraising team. The team is made up of eight fundraisers focusing on securing high-value gifts with big impact, both from companies and from trusts and foundations.
Our perfect candidate will have experience in account management and/or new business, either within the charity or corporate sectors. We’re looking for someone with the confidence in securing, growing and managing a diverse fundraising portfolio. We want you to manage and land win-win partnerships that will make the biggest difference.
You’ll be a proactive self-starter with creative flair who has strong attention to detail and excellent account management, relationship building, pitching and writing skills. Success in the role will be measured through income targets, partnership satisfaction and engagement levels, renewal rates and contribution to long-term strategic goals.
In this job, you’ll work closely with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider corporate partnerships team to deliver excellent account management and driving renewals and growth, by providing our partners with an inspiring supporter experience. You’ll also have a new business target, to seek and secure innovative new partnerships with high-value companies. Your portfolio may include Charity-of-the-Year collaborations, nationwide campaign-based partnerships, multi-year partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, sponsorship and Cause Related Marketing (CRM) opportunities.

Overview of Post
The Operations & Administration Support role is a vital part-time position responsible for the seamless operational flow of Kairos. Key duties encompass a broad range of administrative functions, from managing the main email inbox and creating visual content to accurate data entry and essential record-keeping. The role provides front-of-house support, welcoming women and visitors attending our Women’s Hub and ensuring its smooth running through monitoring and ordering essential supplies and liaising with CV Life regarding building maintenance and cleaning services. The role requires an organised, empathetic, and proficient administrator capable of supporting front line staff and the Senior Leadership Team.
Main Responsibilities
Digital & Communications

Manage the admin email inbox, responding to all queries promptly and forwarding communications to relevant staff members as appropriate

Open, scan, and distribute post to appropriate recipients

Use online graphic design tools to create visual content such as posters, signs and information sheets for use in the Women’s Hub and on social media.

Assist the Senior Leadership Team in website updates and social media content.
Reception

Welcome women arriving at the Women’s Hub with empathy and professionalism, responding with particular sensitivity to any who may be distressed
