The Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Stewardship Manager to play a key role in increasing the financial resources available for mission across the Diocese. Working closely with the Finance Director, Archdeacons, and parish leaders, you will help embed generous giving practices and support churches to develop sustainable approaches to funding ministry.

This is an influential and relational role for someone who can combine theological understanding, financial insight, and strong communication skills to help parishes identify and overcome potential barriers to generosity and grow in confidence around Christian stewardship.

About the Role

You will support parishes and diocesan colleagues in building a culture of generosity and sustainable giving. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Leading the development of a culture of generosity and mutual support across the Diocese

· Working alongside the Finance Director, Archdeacons and colleagues to grow parish giving and develop parish offers

· Teaching and speaking in parishes, deaneries, and online gatherings on Christian generosity and stewardship

· Encouraging and supporting the use of the Parish Giving Scheme and other digital giving tools

· Promoting best practice through parish giving reviews and stewardship initiatives

· Working with the Communications team to promote generosity through a range of media and resources

· Supporting training for clergy and lay leaders on teaching generosity and managing parish finances

· Using data and financial trends to identify barriers to giving and develop practical strategies

· Contributing to diocesan strategy by ensuring generosity and giving are embedded in planning and initiatives

· Creating practical preaching and training resources to support local churches

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has significant experience in fundraising, ideally within a Christian charity or similar context

· Has experience working with high-value donors and developing giving strategies

· Understands the theology and biblical principles of Christian generosity and stewardship

· Is confident in teaching, preaching, and communicating about giving in a range of contexts

· Has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and can motivate others to embrace new approaches

· Has a strong understanding of finance and the ability to analyse giving trends and data

· Is highly organised and able to manage multiple relationships and projects

· Understands the culture and diversity of traditions within the Church of England

· A communicant member of the Church of England (or a church in communion with it, or a member Church of Churches Together in England, the Council of Churches for Britain and Ireland, or the Evangelical Alliance)

· Able to travel to all areas of the diocese, including during evenings and weekends to meet with parishes.

Purpose of the Role

The Clinical & Research Lead role provides senior clinical leadership across Together for Short Lives’ most complex and high-profile programmes. The role leads the design and delivery of national clinical initiatives, strengthens clinical governance and safeguarding oversight, and builds the organisation’s research and evidence capability.

Working closely with the Head of Services & Impact, the postholder ensures programmes are credible, evidence-informed and deliver measurable impact for children, families and the wider sector. The role will lead work that strengthens professional practice, improves outcomes for families, and supports national sector development. The role involves significant external representation, national stakeholder engagement, programme planning, research and data oversight, and leadership of internal and external events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

· Represent Together for Short Lives in national clinical, policy and professional forums, contributing to the organisation’s credibility and influence across the children’s palliative care sector.

· Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of internally hosted stakeholder meetings, including the Leaders of Care Forum and other professional engagement events.

· Provide professional and reflective input into complex organisational decisions relating to clinical practice, programme design and ethical engagement.

• matters relating to optical training, education, and assessment;

• matters relating to the standards of conduct and performance expected of registrants or those seeking admission to the register.

Time Commitment and Remuneration

This role is part time with a commitment of approximately 2-3 days per year, including time spent preparing for meetings.  Meetings will usually take place via MS Teams but may on occasion be held at the GOC Offices in London or other suitable venues.

Members are paid up to £185 per meeting. This is taxable and subject to National Insurance (NI) contributions. This is in line with our member fees policy and member fee schedule.

The WaterAid Corporate Partnerships team is responsible for developing and implementing WaterAid’s Corporate Partnerships Strategy which includes a focus on developing high value, high impact strategic partnerships.

About the role

As our Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Partnership Management team of six to deliver partnership excellence and work closely with teams including Communications, Global Policy and Campaigns and Country Programme Offices to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Effectively lead, manage and motivate the Partnership Management team to deliver partnership excellence.
• Coach and support the team to maximise partnership opportunities as well as resolve complex issues.
• Work closely with teams across WaterAid (eg Communications, Policy) to identify opportunities and deliver collaborations which deliver shared value for WaterAid and corporate partners
• Work with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Senior Partnership Development Manager and Senior Private Sector Advisor to implement the overall Corporate Partnerships Strategy
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• A proven track record managing a variety of strategic, high value (6 figure) Corporate Partnerships that deliver shared value
• Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change
• Endless enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work under own initiative and meet deadlines
• Ability to build relationships, network with, and influence, senior people both internally and externally

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience of working in an NGO corporate fundraising environment
• Experience of managing at least three team members

• Act as the leading spokesperson for Mary’s Meals in Northern Ireland, representing the charity to churches, schools, local authorities, individuals, universities, and community or business networks.​

• Spend focused time externally; networking, nurturing partnerships and driving growth through representing the charity at events, meetings, faith gatherings, conferences, and civic forums.

• Proactively cultivate, pursue, and develop fundraising opportunities via networking and outreach with the aim of securing support for our school feeding programme.​

• Develop and maintain a robust national growth pipeline, ensuring proactive identification, cultivation, conversion, and stewardship of opportunities.​

• Significant focus on the growth and development of new Volunteer Fundraising Groups in counties across Northern Ireland.

• Line manage and coach a Regional Development Officer, enabling them to become a confident, high‑performing fundraiser.

• Serve as a trusted media spokesperson for press, broadcast, and faith media when required.​

• Work closely with the Communications team to provide compelling local supporter stories, impactful moments, and local activity to showcase.​

This role

The Head of HR and Operations will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. This role will be central to shaping the organisation’s culture and ensuring that our HR and operational functions are robust, future‑focused, and aligned with our mission.

Main responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

· Contribute to the development and delivery of Your Voice Count’s organisational strategy as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Essential Skills & Experience needed for the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

Animal Equality’s campaigns have driven Parliamentary debates, legal victories, policy shifts, corporate commitments, mainstream media coverage, and inspired thousands of individuals to change their diets.

We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.

Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. The role requires initiative, creativity, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset, as well as the discipline to execute projects effectively and professionally.

The Campaigns Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with others across our UK and international teams. The appointee will play a key role in coordinating and inspiring volunteers and external stakeholders.

The Campaigns Coordinator will have opportunities to travel across the UK and internationally to organise and lead peaceful demonstrations, ensuring Animal Equality maintains a visible, strategic, and compelling presence at key decision-making moments. While not common, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support campaigning activities. Any additional hours worked and agreed with your Manager can be reclaimed as TOIL.

The Community of St Paulinus (CsP) is a pioneering, non-residential community focused on resourcing sacramental church planting, forming disciples, and strengthening partnerships across the diocese.

This newly created role of Marketing & Content Lead reflects a strategic investment in building the public voice, identity and reach of CsP. We are seeking a creative and strategically minded marketing professional who will establish and grow CsP’s digital platforms from the ground up, developing a distinctive brand voice and presence that is rooted in Sheffield Cathedral while clearly expressing the unique identity of the Community of St Paulinus.

The postholder will shape CsP’s emerging communications strategy, build audiences, develop campaigns, and contribute to wider marketing thinking within the Project Resource Team.

The Marketing & Content Lead will sit within the Project Resource Team (PRT), alongside the Project Manager, Administration Assistant, and Fundraising Officer. The postholder will be line managed by the Project Manager and will be a key part of the agile Project Resource Team, which serves the CsP.  The postholder will also collaborate with the Cathedral Marketing and Communications Team, where appropriate, to ensure alignment and shared opportunity, with the wider Cathedral communications strategy and work.
