The role

The Role

The role

In this role, you will need a strong understanding of recovery-focused practice and the ability to apply a range of recovery approaches that promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes for service users. You will have experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and dual diagnosis, including providing effective support during periods of crisis while maintaining dignity and respect. The ability to work collaboratively with frontline statutory services, including the NHS, is essential, as is knowledge of relevant mental health legislation and safeguarding procedures. You will be an effective team player with strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, capable of maintaining accurate records and working flexibly across shifts, weekends, and bank holidays to meet service needs.

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative, office management, IT coordination, and executive support across this international social welfare charity.
Office based, with some flexibility but the nature of this role means being in the office majority of the time.
The Role:
To act as the Trust's initial point of contact for all general and business enquiries and providing support in handling enquiries regarding Trust fundraising activities.
To ensure that the office and its associated infrastructure is maintained in good order and in accordance with the terms of the lease.
To liaise with the landlord's agents and House management staff as and when required over maintenance or repair matters.

The Candidate:
Solid experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant working with senior management
A proven ability to work in direct support of the senior management team and a diverse company of Trust employees and stakeholders.
Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong IT literate, to include a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office and its various applications and administrative functions.
