You'll identify and cultivate corporate prospects, supporting on securing income through written application and pitches, whilst managing a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships. About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Fundraising Events Coordinator within Restless Development’s UK Fundraising team. The fundraising team’s income has grown year on year and there is huge potential to continue to grow this further and create impact at scale.

The Senior Fundraising Events Coordinator will be primarily working on the Schools Triathlon programme and managing all PR & social media comms, and also supporting on both merchandise and sponsor management. The Schools Triathlon is the UK’s largest fundraising and sporting event for children aged 7-13. Its aim is to encourage more children into sport while also teaching them the importance of fundraising. Over the years, the events have raised over £3.4m for Restless Development and local charities and over 9,000 children have taken part. We are aiming to deliver 15 events in 2026 and significantly expand the series.. 

We are looking for an energetic team-player, proactive individual with great interpersonal skills who is happy to learn and get stuck in. 

Key responsibilities

Deliver and event manage high-quality Schools Triathlon events in 2026 and beyond 

• Throughout September to February, present assemblies for the Schools Triathlon to inspire school-age pupils to sign up and take part in the Schools Triathlon series, and motivate them to fundraise by delivering a fun and engaging presentation.
• Develop strong professional relationships with various important stakeholders from host schools throughout the year, in person and online; as well as with participating schools through the delivery of assemblies and in comms prior to the event day. 
• Work with our event delivery partners to deliver 15 events throughout April, May and June 2026, ensuring that the event logistics, host school requirements, participant details are finalised and managing host school relations.
• Respond to enquiries from parents and guardians on our dedicated inbox and mobile phone when needed.
• Develop a good working relationship with the Triathlon Committee, made up of Restless Development staff and volunteers, while still keeping the appropriate members informed and bringing in support as and when needed.
• Update on relevant KPIs and income where needed
• Support the Senior Fundraising Manager with recruitment of regional volunteers when needed

Schools Triathlon social media & PR 

• Lead on all social media activity for the Schools Triathlon across  our social media channels
• Lead on liaising with external PR and Host school stakeholders to deliver exceptional PR across the Schools Triathlon event series
• Lead on being the main contact for all Host School marketing teams, ensuring effective working relationships are in place and maintained to an excellent standard
• Report monthly on KPIs, ensuring effective tracking for social engagement across all channels
• Work closely with the Comms team, to ensure best working practices and collaboration is in place
• Together with the Head of Fundraising, lead on the drafting and development of the Schools Triathlon parent comms
• Manage the partnership with our events photographers

Sponsors

• Together with the Head of Fundraising, develop a sponsors partnership prospect list that aligns with our social values for year 2027 and beyond
• Lead on the project plan for our sponsors with support from the Head of Fundraising
• Set, monitor and report on the progress of KPIs and fundraising as and when needed
• Work with the wider team to plan and deliver an excellent stewardship journey for sponsors ensuring continued engagement 

Systems, Processes & Communications

• Support the wider team with event comms responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Use DotDigital to communicate to  schools and event participants 
• Competent use of Excel to process data and regularly update internal and external databases.
• Manage the Schools Triathlon website, ensuring that it is up to date and relevant.
• Accurate and timely logging of information into Restless Development’s registration system Eventrac and CRM, Salesforce – executing mass imports, new individual records, and regularly cleaning data.
• Understand and manage fundraising using the digital fundraising platform, JustGiving, ensure all pages set up are logged on our CRM.

Other 

• Must attend the Schools Triathlons as needed across April, May and June and other occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.
• Support on wider charity initiatives as and when needed
• Many of the schools we have relationships with are not accessible by public transport, so it is vital you have access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle. All travel will be reimbursed in accordance with Restless Development’s travel policy.
• Manage our Schools Triathlon Leader programme, working with the wider team to recruit and develop the opportunity for graduates/young people
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the Head of Fundraising.

Expected travel:

St Giles is delivering an ambitious Voluntary Fundraising Strategy for 2026–2029, focused on diversifying income and growing voluntary fundraising by 15% across restricted and unrestricted streams. We are looking for an experienced and creative New Partnerships Manager to play a key role in achieving this ambition.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate corporate fundraiser with a strong track record of securing new income and managing five and six-figure partnerships. You will lead on developing our corporate partnerships portfolio, identifying and securing new partners while building long-term, strategically aligned relationships.

The role has responsibility for delivering £1m per year in corporate income and offers significant scope to shape and grow our partnerships approach.

Corporate partnerships & new business

• Contribute to and deliver a three-year corporate fundraising strategy with the ambition to raise £1 million annually
• Develop and implement a new business and communications strategy aligned to St Giles’ core pillars: Poverty, Justice, and Violence & Exploitation
• Identify and engage local and regional corporate partners across England and Wales

Partnership management & growth

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic supervisor or team leader to take up a full-time role within our organisation as a Operations Supervisor to be part of our small and dedicated team. The role will be based in Southwark as well as potential for wider London working as you will be part several innovative housing projects in London supporting vulnerable households to sustain their tenancies. As well as a team line manager, you will be maintaining and developing partnership with the Council’s housing officers, solicitors, landlords, community services, social prescribers, and mental health support workers to ensure tailored support can be offered for each client. The objectives of these programmes are to avoid evictions, sustain tenancies, increase employment opportunities, improve wellbeing, and increase educational outcomes. You will be working in partnership with other stakeholders such as schools and local authorities to improve family health, build relationships and engage families and individuals and their networks of support.    

About you   

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management and project leadership, knowledge of housing polices, and with proven experience working with individuals who have complex needs. 

You will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships, supporting data collection for reports and monitoring, and contributing to quality assurance processes. In addition, you will hold a small caseload, providing direct, holistic support to individuals as part of your role. 

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised. You should be confident working independently, with a genuine passion for driving positive change. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to provide holistic support and think creatively to find solutions. 

You will have:

• Experience leading and supervising other support workers, or volunteers, including delegation, training, and mentoring.

About Kineara   

Kineara is a unique community interest company that supports people in poverty across London who facing barriers to housing, employment and education. We break down barriers, provide holistic support for families, vulnerable adults, and school pupils, and deliver intensive one-to-one interventions to those in need of extra help through challenging times. We use holistic, trauma-informed methods, partnership working and a flexible, non-judgemental approach that puts the needs of those we work with first.

This integral role will provide high-quality administrative, compliance and organisational support across the charity. The Operations Officer will support day-to-day operations, ensuring strong governance, accurate record keeping and systems efficiency all of which will allow the delivery of CHEER’s client and volunteer services.Training will be offered where required (eg: compliance, DBS checking, charity governance).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. CRM management (Beacon) 

• Ensure the charity’s CRM is accurate, up to date and used consistently across the team. 

• Conduct regular spot checks and data quality reviews. 

• Support the transition to CRM-driven reporting. 

• Develop and maintain CRM admin processes, templates and documentation (including user guide). 

2. Governance, compliance & policy administration 

• Maintain organisational policies, procedures, training records and compliance documentation.

• Lead an overhaul of SharePoint structure to create a clear, user-friendly filing system. 

• Ensure documents are saved, organised, version-controlled and archived. 

• Keep SharePoint updated and functioning well. 

• Support staff with basic digital troubleshooting and liaise with IT support when required. 

4. Memberships, subscriptions & Organisational admin 

• Monitor charity memberships, renewals, insurances, subscriptions, storage costs, licences, software and service contracts. 

• Maintain a central register of renewal dates and ensure timely payments. 

• Support procurement of equipment, supplies and services. 

5. Meeting coordination & minute taking 

• Manage meeting schedules, invitations, and logistics for: 

• AGM

Main Purpose of the Post 

To take the lead for Human Resources within Salford CVS, under the direction of the Deputy Chief Executive.

Salford CVS is recruiting a proactive Human Resources Officer to lead our HR function. Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive, you’ll manage HR records, support recruitment and induction, ensure compliance with legislation and GDPR, and maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and processes. You’ll also coordinate staff training, benefits, and HR metrics to support organisational development.

This role is ideal for someone organised, confident with HR systems, and passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture.

Specific Duties

• Maintain all Human Resources records for staff members including holiday and absence records, staff appraisals and reviews
• Ensure that current Human Resources legislation is being correctly implemented across the organisation.
• Identify and recommend areas for system improvement
• Ensure that appropriate policies are in place and being followed by the workforce
• Support recruitment process lifecycle
• Support staff inductions and help staff to understand Salford CVS policies and values

Main Responsibilities

• A sound knowledge of safeguarding adult and children principles, child abuse, child protection issues and safeguarding

About The Role

Do you have experience of working in a high-value fundraising team with a track record of meeting and exceeding financial and KPI targets? Would you like to partner with senior stakeholders to help deliver meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia?

 We are recruiting for a Fundraising Development Manager to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. This is a fixed-term, maternity cover contract for 12 months with an ideal start date in April 2026. This is a home-based role, though you will be required to occasionally travel into London (once a month maximum).

As Fundraising Development Manager, your role will be vital to the success of Alzheimer’s Society’s fundraising and engagement activities which are led and supported by our Development boards. You will play an important part in the delivery of our Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) campaign, a movement in partnership with senior level supporters from the insurance industry. This award-winning campaign has raise £12million to date and set a target to reach £20million by 2030 to fund projects that will accelerate progress towards beating dementia - while helping raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Society and increase understanding of the UK’s biggest killer.

You will be responsible for securing and maximising income from multiple channels, including our annual flagship industry fundraising event – Insurance Day for Dementia. You will support individual and team high value fundraising challenges, and lead communications activity with these influential supporters and their sector, utilising relationships with industry media and tools including LinkedIn.

To achieve success, you will manage relationships with insurance industry professionals at the highest levels. You will also support (where required) on activities through Sport United Against Dementia (SUAD), our comparable campaign led by some of the most senior figures in the world of sport. This may include developing tools for industry supporters and activities or supporting activation opportunities at exciting sporting events. Ultimately, this role will give you the chance to use your skills to deliver meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia.

Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Friday 13th and Monday 16th February.

About you

Joining us, you will have experience of working in a high-value fundraising team or equivalent environment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding financial and KPI targets. You’ll have experience of successfully overseeing projects or managing events from start to finish.
Crucially, you’ll have proven experience of managing and forming trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll be able to use your communication skills and your experience of writing external communications to gain support through written proposals and in face-to-face meetings.

What you’ll focus on:

- Leading on relationships with key IUAD Board members – senior leaders from the Insurance industry - to maximise events and communications opportunities, to maintain and maximise supporter motivation and engagement.
- Leading IUAD events and communications working groups / workstreams, successfully influencing, negotiating with, and aiding board members to achieve success.
- Building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with staff and volunteers at all levels, to maximise opportunities and income for the Society.
- Playing a key role in the strategy, planning, delivery and growth of our annual industry fundraising day, the Insurance Day for Dementia - from marketing to stewardship, helping the event to continue growth toward a £500,000 annual target.
- Project managing our involvement in industry awards and conferences, or other third-party fundraising events.
- Providing first class stewardship and recognition to all supporters.
- Working closely with Development Boards Lead and Senior Philanthropy Manager, developing and delivering compelling campaign messages and case for support for IUAD and other Development Boards as required.
