Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Officer - Nationwide to join our Partnership Management Team based in either our London or Manchester offices.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. About the Team

The Corporate Partnerships Officer works alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager on the Nationwide partnership and will play a vital role within the Corporate Partnerships Function of the Relationship Fundraising Department. The Partnership Management Team work closely with the Corporate New Business team to on-board partners and provide high quality account management to our corporate partnership portfolio.

About The Role

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be primarily responsible for supporting on the delivery of Centrepoint’s multi-year, 7-figure strategic partnership with Nationwide Building Society. This partnership is the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio to date, and a transformational partnership for Centrepoint and the young people we work with. Funding supports a range of measures to help young people experiencing homelessness across the UK.

Working between our offices in London/ Manchester, as well as from the partner’s head office future, you will work alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager to support successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership, as well as taking ownership of your own projects. This will include supporting with fundraising and volunteering engagement with Nationwide colleagues, as well as administrative support across the partnership. You will provide excellent stewardship for this partnership and future corporate partners and identify opportunities to increase engagement and income.

This role sits within a Corporate Fundraising team of 14, split into a New Business team, and Partnership Management team. The Partnership Management team is made up of ten corporate fundraisers who manage complex and exciting partnerships with a wide range of committed corporate partners.

About You

You will be ambitious and driven, ideally with experience within fundraising, account management or programme management. You will have great attention to detail and experience managing and prioritising a diverse workload. You will be an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to form strong relationships externally and internally, including engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support on the successful delivery of the Nationwide partnership, working alongside the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
• Administrative support for the Nationwide partnership including partnership admin and finance processes such as invoicing, income coding, minute taking and recording information on the database.
• Support with managing and developing the volunteering process and opportunities for Nationwide colleagues, ensuring excellent stewardship.
• Support with logistical plans and recruitment for Centrepoint’s flagship event, Sleep Out.
• Gather content and data to support in the compilation of reports on income, expenditure, and partnership impact.
• Develop and maintain proactive and effective working relationships with a range of cross functional teams including key internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Centrepoint and the partnership at Centrepoint and third-party events.
• Actively participate in all team meetings and support other team members.
• Manage other mid-value (£10k-£50k) corporate partnerships if required.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Head of Services,  providing full operational leadership across our Accommodation Services and Day Centre Services, ensuring safe, consistent and effective delivery across all frontline provision.

This includes:

• Direct Access Accommodation (10 beds)

• Frontline staff across both services

The role holds full responsibility for day-to-day operational delivery and decision-making within services, ensuring they run safely and effectively, with only critical or strategic issues escalated to the Chief Executive.

The role also provides management oversight of property, compliance and health and safety functions delivered by the Facilities Manager and wider staff teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Oversight

• Provide operational leadership across both services, ensuring safe, consistent and effective delivery.

Safeguarding & Risk Management

• Monitor safeguarding activity and ensure appropriate action and escalation.
• Support staff in managing safeguarding concerns, complex needs and high-risk incidents.

Health & Safety

• Provide management oversight of health and safety across all services, ensuring safe and compliant working environments.

Staff Leadership & Management

• Provide supportive leadership across both services, fostering a stable and positive working environment.

The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. They have oversight of operational procedures, ensuring best practice and adherence to health and safety standards. They will lead from the front, ensuring fitness programming, exercise classes and personal training are of an exceptional standard. Community and Events Fundraising Officer

North London Hospice has been caring for local people since 1984, providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, and increasingly within Camden and Islington. Our services are completely free of charge however it now costs more than £16m a year to run our charity. We rely on the generosity of our community through donations and our shops to make up the shortfall in funding.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will play a key role in growing income through community fundraising initiatives and delivering an exciting and expanding portfolio of events. This varied role combines creative promotion of fundraising opportunities, excellent supporter relationship management, and the planning and coordination of successful events. Key Responsibilities

Community Fundraising and Events

· Support the Community and Events Manager to develop and deliver a portfolio of community fundraising activities and fundraising events.

About the Sickle Cell Society (SCS)

The Sickle Cell Society (SCS) is the only national charity in the UK that supports and represents people affected by a sickle cell disorder. We provide information, advice and support to enable people to improve their overall quality of life. To assist the Fundraising Manager in the delivery of our Fundraising Strategy and on-going development to achieve our fundraising priorities and targets. An exciting and varied role, we are seeking a strong team player, and someone with the confidence and initiative to help develop and grow charitable income. The post holder will be someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the enthusiasm to want to learn and get things done. We are a small, friendly and closely knit team of 20 skilled and highly committed staff and over 50 active volunteers.

The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Manager, and wider team to provide an engaging supporter journey and timely, efficient donor care to existing and new supporters of the Society. Responsible for helping the team meet our agreed income targets for celebratory giving, challenge events, community fundraising and corporate payroll giving initiatives.; the post-holder will be keen on developing their Fundraising career and interested in expanding their use of CRM databases, data management and the production of reports for effective donor stewardship.

You will be responsible for the membership and donors’ database (Beacon) keeping it up to date and reporting back on results, whilst ensuring data compliance and implementation of data. You will be highly proficient in the use of business IT systems in particular Microsoft Excel to analyse data, and you will also have at least one year’s experience, or equivalent, in producing detailed and insightful reports.

The post-holder will be a confident communicator and collaborator with proven relationship building and creative and innovative fundraising skills. You will also support the development of our fundraising communications, monitoring performance across all channels driving best practice and income growth. You will generate and develop engaging fundraising communications and be responsible for your own copywriting, including thanking our wonderful donors via the most appropriate communication channels. 

This varied role will give you the opportunity to further your fundraising skills across a broad range of income generating activities as well as build strong, professional relationships to benefit the SCS’ charitable objectives.
