Together, we take good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and get it to approximately 8,500 frontline charities and community groups. For designated top food partners, you will be their day to day point of contact with regular face to face contact at all levels. You will undertake structured, strategic account management, leading and coordinating FareShare’s engagement across our organisation. This will mean agreeing and executing a bespoke joint business plan with each account to get more food, money and strategic support. You will also feedback on ways that we can better support our accounts and improve our services to them.
The Role
This role will identify, develop and manage top food partners relationships and strengthen existing business relationships with companies in the food industry, generating value for the partner and to secure growing and sustainable volumes of surplus food for the FareShare Network.
You will work directly and be on-site with top food partners to help identify and overcome the barriers which exist to giving surplus food to people in need as well as increasing money and strategic resource.
You will also be required to work closely with FareShare colleagues within FareShare and across the UK in our partner organisations in order to identify and understand opportunities for creating mutual and shared value.
Main areas of responsibility
Partnership Management
- Contribute to the development of consistent, structured Joint Business plans with designated accounts that take into account food, funding and other strategic initiatives to drive growth in food, money and other strategic resources.
- Work on behalf of the account to develop and embed services relevant to the account and agreed through the joint business plan – e.g. employability or store level redistribution.
- Execute joint business plans and report internally and externally on progress.
- Research and understand your accounts, including key ESG initiatives, waste streams, key personnel within the organisation that will help drive its success and engage the relevant internal departments through both desked based research and face to face contact.
- Proactively drive account forwards and progress these relationships with regular on-site visits and linking FareShare exec with key contacts.
- Keep up to date with industry and charity insights and ensure this is reflected back strategically across ways of working and account management
Project and Initiative Management
- Be responsible for managing and communicating key projects and initiatives to increase food volumes and strategic value, securing support from a range of stakeholders within food partners and across the FareShare network.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations and Network Development teams with the aim of optimising food out to our network
- Develop and lead FareShare cross-departmental strategic activity to enable us to derive maximum value from key food partners including liaising with fundraising, marketing and volunteering teams
Person Specification
Essential
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple accounts in the FMCG, food, retail or comparable sector with professionalism and integrity consistently meeting or exceeding challenging targets
- Good working knowledge of the key players across the food industry and their ways of working
- Successful track record of managing cross-functional projects to tight timescales and budgets, ensuring involvement of all key stakeholders
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at a range of levels and across multiple functions with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to use own initiative working independently and responsibly
Desirable
- Experience of working in a retail or food industry sector
- Experience of project evaluation, data-driven analysis and impact reporting
- Relationship and stakeholder management experience of large corporate partners

Key duties and responsibilities
Main responsibilities
In line with our income generation strategy:
· Lead on the strategic planning and implementation of income generation activities to help build sustainability of The Carers’ Centre and its services for 19,600 unpaid carers across Bath and North East Somerset.
· Develop and implement a stewardship programme for donors and funders building support and securing new income for The Carers’ Centre.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to help deliver The Carers’ Centre vision for carers.
Income generation
· Design and deliver a diverse income generation plan to support philanthropy and fundraising in line with The Carers’ Centre Strategic Plan.
· Co-produce annual philanthropy and fundraising targets and take the lead responsibility to instigate and co-ordinate the activity that will achieve them.
· Build long-lasting relationships with key local philanthropists, donors, and funders.
· Work proactively with colleagues to research, identify and scope a portfolio of compelling projects and proposals that will appeal to donors and funders.
· Work closely with communication colleagues to develop appropriate communications campaigns and activities for different supporter groups.
· Contribute towards the charity’s communications and marketing strategy ensuring fundraising is embedded.
· Develop, maintain, and implement relevant policies and procedures in line with our growth plans.

· Provide effective line management and support to direct reports to help them maximise their potential and effectiveness.

Spoons is a charity dedicated to supporting families through neonatal care. Their sole aim is to facilitate a community where families who have experienced neonatal care, can come together and feel safe in sharing their experiences and supporting one another. The Role
The Fundraising Manager will lead on the delivery of a sustainable and diverse fundraising strategy. The main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering a fundraising strategy and annual income plan.
- Growing sustainable income across all fundraising streams, predominantly Community, Individual Giving, Corporate partnerships and Events.
- Building, nurturing and stewarding supporter relationships.
- Overseeing and executing fundraising marketing and communications strategies.
The Person
We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a proven track record of delivering fundraising income and a knowledge of a variety of income streams. You should also have an understanding of fundraising regulations, GDPR, and a keenness to keep abreast of fundraising best practice.
Additionally, you should be excellent at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You must be organised, driven and resilient, and able to multitask effectively in this varied and interesting role. We are also looking for candidates who are creative with the ability to write compelling communications including social content, campaigns and proposals.

The South East Cancer Help Centre (SECHC) is a highly successful and well-established charity in operation for 40 years with modern premises located in central Purley with free parking and close to the station. Working closely with the public health sector, we provide therapies, counselling and group activities to those affected by cancer.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced community fundraiser who will play an instrumental role in our established as well as new fundraising events, community engagement, stewardship, increasing awareness of the Centre as well as income generation.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:

Background Information and Purpose of Post

The Philanthropy Specialist at Humanity & Inclusion UK is a new senior fundraising position with responsibility for planning, identifying, cultivating, and managing major donor relationships to secure significant funding, in line with the new global Major Giving Strategy 2026 - 2030.
The purpose of the post is to:
· Develop and deliver HI UK’s strategy for high-net-worth individuals.
· Lead on the new Capital Campaign, 2026-2030, for HI UK.
· Work closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and family foundations to develop high-value philanthropic partnerships and ensure sustained, long-term support.
· Secure five- and six-figure major gifts from a diverse and sustainable base of major donors.
· Develop your own prospect pipeline and provide excellent cultivation of your prospects to produce committed, long-term donors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships

Capital Campaign
Our new Capital Campaign will be an invaluable tool for you in developing funding from high-net-worth individuals in the UK. You will lead on its launch and recruit a Campaign Committee, stewarding them to deliver results.
Relationship Management
You will lead on the development and stewardship of long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and family foundations.
Income Growth
You will drive the growth of an existing pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and develop this pipeline with new supporters from our individual giving stream and philanthropists who are new to HI, to secure significant gifts.
Collaboration
You will work closely with HI's Global Specialist in Major Giving, HI UK Trustees, our Federal Major Giving team, and international colleagues, to develop compelling proposals and provide timely impact reporting.
Stewardship
You will ensure exceptional donor stewardship and provide a high-quality experience for supporters at every stage of engagement.
Cultivation events
You will initiate and run high quality cultivation events for your donors and prospects, to form part of their stewardship journey.
Data Management
You will accurately manage donor records, communications, and reporting through our CRM.
Other duties
· Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with HI UK colleagues, the Federal fundraising and communication teams, and Major Giving counterparts in other HI national associations in Europe and North America.
· Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and high standards.
· Keep up-to-date and adhere to any changes in legislation, regulatory procedures, innovation, best practice and industry standards in relation to private fundraising.
· Any other activities commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required by the Global Specialist in Major Giving.

About the Role
You will lead on managing and developing our portfolio of individual donors, including Friends of Headway members, regular givers and cash appeal donors, and in-memory supporters. As we prepare to launch an ambitious £150 million philanthropic campaign, we are seeking a strategic and driven Prospect Development Manager to lead the delivery of insight-driven prospect management across the Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate.
You will play a critical role in creating a steady pipeline of new potential supporters for the fundraising teams, as well as helping shape the data and analytics strategy that will measure the impact of our campaign.
You will ensure that business-as-usual activity—such as briefing materials, due diligence, fundraiser portfolio reviews, prospect research, and insight—is delivered to a high standard, with the understanding that over the course of the campaign, these activities will be undertaken primarily in service of the campaign itself, rather than in addition to it
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is passionate about understanding and engaging supporters who make transformational change possible.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Strategy and Planning
· Develop and implement the prospect development strategy to support the successful delivery of a new High Value campaign and long-term income growth.
· Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between, BAU, campaign goals and supporter engagement strategies.
· Lead on campaign data reporting, impact measurement, and forecasting to inform decision-making across the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships teams.
· Ensure the team are maximising the power of AI within Prospect Development.
· Own the campaign Gift Table and utilise it as a key management tool.
· Lead on the strategic planning, income pipeline modelling, and campaign progress reporting.
· Proactively identify, assess, and manage operational and strategic risks within the team, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
Prospect Management and Research
· Lead the identification, qualification, and tracking of new major donor and partner prospects across individual, corporate, and foundation giving.
· Design processes to engage volunteers and donors in identifying their key contacts who might be strong major prospects
· Lead on the design and delivery of regular portfolio reviews for relationship managers, using data and insight to optimise pipelines.
· Produce and manage the delivery of high-quality biographies, briefings, and due diligence for meetings and events.
· Work collaboratively with fundraisers to proactively identify new opportunities and ensure prospects are moved through the pipeline efficiently.
· Work with our Research team on potential and current Research Partners, allowing us to be strategic across all of our high value audiences.
· Maintain and continuously improve prospect tracking systems and data quality.
Campaign Insight and Impact
· Design and oversee reporting mechanisms that track the performance and progress of the campaign.
· Provide regular insight and trend analysis to campaign leadership and fundraising teams.
· Use data and supporter intelligence to shape cultivation and solicitation strategies.
Team Management
· Manage and develop a small, high-performing team (currently two direct reports), setting clear goals, providing coaching, and supporting professional development.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and supporter-centric thinking.
· Ensure a consistent and high-quality service is provided to fundraisers and stakeholders across the organisation.
What we are looking for:
· Proven experience in prospect development, prospect research, or fundraising insight in a philanthropic or partnership-focused environment.
· Strong understanding of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Fundraising.
· Proficient in using CRM systems and prospect research tools.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce briefings and profiles to a high standard.
· Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Guts UK is the only charity that covers the digestive system from top to tail, including the gut, the liver and the pancreas. The charity focuses particularly on the conditions that have no other specific charity or voice - conditions that are underserved, such as pancreatitis, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), childhood gut and liver disease, and digestive cancers. With their mission being to improve the lives of the millions of people affected by digestive conditions, they are looking for their first Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to help them reach that goal.
The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.
The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.
This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser or manager level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans and delivering income. Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.
This is one role advertised twice to ensure candidates across both hybrid locations can apply. This role is hybrid with candidates happy to work a minimum of one day per week from the London or Hudderfield office welcome to apply. The London office address is 2 St Andrews Place, London.
