About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You'll bring:
Significant experience of providing executive and diary management support to senior leaders
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
The ability to manage a varied workload and respond effectively to changing priorities
The ability to quickly develop an understanding of a wide range of subject areas and understand links between them
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
The ability to engage well with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience of handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
