We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of MHFA England’s digital marketing and acquisition activity by implementing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. The role will focus on executing digital marketing plans, creating and optimising content, supporting lead generation and conversion activity, and using data and insight to improve performance.
The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Acquisition Lead, colleagues across the organisation, and external suppliers to help deliver MHFA England’s organisational strategy, brand objectives, and revenue goals.
This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to Central London, where you’ll collaborate with colleagues to support our mission.

Key accountabilities

The Programmes and Projects Executive will play a key role in supporting our community of primary and secondary schools throughout the school year. You will help design and deliver Bite Back in Schools, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for young people, their teachers and their schools — and making sure the programme achieves meaningful impact.
Alongside day-to-day programme delivery, you will contribute a range of projects across the organisation, including supporting an exciting new collaboration with other school food charity partners and helping to coordinate and support wider organisational initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship management

Provide ongoing support to both primary and secondary schools throughout their time on the programme, building strong working relationships with participating schools.

Support communication with all primary schools, providing a point of contact for the coordinator and lead teacher in each school.

Support monitoring and evaluation through creation of surveys, ensuring completion of baseline and end of year surveys, and analysis of data submitted (working with our Impact & Evaluation Manager).

Provide timely responses to school queries and alert the Programmes Manager of any potential risks.

Programme delivery

Schedule and organise visits to schools, agreeing agendas with the schools in advance to include elements including meeting pupils and teachers, leading feedback sessions and focus groups and supporting the development of their social action campaigns.

Schedule and deliver assemblies with primary and secondary schools partaking in the programme.

Ensure schools submit invoices on time as part of their grant funding, providing support where needed and coordinating with the finance team to ensure prompt processing.

Book and arrange assemblies, coordinating between schools and our Bite Back Ambassadors.

Support the School Ambassadors with travel logistics as they deliver assemblies in schools across England and Scotland.

Maintain and regularly update programme management software and associated data to ensure accurate and up to date information for all participating primary schools.

Ensure successful end-to-end support for the 10+ primary schools participating in the programme throughout the next school year.
Project support

Provide support to Programme Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

Coordinate our relationship with our partners in The School Food Project, including Chefs in Schools, School Food Matters, Food Foundation & Jamie Oliver’s Group.

Support the national rollout of the Bite Back in Schools Primary programme by contributing to the design, development, and refinement of engaging, age-appropriate resources for primary settings, building on insights and proven impact from two successful pilot programmes.

Assist with the organisation and delivery of Bite Back events throughout the year, including travelling as needed to support the Youth teams' operational requirements.

About the role

About the Role
As Individual Giving Officer (Retention), you’ll sit at the heart of how Help for Heroes builds long-term, sustainable income. You’ll lead the delivery of multi-channel retention campaigns and fundraising appeals that strengthen supporter relationships, increase lifetime value and ensure our supporters feel valued, informed and inspired to continue their support.
You’ll own retention activity across cash giving, lottery and regular giving - shaping campaigns from idea through to delivery, optimisation and evaluation. Cardiomyopathy UK is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by cardiomyopathy. Key Responsibilities
External Communications
- Collaborate with the team to develop a communications plan to support Cosmic’s calendar of events, income generation and volunteering, taking ownership of its implementation.
- Manage supporter communications through platforms like Mailchimp, including scheduling updates and mail merges.
- Produce and manage the production and distribution of the charity’s supporter newsletter, corporate newsletter, and other direct marketing materials.
- Develop a GDPR compliant method to gather data from families who benefit from Cosmic Service Delivery, to support conversion to fundraising via a Cosmic communication plan and supporter journey
- Create and execute engaging campaigns for Cosmic, based on our service delivery, to generate income.
- Liaise with celebrity partners to coordinate media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a bank of photographs and ensure media consent forms are obtained and recorded appropriately.
- Assist fundraising teams in sourcing free advertising opportunities for events, such as community group emails and online platforms.

Internal Communications

- Manage Cosmic’s social media channels, developing and implementing a consistent and engaging social media plan to promote the charity’s work, events, and fundraising initiatives effectively.
- Digital transformation of the Cosmic website and other digital channels with a consistent and clear brand, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Create engaging and consistent digital designs for all marketing materials on Canva.
Branding and Merchandising
- Design and create a new range of fundraising merchandise and marketing materials to promote the Cosmic brand.
- Support the fundraising team by developing high-quality materials for proposals, events, and activities, and assist in promoting these initiatives.
- Develop and formalise a clear Cosmic Tone of Voice and charity branding, establishing guidelines for how Cosmic presents itself both internally and externally to ensure consistency and alignment with its mission and values.

Poor housing and heating systems are a key part of the problem, along with dependence on polluting, climate-changing fossil fuels. FPA is a campaigning organisation that sets out to attack the root causes of fuel poverty along with the specific injustices facing people and communities. We want to see the UK’s energy system decarbonised as rapidly as possible, with a just transition for communities and workers that includes affordability.
Working closely with pensioners groups, trades unions, disabled campaigners, tenants’ organisations and others on the frontline of fuel poverty, we’re using protest and direct action to fight for real, sustainable solutions to the cold homes crisis. We are looking for a committed operations person and fundraiser who shares our passion and values, to oversee systems and processes which support our strategy and core team to do their best work.
About the role
Fuel Poverty Action (FPA) was started in 2011 by climate activists who wanted to ensure that the green energy transition doesn’t happen at the expense of those with less social and economic power. Rather, they saw the break with fossil fuels as an opportunity to end the scourge of fuel poverty in the UK - a chance to rethink priorities and design inequality out of the energy system.
We are seeking a new, well-organised Operations Lead to slot into this structure, to take care of administrative and operational functions and support the Directors with fundraising: bids, budgets and reports, managing relationships with funders and cultivating a donor pipeline.
This role would suit someone familiar with the operational and HR elements of running a company or organisation, somebody with management experience who is caring and collaborative and comfortable juggling a varied workload.
Critically, we are seeking someone who shares our political vision, as reflected in the Energy For All manifesto (link in attachment).
Key responsibilities
- Administration: Managing the email inbox; maintaining up to date contacts and mailing lists; developing and refining systems, processes and platforms to support internal and campaign activities.
- Information management: Ensuring high standards of record keeping, data protection and secure information storage across the organisation, enabling staff and members to share and access resources and know-how.
- Fundraising: Creating and implementing a three-year fundraising plan; managing existing donor relationships and completing reports; working with directors/fundraising volunteers on grant bids and budgets.
- Line management: Providing light touch management for at least one colleague.
- HR functions: Overseeing recruitment and onboarding of new staff and freelancers, overseeing HR policies and contracts, identifying training needs and opportunities.
- Strategic thinking: Inputting into FPA’s long and short term strategic plans, with an eye to the setting and monitoring of appropriate targets.
- Writing and editing: Including overseeing the production of our Annual Report.
- Events: Organising online and in-person events and meetings, including annual strategy days and a 2026 conference.

Compensation Policy
We’ll compensate team members on the following basis:

All salaried team members are contracted on the same terms and conditions

We have a 30 hour week maximum for all team members - most commonly worked as 4 x 7.5 hour days

Team members are paid an equitable and sustainable compensation rate which is the pro rate equivalent to a full-time (5 day) salary of £40-45,000, regardless of role or level of experience

Annual salary (30 hours per week):

Band 1 - No dependents or children and inherited wealth: £32,000

We have no central office or shared office budget, so it is imperative that you are comfortable working from home and that you are based in the UK.
Some costs-paid travel and monthly evening and occasional weekend working will be required.
The appointment will be for one year with a hope of extension, funding permitting, and a four month probationary period.
