Main Responsibilities: 

As Practice Manager, you will provide professional leadership, supervision and operational oversight across intermediary services. You will support a team of PAYE and sessional Intermediaries and Researchers, oversee service quality and safeguarding practice, and contribute to service development and strategic growth. The role also involves building strong relationships internally and externally, ensuring that our services remain responsive, safe and effective.

· Provide supervision, guidance and practice leadership to Intermediaries and Researchers.

· Oversee referrals, allocations, case progression and case closure across the service.

· Support decision-making in complex and higher-risk cases, including safeguarding concerns.

· Lead service development, quality assurance activity and continuous improvement work.

· Maintain oversight of active cases and case records to ensure high standards of practice.

· Represent the service in meetings with internal colleagues, commissioners and external professionals.

· Support recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of staff and sessional workers.

You will hold a professional qualification in social work, counselling or psychotherapy, and bring strong knowledge of the lifelong impact of adoption. You will have experience in post-adoption and permanency work, alongside the confidence to supervise staff, manage competing priorities and contribute to service development. About the role

This role sits within Women and Girls Network’s CJS Team and provides rapid, short-term advocacy and support to survivors, in London, who have experienced sexual violence and are engaging with, or considering engaging with, the criminal justice system.

You will deliver brief, trauma-informed and survivor-centred support to people who are unable to access an ISVA locally or who are waiting for support through the London Survivors Gateway. Working across the Gateway partnership - including Rape Crisis Centres, Galop, Survivors UK, Respond, and the Havens - you will help ensure survivors receive timely, independent information and advocacy at a critical point.

As this is a pilot role, you will also play a key part in shaping and developing this specialist brief intervention ISVA provision in response to survivor need.

What you will be doing

As the Brief Intervention Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA), you will:

• Provide rapid, short-term independent advocacy, information and support to survivors navigating or considering the criminal justice system, enabling informed choice and access to rights.
• Deliver empowering, trauma-informed and intersectional support, including risk and needs assessments, safety planning and tailored action planning.
• Offer clear, impartial information about reporting options, the criminal justice process, survivors’ rights under the Victims’ Code, and available legal and compensation routes.
• Advocate on survivors’ behalf with police and criminal justice agencies, and support attendance at police stations or court where required.
• Work within strict safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries, ensuring survivor safety and wellbeing remain central at all times.
• Develop and pilot a brief intervention ISVA model, contributing to service design, case management systems and best practice alongside the CJS Team Manager and Gateway partners.
• Build strong working relationships across the London Survivors Gateway partnership to strengthen pathways and improve access to timely support.
• Maintain accurate case records, monitoring and evaluation data, and engage in supervision, reflective practice and continuous professional development.
• Model WGN’s feminist, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach, contributing to a collaborative team culture and high-quality service delivery.

The Role

Dad Matters Gloucestershire is part of the wider family support offer. It focuses on improving the wellbeing, confidence and engagement of fathers and male caregivers, particularly during pregnancy, early parenthood and times of family stress or transition.

This role will focus on engaging fathers who may be less likely to access traditional services, including through outreach, hospital-based engagement, family hub delivery, one-to-one support and home visiting. You will build and manage a targeted caseload aligned to family hubs and areas of highest need and bring specialist knowledge of father engagement whilst contributing to the ongoing development of Dad Matters practice across the organisation.

You will need to be flexible, relational and practical, with the ability to work some evenings or weekends to reach fathers at the right time.

We are looking for a Housing Mobile Night Worker to provide floating support across our housing services. You will play a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, secure, and welcoming throughout the night.

Your primary responsibility will be to undertake mobile duties across our Brighton, Hove and Worthing sites. You will start and finish each shift in Brighton, where the organisation’s works vehicle is based. As part of the role, you will provide break cover for static night staff and may be required, on occasion, to cover a static shift at one of our 24‑hour staffed properties.

During each shift, you will visit all properties and help maintain a safe, secure and supportive environment. This includes demonstrating strong communication skills, maintaining accurate records, carrying out building checks, monitoring CCTV, reporting and responding to safeguarding concerns, and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met in line with organisational policies and procedures.

The role also involves working proactively to minimise the impact of antisocial behaviour on residents and neighbouring communities. This may include one‑to‑one interventions with young people, including those experiencing a mental health crisis or requiring medical assistance.

This role is primarily lone working, so you will need to be confident in decision making and in following procedures. As part of your induction programme, you will have the opportunity to get to know the different teams and services, complete the required training, and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident, supported, and well prepared.

This is a dynamic and varied role for someone who is organised, self-motivated and is happy to lone work for most of their shift.

Ideally, you will have experience working with young people, those considered vulnerable, or individuals with multiple and complex needs, and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young people. You will have an understanding of the needs of single homeless clients aged 16–25, along with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire others, and a strong commitment to making a positive difference to people’s lives.

You will have clear verbal and written communication skills, good IT and keyboard skills, and the ability to work independently and self-motivate. You will be an effective communicator, able to deliver robust and clear handovers and build strong working relationships with colleagues. In addition, you will have the ability to deescalate volatile situations and manage challenging behaviour in a calm and appropriate manner.

You will also have experience of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who may be experiencing social isolation, poverty, low confidence, poor mental wellbeing, SEND-related challenges, domestic abuse, or other barriers to learning.

We are now looking to recruit a Programme Data Analyst to join the team. You will be integral in all programme management, partnership management, and administrative tasks across UK Programmes. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of the CRM database and customer digital journey as well as troubleshooting, data cleaning and preparing external and internal data reports.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Maintaining data quality on our CRM, spotting missing/incorrect values and working with colleagues and partners to fix source data

· Day to day management of the Back Up Trust Salesforce system
