We are looking for a Legal Project Coordinator join our team and look after our Pro Bono Connect and Schemes work. We are looking for new team members to join our service supporting Carers across Havering to improve their health and wellbeing, and access wider support that meets their needs.

This is a great opportunity to support local communities, working with Adult Carers and Young Adult Carers and helping them to make informed choices, build confidence, sustain their independence, and access support that meets their individual needs. You will carry out assessments to understand people’s individual circumstances and level of need, working together to co-produce support plans. This will involve meeting Carers in community settings and conducting home visits. The team also facilities coffee mornings and activities offering Carers opportunities for peer support and to take a break from caring.

You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will support the development of escalation plans so that Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.

We have a part-time roles available (22.5 hours), and applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Carers and/or vulnerable adults in a relevant sector. It’s essential that you are confident using IT and maintaining excellent records. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services.

FORCE Cancer Charity is seeking a Community Fundraiser to join our Income Generation team. This is a rewarding role,  focused on building relationships with supporters, growing fundraising income and raising awareness of FORCE and our work across Exeter and the wider Devon community.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing supporters, ensuring individuals, community groups, schools and local businesses receive an exceptional level of support and engagement. The role will focus on identifying and securing new community fundraising opportunities, supporting existing fundraising activity, and helping to deliver ambitious income growth targets.

A central part of the role will involve engaging with local schools, clubs, associations, volunteers and community groups to inspire support for FORCE’s work supporting people affected by cancer. Working closely with the wider Income Generation team, you will also contribute to fundraising campaigns, supporter stewardship, volunteer engagement and awareness-raising activity. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, organised and personable individual with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Role Purpose 

As Community Support Lead: Partnerships, you will play a key role in strengthening the relationships that underpin HOST’s work, ensuring every hosted partner (HP) receives consistent, responsive, and values-driven support. 

You will lead on partner onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support, ensuring needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This includes managing communications around invoices and payments, responding to general queries, and proactively identifying and escalating potential risks. 

Blending strong attention to detail with a people-first approach, you will shape and continuously improve the partner experience — from initial onboarding through to long-term collaboration — ensuring every interaction reflects HOST’s mission to support the world’s change-makers. 

Core Responsibilities 

1. Partner Engagement and Onboarding

• Lead Welcome, Onboarding, and regular check-in calls with hosted partners, building clarity, trust, and consistency in every interaction.

• Identify risks, issues, or emerging support needs during interactions, and promptly share these with the Community Support Manager. 

• Support escalations and follow-up actions to maintain a high-quality, responsive partner experience. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, ensuring relevant information, issues, and risks are clearly documented and shared across the team. 

• Negotiate PAYF contributions, add-on pricing, and additional services, ensuring partner needs are met efficiently and effectively. 

Reporting cadence: Weekly summary and inclusion in monthly CS reporting. 

2. Query Resolution and Partner Care 

• Respond to general hosted partner queries with accuracy, clarity, and empathy, achieving a minimum 90% satisfaction score. 

• Ensure at least 90% of queries receive an initial response within 24 hours. 

• Maintain consistently high standards of written and verbal communication, reflecting HOST’s values of integrity, care, and responsiveness. 

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure partner needs are resolved promptly and effectively. 

Reporting cadence: Weekly dashboard updates and monthly performance reporting. 

3. Partner Relationship and Invoice Management 

• Work closely with hosted partners to amend invoices and resolve payment queries accurately and in a timely manner. 

• Ensure all payment-related communications and outcomes are clearly documented in ClickUp and Zendesk. 

• Monitor and report on invoice corrections, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.

4. Risk Identification, Screening and Escalation 

• Identify and assess potential financial, operational, or reputational risks arising from partner interactions. 

• Conduct initial screening of partner-related concerns in line with HOST’s due diligence processes. 

• Escalate identified risks promptly to the Community Support Manager or relevant stakeholders for review and mitigation. 

• Contribute to monthly Community Support risk reporting and ongoing team learning. 

Reporting cadence: Real-time escalation of risks, with consolidated monthly reporting. 

5. Community Support Administration 

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across ClickUp, Zendesk, and internal systems. 

• Support the review and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity across processes. 

• Contribute to internal administrative tasks, ensuring operational readiness for audits, reviews, and ongoing compliance.

6. Community Support Resources and User Journey 

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Community Support materials, guidance, and onboarding resources. 

• Support the enhancement of the hosted partner user journey, ensuring all touchpoints are clear, consistent, and aligned with HOST’s values.

FORCE Cancer Charity is seeking an experienced Events Fundraiser (fixed term for 12 months) to join our friendly and dedicated Income Generation team. This role is central to delivering and growing our events programme, generating vital income to support people affected by cancer across Exeter and the wider Devon community.

You will take the lead on planning, managing and delivering our existing in‑house events, including our flagship Nello Cycle Ride, while also developing new fundraising opportunities through events, campaigns and supporter‑led activities. With our 40th anniversary in 2027, you will play a key role in shaping an ambitious and engaging programme of events that celebrates FORCE’s impact and inspires even more people to get involved.

A vital part of the role will involve building strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, suppliers and local businesses. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring everyone involved feels supported, appreciated and motivated to continue their fundraising journey with FORCE.

Working closely with the wider Income Generation team, you will contribute to marketing activity, volunteer engagement, supporter communications and the development of new fundraising initiatives. You will also maintain accurate event and participant records, respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism, and ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

We are seeking someone with relevant experience in events or project management - ideally gained in a charity, events or customer‑facing environment - who can confidently build relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a committed and motivated individual who will strengthen our team of Community Chaplains to work with people both in custody and in the community. The key functions of the role are:

o  High-quality client-centred, relational mentoring, ensuring that it is trauma informed, solution focused and relevant for those serving, or who have served, custodial or community sentences in order that they would be successfully resettled in their local communities, within the counties of Cornwall, Devon and western Somerset.

o  Manage and support volunteer mentors as they support our clients

o  To help facilitate and assist faith communities in the peninsula to become more proactive partners with prisons, probation, police, Youth Justice Board and other agencies, in working towards the successful resettlement of people who have convictions.

The post is a permanent part time role.

Are you a highly organised, hands‑on events professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? We’re looking for an Events Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality commercial events that enhance student experience and drive income.

Working alongside fellow Events Leads, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of Union‑run and externally booked events. From initial confirmation through to live delivery, you’ll ensure every event is professionally managed, safely delivered and runs seamlessly.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for external clients, working closely with promoters, Business Development, Marketing, AV and Commercial Operations teams to bring events to life. Whether leading large student‑facing events or managing external bookings, you’ll combine strong organisation with real‑time problem solving to ensure outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end‑to‑end operational delivery of commercial events
• Developing event plans, including logistics, staffing and risk assessments
• Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and student staff
• Overseeing live event delivery and troubleshooting in real time
• Ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer experience
• Supporting commercial growth and protecting The Union’s reputation

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also contribute to the strategic development and future growth of Base71, helping to shape a Youth Zone where young people feel safe, valued, supported and inspired to achieve their full potential.

About You

• Leading youth programmes for diverse young people aged 8–19, including up to 25 for young people with additional needs or disabilities
• Safeguarding leadership, ideally as a Designated Safeguarding Lead
• Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences
• Managing staff performance, rotas, budgets and operational delivery targets
• Understanding the challenges facing young people today and the role youth work plays in improving outcomes
• Holding a relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, ideally supported by a youth work qualification

About the Role

BeyondAutism is looking for passionate and dedicated Therapists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech & Language Therapists (SaLTs) to join our specialist multidisciplinary team supporting autistic children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative transdisciplinary model where therapy expertise is embedded into everyday classroom practice. You will play a key role in helping learners develop communication, sensory, motor, and independence skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced clinician seeking progression, we welcome applications across Band 5 to Band 7 levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy interventions
• Complete specialist assessments and develop therapy programmes
• Support autistic learners to achieve communication, sensory, motor, and independence outcomes
• Work collaboratively with teachers, Behaviour Analysts, and wider multidisciplinary teams
• Coach and support classroom staff in implementing therapy strategies

About You

Essential

• Recognised Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy qualification
• HCPC registration (plus RCSLT membership for SaLT applicants)
• Experience working with autistic children and young people
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams
• Understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet learner needs

Desirable

• AAC experience
• Sensory Integration training
• Knowledge of EHCPs and annual reviews
• Experience delivering training to staff, parents, or carers
• Service development experience
