The Bristol Mental Health Partnership came to exist in October 2014 when voluntary organisations (such as Missing Link, Second Step, Nilaari and Off The Record) came together with AWP to provide secondary mental health services in Bristol. The Bristol Mental Health Partnership aims to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health needs across Bristol by engaging with service users in the community and using a range of skills to deliver support specific to the service user and their recovery goals. The post involves working with and alongside multiple organisations that form the Recovery Bristol Partnership.

The BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership was launched in 2025, and is a voluntary sector partnership committed to providing expert mental health support at the right time and in the right place for people living in BSW. The BSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership is a new collaboration made up of: Second Step, Alabare, Nilaari and Missing Link. About the role:

As our Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager you will need to work collaboratively and effectively in partnership with all agencies to ensure productive partnership working. You will support the development and implementation of a range of voluntary community sector roles throughout community mental health services in the Recovery Bristol Partnership and Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership BSW. You will manage our Assistant Recovery Navigators, Recovery Navigators, Crisis Workers, Peer Recovery Workers and Facilitated Discharge Worker working in different hubs across Bristol, BaNES Swindon and Wiltshire.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager:

• Work in partnership with AWP and Second Step to ensure the development and performance of VCS staff
• Facilitate partnership working between VCS partners and AWP, by acting as a key advocate for VCS roles at all Partnership meetings
• Proactively and professionally address and resolve challenges, working in a collaborative way, to ensure VCS staff are working within the remit of their roles
• Maintain and promote good understanding of Community Mental Health Services and the wider Bristol, BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire Mental Health Services
• Analyse problems and situations and find long-term solutions that benefit and improve the partnerships
• Support the RBP to embed VCS Management policies and procedures to support effective Human Resources management and ensure the health and wellbeing of VCS staff
• Promote a supportive and recovery focused culture within the partnerships
• Support recruitment across the partnerships
• Carry out HR processes for staff working in both partnerships, for example, inductions, probationary reviews, appraisals, performance and absence management and disciplinaries

We are seeking a compassionate Activity Worker to join our 24/7 supported accommodation service based in Enfield which supports residents who face challenges with their mental health, either transitioning from acute mental health wards or other residential settings. In this role, you’ll work on the frontline delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support within a psychologically informed environment (PIE). The role of a Therapeutic Community Caseworker at the Baobab Centre is to support unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee adolescents and young adults to access care, basic rights and entitlements and to support their social development and rehabilitation.This role involves working closely with the clinical key worker of each young person and with our wider multidisciplinary team. World Cancer Research Fund champions the latest and most authoritative scientific research from around the world on cancer prevention and survival through diet, weight and physical activity, so that we can empower people to make informed lifestyle choices to reduce their cancer risk.

We are seeking a management accountant to take responsibility for producing the UK monthly management accounts pack (from journals to financial statements), culminating in a presentation for the board of trustees. Additionally, to assist in the annual audit and work with the US based assistant controller on cash reporting, direct mail analysis and any ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will have a professional accounting qualification (finalists accepted). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is key, as is proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Candidates will need to have knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards and an understanding of the Charity SORP. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively, as well as strong communication skills to present financial data clearly to stakeholders would be an advantage.

More about the role: This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our programme delivery. You will spend much of your time working directly with young people, helping them engage fully in farm life through the shared routines and activities of the day, from feeding rounds and walks to mealtimes and evening activities. You will also lead sessions and bring practical skills that enrich the programme experience.

Alongside this, you will build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and organisations, helping to create programmes that are well coordinated and have lasting impact for young people.

About you : We are looking for someone with professional experience working with diverse groups of young people, with exceptional communication, teamwork and organisational skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with a wide range of individuals and organisations, influence and motivate others, and contribute positively to the wider vision and goals of the charity. Experience in a school, social work or similar setting would be helpful, as would experience of delivering inspiring practical sessions for young people or a specialism that would contribute to farm life.

Hillside Clubhouse is a coproduced mental health charity based in Islington that works collaboratively with people with mental health conditions across Islington. We work with people wherever they are in their Recovery journey, supporting those with long-term and enduring conditions such as personality disorder and schizophrenia and people with more common mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. 

We aim to maximise our members' (service users) opportunities by enabling them to grow in confidence and develop skills to support them to access employment, education, training and volunteering. Our ethos is one of co-production and partnership; everything we do is led by our members. 

We are seeking someone who is passionate about mental health and eager to support the growth of our recovery team. This role involves working directly with members both one-on-one and through group sessions.

As a Recovery Worker, you will divide your time between individual casework and facilitating group activities.

The role will focus on growing Involve Northwest’s influence within our network of commissioners and strategic/mutually beneficial partnerships to secure future commissions in new delivery themes or areas in the Northwest that align with our strategy and vision.

You would also be expected to identify, explore, and develop new partnerships outside Involve Northwest’s traditional stakeholders with organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Relationships Manager – Trusts and Appeals

Main Purpose of the Job

The Trusts and Appeals Relationships Manager’s job is to be the ‘go to’ person for trusts and grant making bodies who may support Treetops. They will generate income for Treetops by building strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential trust and grant giving organisation through submitting strong applications to them and reporting back to them in an effective way.

You will also run an appeal programme across channels including online, offline and post and liaise with suppliers and contractors. You’ll understand and define audiences, think creatively about how we can reach them, write compellingly about our services and those we support, and you’ll make our supporters feel really appreciated so they want to give again.

Primary Responsibilities

The post holder will:

· Develop, implement and continually evaluate the trust and grant application strategy to maximise potential income from both regular and new trusts and foundations.

· Understand the organisational funding needs including core funding, projects, and capital expenditure.

· Research potential trust funders (local, regional, national, and if appropriate international).

· Produce high quality trust applications – communicating Treetops’ funding needs in a clear, consistent way to potential trust funders through high quality funding applications.

The Communications Coordinator plays a key role in delivering LTSB’s external communications, with a strong focus on content creation, social media and digital engagement.

This includes creating social media assets, drafting copy and updating and maintaining the LTSB website. You’ll also be responsible for producing persuasive messaging and visual content to support the recruitment of young people onto our programmes and to engage employer partners.

You’ll provide hands-on support in delivering LTSB’s Communications Strategy by creating and helping to plan engaging, on-brand content that helps position the charity as a leading voice on social mobility and youth employment.

You’ll help bring LTSB’s impact to life by sharing the stories of the hundreds of young people we have supported into meaningful careers. This may include creating social and digital content, creating and editing video content, developing case studies, supporting award nominations and assisting with press or profile-building activity.

The role also supports LTSB’s commitment to youth voice and participation by coordinating our Alumni Innovation Committee, working with young people to ensure their perspectives are reflected in our communications and wider work.
