About the role
We are looking for a Senior Campaigns and Digital Engagement Officer to bridge the gap between our work and the general public. You will be the engine that converts our legal wins and policy change ambitions into a public movement, mobilising our supporters to show up, speak up, and financially support our mission.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign development: Lead the creation of digital journeys that take supporters from casual followers to active participants (signing petitions, emailing MPs, and donating).
Supporter engagement: Manage and segment our newsletter community, create high-performing content, and launch our first regular monthly giving programme.
Digital optimisation: Use data (Mailchimp, Google Analytics) to track ROI, optimize website "Action" pages, and ensure a frictionless, mobile-first donation experience.
Strategic growth: Contribute to the wider development of the charity, including our business planning and stakeholder relationships.
This role is fixed-term because this is the first time we are developing this work, with support from a restricted, time-limited grant. If by the end of the first year it is clear that the role brings significant value to the charity, we will be looking to secure alternative funding and extend the contract.

We are looking for two Domestic Abuse Prevention Workers to support the delivery of services across Greater Manchester.
The role
The Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker will undertake individual and group sessions with men and women who are participating in our Domestic Abuse Prevention Programmes (DAPP) or Domestic Abuse Interventions. The purpose of this role is to deliver sessions that support a perpetrator to address and change their behaviour, ensuring they develop their understanding of domestic abuse, as well as it’s impact on others. You will conduct comprehensive needs and suitability assessments. You will support the delivery of face-to-face and online sessions, including two evening group sessions per week.
As a Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker, you will work with people on awareness raising, developing their motivation to change, ensuring accountability, and prioritising the safety of their partners/ex-partners and any children involved. The Domestic Abuse Prevention worker will work closely with the victim/survivor integrated service to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
About you
You’ll have a deep understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on clients and children, as well as the reasons behind abusive behaviours towards intimate partners.
Your knowledge extends to the range of statutory and voluntary agencies that clients and their children may encounter, and you are aware of the impact of domestic abuse on children and parenting, including the additional needs of clients from BMER communities.
You will have experience in working with clients on issues of domestic abuse, providing one-to-one and group support and advice, managing your own workload and administration, and assessing the risk and safety of your clients and those connected to your client. You will have handled safeguarding disclosures and referrals, and you communicate clearly with a range of people both over the telephone and in person.
You will be organised, able to use your initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team. Your administrative skills are strong, and you are adept at using a computer to maintain effective systems.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, you can travel independently. Additionally, you will have an understanding of trauma-informed practices, risk mitigation, and safeguarding. Experience liaising with social workers and other professionals, and in related areas such as substance misuse, child protection, or family support, is desirable.
Fluency in an additional language and skills in group work are also advantageous. You stay updated with best practices and new initiatives.

Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.
North-East London (NEL) (Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest) Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. MNVPs ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the leadership of provider trusts and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) and Integrated Care Board. At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team.
The Birmingham Street Navigator Service works with Birmingham citizens (single adults and/or couples 25 years old or above) with accommodation that are outdoors engaging in ‘street activity’ e.g. rough sleeping, begging, street drinking/drug using and other ‘social activities.
Street Navigators will offer intensive, wraparound support to help citizens back into their accommodation, reducing their level of street-based activity and associated anti-social behaviour, with the overall aim of reintegrating citizens into their local communities and reducing their reliance on the streets.
Street Navigators will recognise that citizens may present with a range of complexities and could be living with traumas that make engagement with ‘traditional’ and ‘mainstream’ services difficult. This requires Street Navigators to provide a trauma-informed, person-centred and relational approach to engagement and the ongoing support offer to the citizen as a means of developing trust and confidence with the service, and to ensure short- and longer-term needs are met.
Street Navigators will work in a multi-agency network including alongside outreach services, Community Safety teams, local BID teams, commissioned/none-commissioned accommodation providers, West Midlands Police and British Transport Police. Street Navigators will also support citizens to access relevant support agencies when ready. This could include health care, substance misuse services, local community services and DWP.
It is important that the service is available to our citizens when it is needed. Therefore, work may be required outside of the conventional working week, and being included in a rota of duties, to ensure that service delivery is available when needed by citizens, including evenings, weekends and on bank holidays, may be expected.

The Community Fundraiser (Donor Relationship) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience for all community and event fundraisers. This role focuses on building strong, meaningful, and long‑lasting relationships with individuals, groups, and volunteers who raise funds, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and inspired to continue their journey with the charity. The postholder will lead on thanking, recognition, supporter journeys, and stewardship-led initiatives that deepen engagement across all levels of community fundraising.

Job Title: Audio Producer – Fundraising Projects
Salary: £38,000 (£22,800 pro rata) per annum

Premier, Europe’s largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking an experienced Audio Producer to join our team to focus on fundraising projects. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to connect people with God through media. You will help drive the success of Premier’s on-air fundraising campaigns and our Charity of the Year appeals, by producing compelling editorial content and messaging. You will be expected to help shape live and optimise appeals that inspire and encourage our listeners to engage with the appeal and campaign messages.
You will collaborate with presenters, stakeholders, and clients to ensure every broadcast is compelling, high quality and strategically aligned with Premier’s mission and goals.
This role is key to delivering powerful stories and impact audio, supporting our fundraising goals and upholding Premier’s commitment to excellence and compliance – enabling the ministry to engage audiences and secure vital support for it’s ongoing work. You’ll be directly contributing to Premier’s ability to help listeners deepen their Christian faith. If you have a strong background in broadcasting, with an interest in creating compelling stories to encourage donations this role could be for you!
Role Overview
· Audio production: You will take the lead in producing and directing both live and pre-recorded content for fundraising appeals across Premier’s three stations, working closely with presenters and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging and emotionally resonant broadcasts.
· Client Campaign Production: You’ll be hands-on in crafting compelling running sheets, managing live production flow, and coaching on-air talent to maximise impact of client campaigns.
· Quality and Compliance: Oversee the production and technical quality of fundraising audio, including editing, packaging and scheduling, while upholding Ofcom regulations and Premier’s standards of quality and equality.
