To enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package. Support Worker will give practical support to help people maintain their tenancy, stay well, exercise choice and control in their care and lives and participate in the community. Support is also provided to develop a model of re-enablement towards self-advocacy, self-management and empowerment, incorporating the principles and practice of recovery, co-production and peer support.

What you'll do:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head of Fundraising to play a significant role in the growth of Bags of Taste.

You’ll be responsible for fundraising and delivering a plan to raise funds from a variety of sources - including trusts and foundations, digital fundraising and individual giving. You’ll work with our corporate and community fundraiser to raise income through corporate partnerships and community fundraising. We expect that trusts and foundations funding will form a large part of this role and this includes securing larger and multi year grants.

Key responsibilities

Whilst we appreciate that many fundraising skills can be transferable, we’re looking specifically for someone with charity fundraising experience for this role. 

Income generation

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to raise funds from a variety of sources(trusts and foundations,companies, individuals, digital fundraising, the community and events).
• Research funding opportunities and develop and approach a pipeline of prospects

• Ensure all activity complies with all fundraising regulations, GDPR and all relevant legal requirements

• Support finance staff with preparation of the annual accounts and financial recording
• Monitor and manage fundraising risks

Person specification

Essential 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a number of fundraising streams in a charity
• Experience of successfully securing large/multi-year grants from trusts and foundations

Housing Interventions Officer - Custody Based - HMP Parc

About The Role

Are you a positive, solutions-focused professional with a passion for preventing homelessness and reducing reoffending?

If you’re driven by supporting meaningful change for people involved in the criminal justice system, this could be the ideal role for you.

As a Housing Interventions Officer, you’ll be based primarily at HMP Parc, working side-by-side with Probation resettlement colleagues and directly with men in custody and on release. Occasional travel to HMP Cardiff, Swansea, Usk or Prescoed may be required depending on service need.

You’ll deliver housing-focused interventions that prevent homelessness, improve access to accommodation and support successful resettlement into the community.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver 1-to-1 housing advice and interventions within the prison environment
• Complete holistic housing needs assessments and develop clear, structured action plans
• Prevent homelessness by securing and sustaining suitable accommodation
• Source private rented accommodation (HMOs, shared housing, studios and 1-beds)
• Liaise with landlords and agents, including negotiating rent and tenancy terms
• Ensure properties meet legal, health & safety and Rent Smart Wales requirements
• Work closely with Prison, Probation and housing partners to manage risk and achieve targets
• Encourage engagement with Forward Connect and other appropriate support services

What we’re looking for

Housing Interventions Worker - Custody based - HMP Swansea and HMP Parc

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £26,339 per annum

If you’re an experienced, positive, and solutions-focused individual with a passion for preventing homelessness, reducing reoffending, and supporting meaningful change in the lives of people involved with Criminal Justice services, this could be the ideal role for you.

The service supports individuals with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement as part of their Community Supervision Licence, helping them prepare for returning to the community upon release. Our service is also available to unsentenced men on remand awaiting sentencing.

About the Role

You’ll be based primarily at HMP Parc (Bridgend) and HMP Swansea, working closely with Probation resettlement colleagues and directly with service users on the prison wings. At times, you may also support the service at HMP Cardiff, HMP Usk, or HMP Prescoed, depending on operational need.

In this role, you’ll deliver housing-focused interventions to improve housing opportunities and prevent homelessness for men on probation or approaching release. You’ll ensure holistic assessments are completed, make onward referrals to specialist services, and work collaboratively with prison, probation, and housing partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering 1:1 housing advice and interventions for men in custody or on probation in South Wales
• Completing housing needs assessments and developing structured action plans
• Actively engaging with Camau objectives to prevent homelessness and improve housing options
• Liaising with landlords, agents, and housing providers to source suitable accommodation
• Negotiating tenancy agreements and ensuring all properties meet Rent Smart Wales and safety standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, registered social landlords, and private sector partners across Gwent, South Wales, and Dyfed Powys

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of housing and welfare benefits systems

• Proven ability to assess adults with multiple or complex support needs (homelessness, recovery, offending, etc.)

About the role

Reporting in to the National Events Manager, the Events Fundraising Officer will recruit and engage supporters, building trust and collaboration to strengthen Christian Aid’s event and DIY fundraising activity and maximise participation in challenge events. Supporting the planning and delivery of impactful fundraising and stewardship initiatives, while working flexibly to contribute to wider team priorities and key fundraising moments.

The post-holder will develop meaningful communications with Christian Aid’s supporters, churches, and volunteers to maximise engagement and create consistent, high-quality experiences.

Some of the main areas of responsibility for the Events Fundraising Officer include:

• Manage and develop the challenge events portfolio, including key events such as the London Marathon and Great North Run, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help us deliver strategic and operational plans.

The Role:
•    Manage and deliver a successful call centre/back office operational process.
•    Lead a successful team, supporting and training where required.

This Senior Marketing Executive role is perfect for an experienced marketing all-rounder who can apply their skills and knowledge to a range of fundraising products and initiatives that support Greenpeace’s mission to halve emissions and restore biodiversity.

Job requirements

You will achieve this by:

• Project managing a range of marketing and fundraising campaigns to drive income – from ideation and strategy through to implementation and evaluation.
• Applying marketing and fundraising principles to everything you do - e.g.. storytelling, audience-led product development, tailoring messaging to target audiences, designing engaging user journeys which help us acquire, retain and engage our supporters.
• Being adaptable and highly organised - allowing you to excel in a campaigning organisation where things change often.
• Collaborating effectively with a range of internal stakeholders - helping to engage and make the most of in-house expertise
• Analysing results - using data and insights to test and learn and iteratively improve campaign and fundraising performance.
• Championing anti-racist values – tailoring your approach to those with different perspectives, and helping Greenpeace to reach a broader more diverse audience.

Job Description

Report to: Head of Food Distribution and Volunteering

Responsible for: Leading the food distribution service and quality assurance at Hackney Foodbank’s allocated Food Distribution Centres located across the borough of Hackney. This includes ensuring all our visitors have a positive experience when collecting their food parcels and are signposted to other provisions appropriately; being responsible for directing the volunteers, working closely with the Head of Food Distribution and Volunteering, Health and Safety, and promoting best practice at each centre. This role will also involve administrative tasks, organising and carrying out home deliveries for visitors, inputting data on visitors’ journeys accurately into a database, driving the Hackney Giving Van occasionally and regularly driving a Luton van to the various Distribution Centres.

Part-time: 25 hours per week, some evening work is required

Salary: £32,000 per year (pro-rata for 25 hours per week)

Compulsory: Must have a UK manual driving licence

Specific responsibilities:

· Attend Hackney Foodbank’s Food Distribution Centres to ensure each Centre is run in accordance with HFB’s best practice procedures.

· Treat visitors to the Food Distribution Centres with the utmost respect

· Work with volunteers to ensure a safe and efficient setup, including H&S responsibilities

· Manage all volunteers on site delivering services
