Delivery Manager

£40,000 - £46,000 per annum dependant on relevant skills and experience.

Location – Home-based with regular travel across a designated region (North of England and the South/South East of England) and to our office as required.  We are currently recruiting Delivery Managers to cover designated geographical regions across the North of England and the South/South East of England. Successful candidates must be able to travel across their designated region as required and maintain a regular presence within it.

As a Delivery Manager, you'll lead the development of a diverse portfolio of community sports facility projects from initial concept through to funding approval. Working closely with local authorities, County FAs, football clubs, schools, community organisations and funding partners, you'll identify opportunities, shape high-quality projects and ensure they deliver lasting community impact.

You'll oversee community engagement, assess project feasibility, prepare funding recommendations and work alongside our Technical Project Managers to ensure projects are strategically aligned, financially viable and ready for successful delivery. This is a varied role that combines project development, stakeholder engagement and strategic relationship management, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to communities across England.

We're looking for someone with experience in grant assessment, programme or project management, sports development - or a related field - who enjoys building strong partnerships and delivering projects that create lasting community impact.

You'll have experience managing multiple projects, assessing project viability and preparing high-quality reports to support investment decisions. You'll possess excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, together with a genuine passion for improving communities through sport. An understanding of sports facility development, local government or the community sports sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.

The salary band for this role is £40,000 - £46,000 per annum, dependant on relevant skills and experience.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious new business fundraiser to join our team and win new high-value corporate partnerships that support our housing delivery strategy, the delivery and growth of our Skylight services, and national policy and campaigning work.

As our Senior National New Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and winning six and seven figure new corporate partnerships across priority sectors. This is a role for a senior new business specialist who thrives on building strong relationships externally and winning big.

You’ll build and convert relationships with major corporate prospects and create compelling commercial, and strategic high-value propositions that are tailored to your prospects’ priorities and strategies. You’ll identify opportunities from high-profile COTY partnerships to strategic collaborations, that unlock value for both corporate partners and Crisis.

About you

• We’re looking for someone who is a competitive and a self-starter, who can navigate and influence a complex organisation, distil information and package up new high-value propositions at pace.

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Finance Continuous Improvement Manager on a permanent, full time basis to join our Finance team to be based in London, UK.

Job Purpose:

• The Finance Continuous Improvement Manager will work with the finance function and key stakeholders within the organisation to identify, develop and implement improvement projects to ensure adequate systems and processes are in place to deliver the work of the finance function in the most efficient and effective way. This will include system projects and developing efficient processes for transaction recording, analysis and management reporting.

• The post holder will lead on all finance improvement projects including finance system development, implementation of budgeting and reporting tools, self-service and automation of the system tasks. Review finance process at the head office as well as country offices, review their efficiency and effectiveness, carry out user consultations, agree changes and carry out change management. Assist finance heads of departments and the team to review development requirements and oversee change management. The post holder will need to be pro-active and good at building relationships, bringing teams together and driving forward change programmes.

The post holder is required to have:

• Fully qualified or finalist with a recognised qualification and full/student membership of: CIMA, ACCA ACA or equivalent.
• Project management qualification e.g. PRINCE 2 / lean / six sigma qualification.
• A proven track record of implementing lean philosophy and methodologies for projects.
• Experience of Agile project management and a proven record of accomplishment of delivery in a project management environment and business/project planning.
• Experience of working on process improvement projects within Finance in a complex organisation.
• Experience of developing project governance.
• Demonstrable knowledge and proficiency in the effective application of various best practice tools and techniques in project, programme and change management, service redesign, facilitation and service improvement.
• Experience in identifying issues and structuring problems, leading quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesising and developing recommendations.
• Expertise in the use of IT e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and able to draw conclusions from complex data and present it clearly to a wide range of audiences.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.
• Able to work with a great degree of flexibility and adaptability

We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Community Organising Officer to help communities create lasting positive change for nature, climate and local wellbeing.

What you'll be doing: 

This exciting role sits within our Wilder Streets, Wilder Lives programme, which works alongside communities facing barriers to accessing nature and environmental opportunities. Using a community organising approach, you will help local people identify priorities, build connections, develop leadership skills and take action to improve their neighbourhoods for both people and wildlife.

Working closely with residents, community groups, local authorities and project partners, you will support the co-design and delivery of a wide range of initiatives, including community greening projects, volunteering opportunities, sustainable living workshops, environmental training, BioBlitzes and community events.

At the heart of this role is relationship building. You will spend time listening to communities, understanding local needs and strengths, and helping people turn ideas into meaningful action. Through your work, you will empower individuals and groups to become confident leaders and champions for nature in their own neighbourhoods.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your own skills through specialist training in Community Organising and Climate Literacy, alongside learning from experienced partners and colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Support Officer to help keep MaidEnergy running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role covering day-to-day administration, communications, finance and governance support, and IT coordination. You will work closely with our Project Coordinators and Directors, and your contribution will be central to the organisation’s effectiveness. 

MaidEnergy is a community-owned renewable energy co-operative working across Maidenhead, Windsor, Egham, Staines, and the surrounding area. Founded in 2010, our mission is to cut carbon emissions and enable community ownership of locally generated renewable energy. 

Since our first solar installation in 2015, our 250+ members have invested over £900,000, funding seven solar PV installations and one ground source heat pump, saving 605 tonnes of CO2, and supplying 2,448 MWh of clean energy to local schools, leisure centres, and community hubs. 

We are a Community Benefit Society, which means we are democratically run with an asset lock to preserve our energy infrastructure for the benefit of the community. Profits are reinvested into new projects and community action. We are part of a growing national movement putting energy in the hands of communities. 

The role is largely self-directed. You will be trusted to manage your own time and priorities, with guidance from and coordination with the team as needed. 

For the right candidate, there is scope to grow beyond the core admin function. We are open to someone who wants to get involved in project-specific and strategic work, or to serve as an extra pair of eyes on work produced by the project coordinators. Income Processing Officer | Immediate Start | Homebased

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected national charity for an experienced Income Processing Officer who can start immediately and quickly become a key part of the Finance and Fundraising team.

What you’ll do

• Process and post fundraising income accurately.

• Import and maintain supporter donation data.

• Run and quality-check monthly Gift Aid claims.

• Process invoices and reconcile donation reports to bank receipts.

• Liaise with Finance, Fundraising teams and external agencies to ensure accurate coding and compliance.

What we’re looking for

• Proven income processing experience, ideally within the charity/not-for-profit sector.

• Strong CRM skills (Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce).

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access.

• Solid understanding of Gift Aid, GDPR and fundraising compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
