Job Title: Senior Practitioner Psychologist (internally this role is known as Senior Skylight Psychologist) or Practitioner Psychologist (internally known as Skylight Psychologist)

The Skylight Psychologist role is offered as a development opportunity for candidates in the first 18 months post qualification. There would be the opportunity to progress to the Senior Skylight Psychologist role when they meet the relevant clinical and leadership competencies, in line with Crisis’ Preceptorship Framework.

Qualifications: You must be a Practitioner Psychologist registered with the HCPC. For the Skylight Psychologist role, we will consider applications from individuals due to complete doctoral training.

Hours: Part-time 14 hours per week, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Salary: Full-time and part-time (14hours per week) salaries are as follows:

• Skylight Psychologist, qualified within the last 18 months:
  • £50,757 per annum FTE (part-time £20,302)
• Senior Skylight Psychologist:
  • 18 months to 4 years qualified - £58,364 per annum FTE (part-time £23,345)
  • 5 to 7 years qualified - £60,454 per annum FTE (part-time £24,181)

About the role

We are committed to ending the homelessness of more people using our direct services, including people with complex needs. To do this, we are seeking a part-time Practitioner Psychologists to join our fantastic team in Crisis Skylight London.

You will form part of the local Leadership team, supporting the implementation of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will support the delivery of our work to members by offering training and leading reflective practice for staff and providing direct services to members at times.

You will also be a part of a national psychology team made up of a Lead Clinical Psychologist, a Regional Lead Clinical Psychologist and nine Practitioner Psychologists as well as Trainee Clinical Psychologists on placements.

At Crisis, we understand more and more Practitioner Psychologists are taking on multiple part-time opportunities within the NHS, academia, private practice and the third sector as this has been the case with our own team. The Communications Manager is a key role in the planning and delivering of high quality, integrated internal and external communications to increase awareness of and drive engagement with The Children’s Trust, as part of the Fundraising and Communications Directorate. Volunteer Centre Hackney is a thriving charity (annual income circa £1.1m, with 29 paid staff) providing volunteering infrastructure to the voluntary sector across the City of London and the London borough of Hackney. This is a hands-on and strategic role for an experienced fundraiser who thrives in a small to medium sized charity environment. You will have autonomy to develop a whole new fundraising strategy, utilise diverse fundraising methods, and build and develop new project ideas and partnerships. You will lead on income generation primarily through sourcing and applying to trusts and foundations, and with the potential to build new corporate partnerships, community campaigns and individual giving. You will build authentic relationships with funders and supporters, and together with VCH colleagues, will identify new programme models as ways to generate income. The EDI Officer will provide advice and guidance in relation to a wide range of EDI queries, including areas such as equality impact assessments, reasonable adjustments and interpretation services. You will help to boost Witness Service employee and volunteer engagement in EDI initiatives and promote best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of analysing data and produce data reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for advancing equality, diversity and inclusion with an intersectional focus.
• Organised and methodical approach with the ability to plan and prioritise a highly varied workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong IT and administrative skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages.

About the Witness Service

The Witness Service provides free, independent support to any witness giving evidence in criminal courts in England and Wales, both for the prosecution and the defence. The trained staff and volunteers help people understand what to expect before, during and after a trial, and offer practical and emotional support every step of the way, so witnesses can give their best evidence. The Witness Service also supports bereaved family members, friends and family who are accompanying witnesses in court.

About the role 

You’ll provide a personalised service that enables appropriate levels of self-advocacy and/ or advocate on behalf of clients, signposting to other services as relevant.

We are now seeking a temporary experienced CRM Project Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a focused, high-impact project that will shape the way we capture, manage and utilise information across multiple teams. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will lead a full discovery and selection process for a new Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring it meets both our operational needs and long-term strategic ambitions.

Reporting to the Head of Programmes & Partnerships, you will take ownership of the project from the outset - defining scope and success criteria, mapping current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating organisational needs into clear functional and technical requirements. You will research and evaluate CRM solutions suitable for the charity sector, coordinate supplier demonstrations and guide internal stakeholders through a robust and informed decision-making process.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of CRM systems and the not-for-profit environment. The Programme Officer will play an integral role in the Impact team within the broader Directorate of Impact and External Affairs. This is a pivotal time for Fight for Sight as we begin to implement our Impact Framework enabling us to communicate the impact of our extensive portfolio of current and past funded research projects to our internal and external audiences.

The role is diverse and varied, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to build their exposure to a complement of grant management activities across our research and social change funding programmes. They will be instrumental in the delivery of our grant funding processes, will work closely with our Grant Assessment Panels and key partners to ensure we achieve the exciting ambitions laid out in our Research Strategy. They will also be expected to track contribute to capturing the Impact of our funding programmes.
